Best Buy allowed someone else to use my account to make fraudulent purchases and pickups through my account. I have tried various separate times in various ways to get in touch with them and get help to fix this, but have been told once to wait 24 hours, the next to wait 48 hours, and I’m nearly 2 weeks into waiting at this point. Someone stole my account and used it to purchase and pick up under my name, and I can’t get a single rep at Best Buy to help me.
