Absolute garbage hardware and predatory customer service. I bought this unit, barely used it, and it essentially bricked itself due to a dead controller and battery failure. When I reached out for support, their representative "Luna" essentially admitted that their products are designed to fail just outside the warranty window, offering a masterclass in deflection and bad business practices. Instead of standing by their product or offering a sensible repair path, they blamed "internal component wear" on a device with limited use, refused to provide replacement parts, and then had the audacity to try and upsell me on a new unit with a measly "discount." They expect customers to treat expensive technology like disposable items that become trash the second the warranty expires. Do not waste your hard-earned money on a company that sells defective hardware and expects you to keep paying for their poor manufacturing. Save yourself the headache and buy from a brand that actually supports its products.
