Great service ... ample product choices
Excellent Service from Joe and other staff! I had an issue and the staff at the Port Charlotte location took the time to personally help and resolve the issue. Their patience and dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out. Delano was also able to suggest the best way for my daughter to transfer her camera photos onto her iPad. I highly recommend this location because of how well they take care of their customers. Truly outstanding service!
The front guy i believe his name was Jacob was extremely friendly and went above and beyond trying to help with a locked phone problem we were having. He was knowledgeable and all around helpful. The were a few other team members one in geek squad and one other gentlemen who were great as well I unfortunately don't remeber their names . All in all was a great visit :)
Best Buy's customer service is non existent, I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago, due to deliver in a week, OK, bad enough I've got to go 3 weeks waiting for a refridgerator but today one week away from delivery, I get a text, A TEXT, telling me they won't be meeting that delivery and it will be pushed out almost a month. No call, just a text, no way to talk to anyone to explain that date doesn't work as I won't even be in town and why did you take my money and promise a delivery you couldn't keep then wait almost 2 weeks to tell me that? YOU CANNOT CALL THE STORE YOU SHOP IN, it only goes to corporate which is apparently in some other country where they get really annoyed when you ask them to repeat themselves because you can't understand them, and they could care less, their solution was " you can cancel the order " this is for nearly $5000,00 worth of appliances and they don't care at all. Oh, and, I got the guy that when you ask for a manager tells you he doesn't have one and refuses to give you any information to reference the call. Way to go Best Buy. More like WORST BUY!
