They have completely abandoned customer service, and quality service in general. Trying to see the Geek Squad is like breaking into Fort Knox. They are rude and dismissive and clearly know you are stuck with them regardless of their attitude. I would not buy any service plan for Beat Buy. I would not buy any products that could ever require service like a cell phone or computer or TV.
I bought an open box computer. Was told it was factory reset. Get it home and “Darin” is still logged in so I can even turn it on. 2 hours at Geek Squad and told I’ll have to leave it. They call the next day to say it’s ready. Show up to pick it up and am quite rudely told they are appointment only. I say it’s just pick up. They tell me I have to check in to pick up. Just to grab the item you screwed up before you sold it, I have to check in and wait another hour. Unreal and completely unacceptable.
Fair warning. Avoid this place like the plague.

They couldn't help us, but they sent us somewhere that could. Great costumer service. They were very friendly.
Terrible Terrible customer service - from the manager to staff- only the lady at the door was helpful and KIND- the rest of male staff RUDE- dismissive - In addition, the store is almost empty at products, even though I use the Best Buy ChatGPT feature, and told me that there were items in the store that weren’t there- Just avoid this place altogether- Wonder why big box stores are closing? This is one of the reasons-! If you need a cover for your phone or a case - Go into the mall there’s a nice guy there that runs a kiosk. Happy to help an excellent customer service.
