I was Bamboozled by best buy. I bought a t.v. from them 2 years ago. I spent over 1700.00 on this. I was told that it would be 176.0 for the first year then a 176.00 for the second year and would be monthly after that if I still wanted it covered. Also anything else I purchased could also be cover for a monthly charge. We'll they tried to charge me again 176.00. 192.00 after tax. Now they are saying the only thing covered would be 2 stupid items I purchased there. My t.v. isn't available to be covered. I could have bought an extended warranty through the t.v. manufacturer and would still be covered. For this reason best buy has lost me as a customer forever. They need to train there staff better. Make sure to do research on there rewards program before you get Bamboozled also.

I had a great experience when I walked in. I was looking to buy TV and was helped by Kyle Howard. He gave me advice which one is best/ what’s the difference between the tv models. He took his time to explain everything to me, which I appreciate it. I didn’t feel rush. He was honest it did not try to upsell me. Give this man a raise. 5/5 :-)
