Worked with Josh H, the Microsoft specialist at the Pensacola Best Buy, and had a great experience. I needed a laptop for interior design work, specifically kitchen and bath, which requires higher performance and strong rendering capability.
He really understood what I needed and guided me through both the technical side and the best current options without being pushy. What stood out most was how he explained the differences in visual quality between systems. That matters a lot in my work since I rely on accurate renderings for both clients and contractors.
He also walked me through all the buying options, including the Best Buy card and financing, and was very thorough throughout the process. It’s clear he’s doing a great job not just for Best Buy, but for client satisfaction as well.
Easy, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend.
