I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Best Buy location. I waited over 30 minutes for assistance while the tech, Felipe, was engaged in a lengthy conversation with another customer and never once acknowledged that I was standing there waiting. A simple “I’ll be with you shortly” would have gone a long way.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I am a loyal Best Buy customer. I purchased two MacBook Pros and my son’s Dell from the Aventura location, where the service was professional and attentive. The difference in customer care between that store and this one is night and day.
This location seriously needs to improve its customer service and basic courtesy toward customers who are waiting. I will not be returning to this branch.

I just needed a new mouse and I couldn't wait to get it online. Came here and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you can't wait to get something online, there prices are very competitive and the staff is great.
