The customer service at this location is extremely poor. Several employees walked past me without offering assistance. I came in to purchase a simple HDMI adapter and had to approach three different employees. Instead of helping me locate the item, each one simply pointed in a general direction and kept walking.
I found this behavior very disrespectful toward customers. It took me more time than necessary to find the item, and once I did, there was no one available at the register. Even standing there with the product in hand, I still had to wait because no employee seemed willing to acknowledge the register.
Corporate really needs to review the operations and customer service at this location.

Geek Squad customer service is terrible.
Wanted to get a new battery for my iPhone SE (2nd Gen) which is still considered serviceable according to the Apple web site. Geek Squad rep checked out the phone and said that they would have to order the battery and it would take a couple of weeks. A month later and had not heard from the Geek Squad, so I called the customer service number listed on the web site and got a nice lady in India. She had no visibility into the battery status and suggested I return to the store. OK, so I drove to the store to inquire about the status of the battery and was informed that it had arrived and an appointment was made to install it.
Went to the appointment and was told that the battery could not be installed due to another part being obsolete for this model phone. Geek Squad rep issued me a refund and sent me on my way.
As a follow up I called the Apple Store in Aventura and they said the battery was not a problem and they would replace my old battery if I made an appointment.
This leads me to believe that the Geek Squad forgot to order the battery and made up an excuse just to get rid of me when I went back to get it installed. They are suppose to be an Apple Certified Service Provider so why can the Apple Store replace the battery but the Geek Squad can't? Sounds fishy.
Won't be doing additional business with the Geek Squad any time soon.
