BE ADVISED!
Beware of the Autotech and Geek Squad bay at this location if you drive a hybrid or expect professional installation. I booked an appointment to hardwire a VIOFO dashcam into a 2015 Lexus CT 200h using the manufacturer-supplied HK4 fuse-tap hardwire kit. The technicians refused to perform the proper fuse-panel installation, incorrectly claiming an OBD-II power adapter was required instead, which is fundamentally wrong for this hybrid electrical architecture.
When escalated to Best Buy Corporate Executive Resolution, they completely circled the wagons, claimed standard operating procedures were followed, and refused to address the technical incompetence of their staff. Save your time and protect your vehicle by taking your business to a dedicated, independent mobile electronics specialist.

Freddy is amazing! I had an issue with a mount, and he went above and beyond to help me get it resolved. He didn’t have to take the extra time to help, but he made sure I was completely taken care of.
