I ordered a harddrive to be delivered. 3 days later I found out that they didn't even send it to FedEx yet. Finally got it resent a week later. They don't get in a hurry for anything.

Horrible service. Can never call a store directly which is about as stupid as it gets.
Pick up my lap top from Geek Squad and they changed the user ID and didn’t give me the password to go with it.
