If I could give 0 stars. I would. Extremely upset with Best Buy. Had total membership on this amazing laptop I got just 5 months ago, accidentally spilled something on it. Sent it in to fix and they junked it. Okay no problem, they say I can replace it and give me store credit. When I go to replace the laptop, they say they no longer have it in stock and will not be getting anymore. Yet they have it on a display shelf still. Do they have something comparable? They pointed me in the direction of another laptop that is "somewhat" comparable they said. The store credit i received did not even cover the price of this downgrade I'm getting so I still ended up paying. When I asked if I could receive some other payment so I could order the laptop off of the brands actual website, they said no, they only offer store credit for junk outs. I took the L this time, but I'll never come back again . Thanks.
Jacob was very helpful, he showed us where gaming accessories were and even suggested a specific keyboard to upgrade to.
The same product was a lot cheaper at Walmart.
Not the best customer service, lacking because of their age and basic social skills... leading to a um, yeah, well, uh, yeah, well , like , like, like yeah ok kind of answer.
