I made a few big purchases at this store and the staff were always helpful. They always made sure I got the best deal and never tried to force a sale on me. If you need to buy some tech in the Pensacola area, this is the place to go.
This is the worst location. Bought a refrigerator before Christmas it was brought out for delivery damaged. Had to go back into the store and cancel the order to purchase a different refrigerator and now the replacement is no longer available and on back order. Almost a month now waiting for a refrigerator. 😡 Also they didn't fully refund the first purchase. So no refrigerator and I'm still out $ on my credit card. Best Buy is trash 🗑️.

Will never use Geek squad to repair my devices again. Had appt 1/8/26 at 6:40 pm to get device serviced and it just got checked in. To check the decive in took a hour. The agent said my device repair would take until midday the next day because they had the repair items in stock at the store. Midday next day came and no update since the phone was checked in. Reached out to the Best Buy chat just for them to say the same thing, that my device is being repaired. It wasn’t a major repair. I don’t understand how there is no communication whatsoever about there being a delay, etc. I will be going up to the store today to get my device back and take it somewhere that actually knows how to communicate and get things done in a timely manner. I also called the store, left a voicemail and got no call back.

Drove an hour to pick up an item that we ordered online. Had to wait till almost closing to actually get it.
