What’s the point of having people make a Geek Squad appointment if we have to wait anyway???!!
Appointment time 1pm.
Get spoken to 3 different people asking if we’ve checked in and what the name is.
We finally got called in at 1:25, just so the dude can go “do something real quick” in the back room for 20 minutes. Is everyone completely incompetent nowadays ?!
