Best Buy Warehouse Polk City

Pick up goes so well - so efficient and professional. Both of our visits last year and today were pleasant. The warehouse staff were so friendly and helpful. Two great experiences over the past 2 years!

02/27/26 my experience was great. Check in @4:40 for a 5:30am appt @6am they called me to give me a door @6:50am I was empty leaving the gate. My trailer was almost half soo ….NO OVERSIGHT PARKING!!!

NO OVERNIGHT PARKING!!! They refused to let me in the gate. I had to wait almost 2 hours JUST TO GET A DOOR. Meanwhile, every other truck drove right on past me. I've now been sitting in a dock for over 4 hours to get loaded. They say "Don't be late." Well when your dispatcher schedules your pickup too close to your last delivery and it took 4 hours, I can't help that I was an hour late. They claimed they would work me in. Yea, after HOURS AND HOURS of waiting. Asking the guard did no good, she knew nothing and said "I'm only security." Calling the phone number google gives you is a complete waste of time. The guard doesn't even know what a live load is. This place is a joke. If there is a bathroom available, I don't know where it would be. There is no driver door or lounge that I'm aware of. I do not recommend this place.

Park and walk up. Need these numbers. Can’t be late. I’ll add to the post after they load me. Wow! Their excuse is the guards are new. Not sure, maybe something else. No communication. Guard shack has nothing to do with bills. These guys sealed my paperwork in so they are oblivious to what us drivers need to do. They just check seals in and out. Good luck!!
