Ordered a macbook m4 for curbside pickup 1 hour went on lunch break over 1 hour still not ready went inside to pickup counter employee tells me anthother 20 minutes went outside waited anthother 30 minutes finally just went in and bought one and canceled Order now waiting for refund and was late getting back to work never use best buy again like it's so hard to just go grab my macbook after waiting so long will take my hard earned money somewhere else next time I was nice and polite about it but really ridiculous customer service and she wasn't even busy helping other customers.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Best Buy. First, they told me that the geek squad employee that fixed my laptop in TN didn't do it right and wasn't supposed to fix it like that but was supposed to send it off. Either way I spent 500 dollars on this Lenovo laptop and the screen keeps dimming. It has a 1 year warranty so then they wanted me to leave it for 3 days and charge me 140 dollars to MAYBE fix it!! Didn't do that so then the guy said he could give me s HDMI chord to at least work until I get back home. Guess what? He gave me the wrong chord!!! He was rude as hell too, kept saying that other girl made me have expectations that weren't real. I know I will never buy a laptop from Best Buy!!
