LITERALLY THE WORST. If I could give a 0.5 stars I would. The staff walk around like they’re allergic to helping customers. I’ve had to flag them down just to get basic assistance, and I’ve seen other people doing the same. Most of them are just standing around or glued to their phones. I was straight-up LIED TO about the Total Protection Plan. I was told that any damage would be repaired for free — no mention of a $70 service fee for every repair. Total scam. When I sent my item in for repair, I never got updates. The tracking number didn’t work. After a MONTH of silence, I called the store and was casually told the item was “lost” and that I’d need to call back another time to speak with a manager. When they finally found it the item was just sitting there — no one had called me, emailed me, nothing. And when I came to pick it up, a piece was missing. They tried to hand me a random part that wasn’t even mine. Then they said they’d swap it — and tried to give me some spare piece they had lying around that didn’t even fit. If I hadn’t checked, I would’ve walked away thinking the item was fixed. Only after all of that did they give me a different part — still not the original, just something to get me out the door. This place has lied to me, conned me, and treated me like a problem instead of a customer. If this is how they treat someone who shops here regularly, I can only imagine how they treat the elderly, disabled, or anyone who can’t advocate for themselves.
