Not Many People Ever On The Floor Helping Out.
Went in the Pensacola store looking for a tv and microwave hood. Soon as we got to tvs the Sony rep introduced himself and went over the Sony products with us, very knowledgeable. We were gonna buy 1. We looked around some more and found the open box tvs, saw a couple we wanted to check out. We waiting around, pulled 1 tv out and you know what's next according to most all reviews on here, NO ONE NOT 1 OF THE 4/5 AT THE FRONT DOOR WHICH IS ABOUT 20 FT FROM THE TVS, NONE OF THE 10 OR SO EMPLOYEES THAT WALKED RIGHT BY US, NOT 1 OF THE MANY THAT WERE REDOING THE SHELVES , NO ONE ASKED US ANYTHING!!! READING THE REVIEWS ON HERE THEN THE CANNED FAKE CONCERN REPLIES THIS SEEMS TO BE NORMAL FOR THIS STORE!!! Went straight to some other stores and bought 2 tvs, microwave hood, and surround sound. Guess best buy, name used lightly, doesn't need customers or sales to said customers. 3500.00 isn't worth any effort to them. So it worked ill never set foot in there. I did ask the black guy sitting by front door on his phone if customers matter to them and he just gave me a stare and went back to his boyfriend on his phone!!! Update just like all other negative reviews on here, i get the same fake concern email while worst buy does nothing to actually do something about their awful employees treatment of customers!!!

Sony TV rep was very very patient helpful, kind and knowledgeable.
Best Buy has always been good to me so I went to the store last week eager to buy a new laptop, phone, and the accessories to go with them.
Aside from being greeted at the entrance by about five employees, there was no reason for employees to even be at the store - they were clearly not concerned with assisting customers, generating product interest, or making any sales. Only about 20% seemed to be actually working despite all the wandering customers.
I asked one of the five employees tasked with door greeting where to find the laptops and, without any directional hints or hand gestures, he said “Over there on the table.”
Since employees didn’t seem interested in selling or advertising products and the store had ineffective vertical signs that make it difficult to do a lone expedition, I left after about 30-45 minutes and just bought everything from the manufacturer to bypass Best Buy altogether.
