Huge shoutout to Jonathan for exemplary customer service today. We had an online order “crisis” and he quickly averted the issue into an excellent experience. I could not be more pleased. The store was packed absolutely full and Jonathan still made time to assist me as well as service the needs of other customers. He was running his tale off and really working hard. He turned a serious problem into something that made me excited….and I walked out feeling so grateful for him and the other guys in there. The management team were in meetings but that didn’t derail the guys from working together to problem solve and assist. They deserve raises, a promotion, or just a nice bonus. Truly, truly grateful for the amazing experience derived from an ordering mishap.
