Even if you have an appointment it’s gone take 2 hours to even check in or even be seen. Make sure you have the day off if you have to get a repair lol. Everytime I come there “behind” you guesss need to hire more people or something because it’s ridiculous. Keep in mined I come here atleast 4 times a year an it’s always the same thing..

Our television was affected by a power surge as a result of the storm on 8/18. We have been trying to get a service technician appointment since the 19th. Customer service is awful. Received the runaround during several phone calls. Finally able to reach someone that escalated our request for a service call. Received an email today stating that someone would not be out until September 1. Made another phone call this morning to try to schedule a sooner appointment and was told no contractor was available for our area earlier than that date. We feel this is totally unacceptable and we’re given no other option.
