Associates in the cell phone department were extremely helpful and spent all the time needed to resolve my many cell phone problems. Aaron was fantastic. His pleasant helpfulness calmed the anxiety that Xfinity failed to provide.
The customer service is so bad these workers are just hanging around not helping, they saw me looking curious, and I walked a couple circles around them and they just looked at me disgustingly like I was about to ask a question excuse me.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANY COMPUTERS AT THIS LEGACY PALM BEACH GARDENS STORE! My "new" laptop was a factory second. It's cheap because they are defective! I purchased a "new" but defective laptop which MSI the Manufacturer (which acted responsibility) said they would swap out my defective laptop for a new one. This is a few months later after purchase. Best Buy will not swap it out but instead is trying for a second time to repair it. 3 months on and off without a computer. I paid for a new computer but in the end my new computer will be a rebuilt one by Best Buy!
BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY COMPUTER ELECTRONICS FROM BEST BUY. Go anywhere else.

Worst customer service ever. Asked an employee named Jared about looking up a product and when asked all he could say is "They don't pay me enough to care about y'all". When it's literally his job..
