Appointment time 1pm.
Get spoken to 3 different people asking if we’ve checked in and what the name is.
We finally got called in at 1:25, just so the dude can go “do something real quick” in the back room for 20 minutes. Is everyone completely incompetent nowadays ?!

Very helpful. I have a cell carrier, I won't mention names, and Best Buy is more helpful when I have problems with my phone than AT&T. OOPS did I name names?
