Horrible customer service on the phone and in store. Promised me they had what I asked for. I reviewed and triple checked, just to be sold the wrong item. Being it home 3 cities away, call, expect some sort of help, all they do is try to upcharge you and sell you more. The people here or at least on the phone will 100% lie to you and ignore your questions just to make a sale. All they care about is up selling you. The people in the store just can't be bothered, which is whatever, I've worked retail, I understand how it is. But still, you signed up for the job, be a little helpful.
But honestly, I just can't wait to read the auto generated response to my review from the owner that he gives all the negative reviews. Just further proving they don't care. By the way, writing the same response to everyone and telling people to reach out to Facebook is not good customer service nor does it help solve their issue.

It’s a genuinely clean place and everyone is great but I wanted to give extra thanks to Cody because he was very kind and a really a nice guy. Very professional and knowledgeable of the products . I just came in for some headphones and he sent me the right way and found some awesome bassy Bowes headphones and am very happy with my purchase. Thanks Cody!
Had to drop by to find some unique adaptors for iPhone cables as we are traveling soon. Let me just say Shiria was fantastic. She knew where everything was and was extremely helpful, unlike some of the other staff who seemed clueless and also mentioned they didn’t carry the products we were looking for. If it wasn’t for Shiria we would have left empty handed.
Very nice meal. Service could have been a bit more attentive close to closing time. We waited for 20 minutes for the waitress to finish grabbing with the other staff.
