Horrible customer service on the phone and in store. Promised me they had what I asked for. I reviewed and triple checked, just to be sold the wrong item. Being it home 3 cities away, call, expect some sort of help, all they do is try to upcharge you and sell you more. The people here or at least on the phone will 100% lie to you and ignore your questions just to make a sale. All they care about is up selling you. The people in the store just can't be bothered, which is whatever, I've worked retail, I understand how it is. But still, you signed up for the job, be a little helpful. But honestly, I just can't wait to read the auto generated response to my review from the owner that he gives all the negative reviews. Just further proving they don't care. By the way, writing the same response to everyone and telling people to reach out to Facebook is not good customer service nor does it help solve their issue.
