Best Buy is a joke, customer support is the absolute worst. Website and support is a bunch of liars. Order from their website Thursday and said it would reach me Friday. Now it says Tuesday. Customer support says they can’t refund me because they’re waiting on them to pickup the item, so the item hasn’t even been picked up, but my order on the website says in “transit”. How is my item they originally said shipped, now in transit, but the item hasn’t been picked up? Will never purchase another thing from here or their company again.

Well they are going through an interior remodeling. I had to buy a power cord just to return it 5 minutes later because all the power cords were packed up. Had to go from a purchasing line to a return line. Rather frustrating. This was for them to tell me they were not authorized to open my laptop and it needed to be sent off and I would get a call in about 2-3 weeks on an estimate.
They were very helpful. I realized how heavy the sub and box was, fresh off neck surgery. She immediately blocked me from trying to pick it up and had a cart ready.
