Made a appointment to get my phone fixed, rushed off work to make it, even showed up early but they told me they couldn’t fix my phone today because the tech gets off in 30 min, dude your making money ask your tech to stay 10 extra minutes. Explained my issue to the manager and still no help, if they would of called me prior to my appointment to say this info I wouldn’t have gotten off early to get my phone fixed, wasted my time rushing for no reason. Now gotta wait to get my phone fixed.

Store is very clean and well organized. I was greeted by multiple employees with minutes of entering the store!
