They promised a price match and then found a reason not to do it. Then they sold me a membership which was basically useless.

I went to the Port Charlotte Best Buy. I asked them if they could help me find a pair of gaming headphones. They said sure we’ll have someone right with you. I have somebody come over. I asked them when they came over. I found this one. I’m interested in. Is there a display case for me to try these on? Oh I’m sorry. No there’s not but if you’re interested in them, you just buy them and if you don’t like them there, you can just return and get your money back. I said I don’t wanna do that. I just wanna try mine. They said oh well I’m sorry you can’t do that but we can keep looking for something else you like every time I picked out another headphone he said the same exact thing to me over and over at that point, I said well thank you for your help. I think I’m just gonna leave now.

I would have to say the Port Charlotte Best Is honestly gone downhill. I went to Best Buy today to purchase this Dell gaming laptop price was $999. It went down to $219.99. I get there and they tell me I’m sorry we don’t have it. I said excuse me I spoken to somebody at the customer service hotline and they told me the only one in the area that has one that was a return was at this one. They said oh well I guess they lied to you because we don’t have it. I even asked them is it possible To pre-order it they said no I asked them. Why do you even have it on their website? Good question we don’t know. I have some sort of drug here basically for nothing they said I guess so. I’m sorry for your inconvenience. Like what the hell Best Buy
