I had a horrible experience at this branch. A year ago when I upgraded my phone I told the branch associate that I wanted to cancel my Apple care plan and the staff told me he did it in the system and I was good to go. I got an email last month saying my plan was renewed. I thought it was a mistake but then I check my credit card and they’ve been charging me for a whole year. When I confronted the staff in the branch, they insisted nothing was shown in their system and only one month refund can be provided. It’s horrible that the customer had to pay over $100 for a mistake they made a year ago.

Outstanding Knowledge and Service from Jamario and Peterson!
I recently had a fantastic experience at Best Buy, and I want to specifically commend two employees: Jamario and Peterson. After an unfortunate incident yesterday that was promptly addressed by the General Manager and Store Manager Toddrick (whose efforts I greatly appreciate), I was fortunate enough to work with Jamario today.
I was blown away by Jamario's extensive knowledge of television brands. He was incredibly smart, explaining everything from the technical specifications to the software features with impressive clarity. Peterson, who also assisted, was equally knowledgeable and helpful.
The level of professionalism and expertise that Jamario demonstrated was truly remarkable and far exceeded my expectations. He made me feel completely confident and comfortable with my final purchase.
While yesterday's experience was not ideal, the way the General Manager and Store Manager addressed my concerns today, and subsequently connecting me with the exceptional service of Jamario and Peterson, turned things around completely. Sometimes things happen for a reason, and in this case, it led me to a purchase I am now very happy with. Thank you to Toddrick, Jamario, and Peterson for their outstanding service!
