Don't buy ink cartridges from Best Buy. I purchased a very expensive HP ink cartridge set at a local store. After installing the cartridge, getting an error, and spending an hour with HP support to determine the cartridge was bad, Best Buy refused to exchange the product. The reason? The cartridge had been opened and installed. You see, I was supposed to know before I opened the package that the cartridge was faulty.

The worst Best Buy I’ve ever been to. If I could leave a negative star I would. Horrendous customer service, dealt with 3 separate employees, all clueless. Waited for 20 minutes for someone to help, then they said they didn’t work in that department. DO NOT come here unless you want terrible customer service and to leave in a bad mood. -1/10
