Worst service I have had ar Best Buy ever! The CSR was clearly bored & did not want to assist in purchasing a new cell phone. I was clearly ready to make a purchase, but I ha e never been treated so rudely at any Best Buy EVER!

Purchased a tv on 11/16/25 for install from Best Buy. They made 3 different dates with me to install and never showed up for any of them. The service line is useless because they never could help with problem. Completely useless. Then they tried telling me they completed the install. Never did. Finally I had to go back to the store where I purchased the tv in November to get help. Told them I’d pick up tv and do install myself. We picked up tv on January 5, and installed with a friend. After 3 missed dates, probably about 10 calls to their service center do you think I’d get a call back or an email apologizing. Not a chance. Beware if you buy anything from Best Buy and have schedule them to deliver or install, YOU’ll HAVE TERRIBLE PROBLEMS. Never again will I buy from best buy

Best Buy owner of PBG store- I would like to talk to you about my horrendous story of a refrigerator purchase I made 1 1/2 years ago. I could spend an hour posting about my terrible experience but was hoping to contact you directly as your store manager could care less about a customer's experience. The short part of the story is that I was given a credit on the refrigerator because Best Buy was unable to fix it. The manager who gave me the credit mentioned I would get a credit on my Best Buy Credit card. The refrigerator was picked up 6 weeks ago and although I have a copy of the credit, it was never reflected on my credit card. I was on the phone over an hour with Best Buy customer service, and eventually after that person could not help me, I asked to talk to a manager in customer service. The manager was very nice and promised me they would call me back yesterday after discussing my issue with your store manager I never got the call, and I went to your store at 7 pm yesterday to discuss my issue directly with your store. Your manager on duty yesterday could not have been more apathetic and she told me I had to call customer service. I called customer service from your store, and I was on hold a half hour only to be told by customer service they couldn't help me, and your store manager told me to then ask for the manager of customer service. After waiting another 20 minutes on hold, the customer service manager informed me he couldn't help me either, so I was then transferred to primary care. While I was still talking to this new person, your manager told me I had to leave the store because she was closing it. I told her I wasn't leaving till this issue was resolved. She then called the police, and 5 policemen came to talk to me. The police men were actually very sympathetic to my complaint, and couldn't believe I have a copy of the credit, but I actually couldn't get a refund. I would think you should be interested in the whole story so please let me know how to convey it to you
