Do not use these people to get any appliances. They have god awful customer service and are utterly incompetent. I ordered a fridge from them, which they canceled the delivery and install 3 times without even informing me of why and requiring me to reschedule, all the while I literally didn’t have a fridge since the old one crapped out. One of the times they sent a third party appliance installer without sending the fridge and tried to charge me an extra installation fee for wasting the installers time. I ended up without a fridge for over 2 weeks and when I did finally get it, they informed me that it didn’t have an icemaker (apparently that was an additional cost add on… my bad for not reading the fine print I guess.) when I asked if I could at least get the ice maker installed for free given the fact they’d screwed me over for 2 weeks straight (I spent hours on the phone trying to figure out the freaking disaster) The guy had the audacity to offer me a 10$ credit… 10 freakin dollars!!! DO. NOT. USE THESE PEOPLE. You will get screwed over. Don’t tell me I didn’t warn you.
