I first used Best Buy Remote Support. It was disastrous. After explaining my issue of wanting to move away from Yahoo mail due to the irritating ads and substituting it with either Samsung Email or Outlook, I was assigned to a foreign help person whose english was so bad that I spent longer trying to explain my problem than the fix should have taken. I played along for a long time and ended the call in total frustration. I then made an appointment with Best Buy in North Palm Beach/Palm Beach Gardens. Cody was assigned to help me. After instantly understanding my issue, he explained why I should continue using Yahoo. I never knew that the options I had suggested were wrong because they actually are just conduits for Yahoo. So, he reinstalled Yahoo mail and I rid myself of the ads by agreeing to pay Yahoo $5/mo. for that privilege. Cody wracked his brain to get me an alternative to no avail all the while complaining that Yahoo was ripping me off. I finally told him not to worry about it. Cody is an outstanding tech technician and deserves credit for his deep knowledge of the issues and well being of Best Buy's clients. This guy is bound to reach heights in his chosen profession.

I purchased a computer on 7-8-24 and I needed service on it and they told me it was over 2 years old . Terrible customer service call me back if you care
