My visit was very disappointing with Manger Sean Connolly nasty attitude. Not wanting to to help me purchase an item . 3 other employees help me purchase what I needed. Mr. Connolly needs to be retrained in customer service service.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointed with Geek Squad at Port Charlotte Best Buy
When I asked to make an appointment, the staff said, “Oh, we’re not going to be able to get you in for a long time,” and didn’t make any effort to help or offer alternatives. Their tone was rude and dismissive, and the customer service was very poor. I expected more professionalism and basic courtesy. I won’t be returning to this location for service again.
Plenty of workers to help the customer.
