Service within the store is always excellent. The employees are fabulous. We can’t fault any of the employees. However, we have encountered a long, drawn out situation with buying a Samsung washing machine. After purchasing a washing machine to replace a 5 year old Samsung washing machine, which we purchased from this same location, it took weeks! Three washing machines were brought to our home with only the third being in great condition. The first washing machine to arrive, we kept until another could be brought over, because the new one delivered was badly dented and required me to stand and keep the door pressed firmly shut until the machine locked. Only then, did it work. The next delivered machine to our home was so badly damaged, after unpacking, even the delivery men said we should not accept. The third time was a charm, however a component which attached the washer and dryer together, so that my dryer could steam, was not replaced and now my dryer is unable to steam as it’s not longer hooked up to the water. During all of this we were given “discounts” on future purchases to appease us of the damaged and disappointing machines. Now comes the best part. It’s been weeks and while “in the system” you can see our discounts, because they yet to have snail mailed them to us we were unable to make a Labor Day sale purchase. When speaking to the managers at the store, they looked much like deer caught in head lights, and said their hands were tied and they could not honor the credits. Needless to say, with Best Buy nothing is easy. Corporate Best Buy, DO BETTER at customer service.
