Very poor customer service at the Best Buy on Pines Boulevard in Pembroke Pines. I visited the store on April 2 at around 8:00 PM, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I went in planning to buy several items, but after walking around for quite a while, I couldn’t find a single employee to help me.
I then went back to the young guy at the entrance and asked if he could help me find someone. He told me there were employees available, but that he couldn’t help me himself, and his attitude clearly showed he didn’t care at all.
Because of this, I ended up leaving without buying anything. Completely unacceptable. Customer service at these big stores keeps getting worse.
David at Best Buy went above and beyond for us. Even after the store had closed, we were still waiting for someone to bring out our watch, and although the team seemed busy, he took the time to help us without rushing. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and made sure to walk us through everything so we felt confident with our purchase. Truly amazing service—thank you, David!
Was there 20 mins, stood around. Looked at several devices, no one come up, other the kid for AT&T, to sell me a phone, I dont need.
What a waste of time. Heading to Aventura, hopefully they will be better.
