Ordered a whirlpool fridge day before thanksgiving. In store clerk Kaia made it quick and easy. Fridge delivered Monday. Delivery drivers were curt with my wife because she wasn't fast enough to turn off water and prepare house for delivery. After tasks completed, driver pulled fridge down and unpacked a damaged fridge. Pics and video below, How the hell do you damage the inside frame of the freezer door? Driver says he should take fridge back to warehouse. Can't start return or compensate until fridge scanned back into warehouse. Wait 10 hrs. Get email to schedule redelivery. Call Best Buy customer support. Tech answered phone and listened to request for compensation. 10
% at a minimum due to ice buying and cooler storage, Tech placed my wife on hold. Returned and told my wife that it's not part of Best Buys policy to offer compensation for failed delivery. She then asked my wife if she wanted cancel the order, SO WE DID. Kaia my sales rep said she would work on it, but she had off today. End result, Best Buy refused to acknowledge their failure, refused to compensate for failing to deliver at the agreed time, and we jumped ship. I like supporting Best Buy. The old ways are disappearing. But if this is how it's going to be. I'll be moving on my merry way.

Easy parking, helpful staff, easy checkout, great selection. This particular Best Buy is my main go-to.
The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about their products.
Parking spaces are plentiful, wider than normal, and the area is safe.

Christina was awesome! She was so nice and she helped us without hesitation at the register and again when we were trying to transfer stuff from the old phone to the new one so we could do our trade in. I'm sure the Friday after Thanksgiving is one of the busiest days of the year, thanks for making it go as good as it could have been! It was a fun day to people watch too lol
