Manager goes into card shops and openly admits that he holds onto Pokemon cards and gives them out to coworkers and friends and they’ll never hit the shelves! Don’t ever go here for Pokemon cards.
Josh G went above and beyond to help me order an item online when the store was sold out and the product was extremely hard to find. He took the time to make sure everything was handled correctly and made the whole process stress-free. I truly appreciate how Josh consistently exceeds my expectations every visit. I understand that opening hours can be overwhelming with a rush of customers, but he handles everything with ease, a positive attitude, and genuine professional. He always makes it pleasant to come into this Best Buy, and his customer service is the reason I keep coming back.

This was our first time purchasing a dishwasher at Best Buy, and the experience was excellent from the moment we walked in. We were greeted at the front door and asked how the team could help us. Within five minutes, Jairo introduced himself and guided us through the many dishwasher options. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us choose the dishwasher that best fit our needs. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Jairo provided excellent customer service. The dishwasher was installed today and so far we are very happy with our purchase.

I drove an hour for the meta displays, precious helped me out she was great and actually made me realize the gen 2 were better. I bought a gen 1 and gen 2 wayfer gloss black with clear lenses. I explicitly said I did not want green lenses, and once I am back home and open it up guess what I got? Green lenses. I tried to call the store and had to argue with their ai virtual assistant to be Transferred to someone and I got transferred to someone who was not even at the store.
