Cody Front from the geek squad was absolutely amazing. Had a problem with my laptop microphone and he corrected it. He worked with me between appointments.

Check your receipt to see if you got charged the posted sale price or the regular price. They have special promotion signs up that expired and refuse to honor the price!

Fantastic customer service from Gage. I had [too] many questions about cameras and he was more than happy to answer. It helped that photography is a hobby of his because I didn't accidentally buy a part I couldn't use.
I'm only taking off one star because the in-store stock didn't have what I needed (Canon to Sony adapter lenses which I would believe is in decent demand, nor other window-shopping accessories for Sony cameras), but the customer service was a 10/10.
