Bought an open box QLED Samsung TV at an AWESOME PRICE however, there was a discrepancy regarding the accessories the tv came with. The website said it came with all the accessories but when I got there, the power cord, remote, and stand were missing. Tyrone, the pick up agent went COMPLETELY above and beyond and out of his way to try to make it right. Then, RICH the manager stepped in. At first he didn’t think he could do anything but then after I explained the website said the accessories were included. Rich went ABOVE AND BEYOND to include the remote and power cord for FREE! It was mistake on the website, the store advertised it correctly, but Rich made it right! Thanks Tyrone and Rich! Alejandro was nice too! This place was awesome!!!
had a weird customer service experience happen just now. im just getting off work with my boyfriend and we decided to go to best buy to see if they had the black bolt and white flare pokemon products. i initially stayed in the car because weve been going recently and havent found any in this best buy or anywhere. my boyfriend comes back all excited to tell me they have the product! so of course, im excited too as we both love pokemon and its a shared hobby of ours. i dont know if he was having a bad day, but as soon as i come in and ask the customer service guy for the same things my boyfriend just bought, he instantly calls for a manager. i get that some pokemon fans are crazy and buy a bunch to resell but i buy cards because theyre pretty and i like playing with my boyfriend. so imagine my surprise when i feel like im being treated unfairly. my boyfriend walked away to look around and the guy finished talking to his manager who i guess allowed for me to get the pokemon. the customer service guy brought out the two products and asked me if i wanted both. i said yes. he then proceeded to not scan them and waited for my boyfriend to come back. he then asked my boyfriend in a tone "so do you want both?" as if it werent me who wanted them. my boyfriend asks me because obviously im the one buying it. i said "yeah i want both, he (my boyfriend) got two and these are for me". like its crazy i have to even specify that when im obviously the one asking and buying them. the guy finally scans them and i pay. that entire encounter was so strange because he just looked so annoyed when all i wanted was pokemon for ME. like im being treated like a criminal just because i wanted to buy pokemon. im personally never coming here again because it was just awkward and uncomfortable but i hope next time my boyfriend wants to go he's not treated like a scalper. i never got the name of the customer service guy but someone needs to lighten up and treat each customer fairly considering youre supposed to be customer service.
the only reason this has 3 stars is because my boyfriend really appreciated the front greeting guy.
p.s shout out to the front greeting guy cause he was nice to my boyfriend and led him to find the pokemom stuff in the first place! words from my boyfriend: the front greeting guy was so nice and very helpful, i would give him 10 stars if i could.

Great service and quality products.
Ivoree was super helpful in helping us get a laptop. Very direct and to the point with what our options were. It was clean and the staff were welcoming but not overbearing!
