The young Lady @ the Entryway is VERY NICE, friendly and helpfull.I wish other Stores have People like her greating us Customers, because of US they have a Job.I jsut had to talk to a Manager today @ a mart , theyre :GREETERS” should not even get paid for the lousy Job the do. We had a complicated mess with our LG TV, sound system, streaming services, and remotes, and Darwin Castillo was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was friendly, patient, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable.
What impressed us most was how thoroughly he looked at the whole situation before doing anything. He took the time to understand what had happened and how everything was connected, rather than just trying one quick fix and moving on.
Darwin clearly knows his technology, but what we appreciated just as much was the way he explained things to us. He never made us feel foolish for not understanding something. He was patient with all of our questions and made a confusing situation much easier to understand.
He got everything working again quickly and effectively, including installing the Fire Stick neatly behind the TV and getting us back to a much simpler setup with the Fire Stick and remote.
We were so impressed with Darwin's knowledge, patience, and willingness to make sure everything was working properly before he left. He is a real credit to Best Buy, and we were very happy to have his name so we could specifically recognize him for the excellent help he gave us.

Took a friend to buy a new TV. The staff were exceptional! Jean was knowledgeable, courteous, patient and kind to our 90 year old friend. I highly recommend this store!
