It’s a genuinely clean place and everyone is great but I wanted to give extra thanks to Cody because he was very kind and a really a nice guy. Very professional and knowledgeable of the products . I just came in for some headphones and he sent me the right way and found some awesome bassy Bowes headphones and am very happy with my purchase. Thanks Cody!
Had to drop by to find some unique adaptors for iPhone cables as we are traveling soon. Let me just say Shiria was fantastic. She knew where everything was and was extremely helpful, unlike some of the other staff who seemed clueless and also mentioned they didn’t carry the products we were looking for. If it wasn’t for Shiria we would have left empty handed.
Very nice meal. Service could have been a bit more attentive close to closing time. We waited for 20 minutes for the waitress to finish grabbing with the other staff.
Super positive experience with Geek Squad at the Palm Beach Gardens BB location. Christina and her skilled techs did a great job working on 3 laptops for us. Our main HP laptop crashed and the tech installed a new ss 1TB drive, reinstalled all software programs from licenses and did the set up. The old corrupted drive was sent out to BB data recovery and all was recovered including over 200,000 nature and family photos representing 3 years of memories. The data was returned on a new 1TB WD Passport drive. Purchased a new chromebook and had Geek Squad do the set up and install software and move licenses. Also had another new HP laptop that had too much co-pilot integrated so I had Geek Squad strip it back to the factory settings so I could return it. The BB Total Care plan saved us well over $600 in labor and parts. Love that you can schedule an appointment online for Geek Squad in store service. The 4 techs we had were excellent and I highly recommend Best Buy, the Geek Squad and their Total Care annual plan.
