The worst Best Buy I’ve ever been to. If I could leave a negative star I would. Horrendous customer service, dealt with 3 separate employees, all clueless. Waited for 20 minutes for someone to help, then they said they didn’t work in that department. DO NOT come here unless you want terrible customer service and to leave in a bad mood. -1/10

I placed a curbside order and Mike who helped me was amazing. Service was quick, he was helpful, and very insightful on the products I was picking up. Amazing experience!

Had to do a quick exchange yesterday and right when I walked in Alexis E. & John Neel met me at the door with a smile and great customer service! Thank you both for making my experience with Best Buy a great one. Both were kind people and very helpful!
