i had the greatest experience getting a radio replaced. Alfredo is so great and sweet he fixed the radio with ease and was so kind and made my experience at best buy just wonderful!! Give this man a raise!!

Came to get a warranty repair for my Asus computer. The trackpad went out. 9 monthsof use in Jan 2026. I go to pick up and try charge me $84. They said they called on Feb. 4, there is a code I approve the request. (I was on vacation and got no calls) They look at contact logs and in fact say there was no call to me. They can not override it and say i need to pay or wait till they get information back from repair center in Louisville. I do not have a job and use the computer to try find work and side hussle and been borrowing one till then. I did inform the gentleman if he see how shady this is and this is a big issue I can bring up to attorney general consumer protection office, the Federal trade commission, and the better Business bureau. The store manager did not really seem to care.
