Aubrey (phones) was absolutely wonderful today! She went above and beyond to help me (mild Dementia). to set up a phone. She was very nice, patient, knowledgeable, and good at helping multiple customers at the same time. She deserves a raise! Frank M.

Excellent customer service
Worst customer service 😒 Family was ready to drop over $1000 on security cameras, but no one wanted to help and answer questions. "We don't work for commission." Believe me lady, we can tell! Best Buy pays incompetent, lazy, and rude children for absolutely nothing. Never going back and never spending any money on a product sold by them.

Great customer service. This place have a great people working there also they have a lot of variety of products on store which is convenient if you don't like to wait for the delivery.
