Ordered two games and went at 10:00 on March 20, 2025, to pick them up. Two couples were in front of me already and ended up taking about 7-10 minutes to get seen. Once seen, it took about 3 minutes to pick up my games and get out. I know it's not a lot of time, but there was the lady at the front door and another person just standing there chatting to her. Back in my day when you had costumers waiting (there was another person behind me waiting as well), you assisted them not gossip. One clerk ended, having to get the one gossiping to help him. He was then able to assist me after passing the person he was helping off. (They were trying to get a free add-on for a game they bought from an online retailer that wasn't Best Buy, but Best Buy was offering an add-on for. Yeah, I wanted to tell them why they couldn't get the add-on from a store they didn't buy the game from but chose to bite my tongue)
