Went into store today and this is the second time I've had challenges picking up an order here. This time, after receiving email (&text) to go to the store to pick up my order, the items were not ready... again... This happened the last time as well, and in both instances, days after receiving notification that my order is ready to be picked up. And yes, still within the pick-up window, as well.  When I arrived the young lady scanned my barcode from my phone and looked in some boxes behind her for a bit, then around in a couple areas, and then seemed confused about what to do next... I kindly mentioned to her, that I could not hang around while they figured out what happened with my order or looked for my items.  I asked her to call me when ready, I needed to go pickup my son and was running late. She said there is no phone in the store and she could not call me. A total lie. I wrote my number down and told her to give it to her manager and explain the problem, she said her managers name was G_____s. On my way out, I asked if G____s was available, just in case... She was. G____s solution was to start asking me questions about my order (all of which are already available to her and her team). I simply asked her, after grabbing the paper with my name/number from the other rep and handing it to G_____s, to give me a ring when the items ACTUALLY WERE ready for me to come back for pick-up. No regard whatsoever for my time, having to make multiple trips, not even an acknowledgement or, let alone, an apology. Her only comments were that I could stand-by and wait for her to figure it out (more disregard for my time) and that she WOULD NOT be able to call me. Another lie. When I said I had to go, as I was late for picking up my child, she offered to ship. But again, she wanted me to stay around and watch her perform that function. I said I could not wait and told her to either ship or cancel the order. She promptly made it a point to crumple up the paper with my phone number and throw it in the garbage. I left and it appears she then cancelled my order. I have spent tens of thousands at your store, personally and professionally (with my business). There will be no more orders or purchases being made at any best buy stores or online. Her decisions will be very costly for your company, I wanted to make sure your team was aware of that.

I purchased a Ring Outdoor Plus Camera from Best Buy on September 27. By October 13, the battery was already defective. When I went to the store for help, customer service refused to exchange the product because it was one day past their 15-day return policy. How is anyone supposed to know that a battery advertised to last at least 60 days would fail in just two weeks? Phone support made things worse — the representative told me to buy a new battery and said I’d be reimbursed later, which turned out to be completely false. In-store support also claimed they couldn’t exchange it because it was purchased on sale and the sale had ended. Instead of helping, they told me to “contact Ring” and sent me out the door. I’ve shopped at Best Buy for years, but this experience showed me how little they stand behind their products or their customers. Poor return policy, poor communication, and poor customer service. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

The Best,Drove down from the Best Buy in Port St Lucie to go pick up a Laptop and was running late due to the weather,I Got there like 2/3 minutes after 8pm and they was nice enough to let me in and get my item. Great Customer Service, Thanks Guys .
