I love Best Buy but to be honest if we had a microcenter Best Buy would never see me again lol. Still it’s my favorite store and I always end up buying computer parts or whatever else cool they have. Plus the staff can be friendly and nice when you need something.
This was a few weeks ago, but Keeton/Keaton (sorry if spelled incorrectly) was fantastic and a huge help to me. He went above and beyond to help me and really is a great asset. I have not had the best experiences with best buy, but he really tend it around. Great employee!!!

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge. It was in a price range that should have had a lighted keyboard but I still asked AI and the sales clerk. Both indicted that it did but I am unable to find that it does. It will be fine but I would not have bought it if I had known. I guess there was a reason I stopped using Bestbuy years ago.
