When you need something don't buy something that looks like a brand name product. Ask questions to make sure your getting a brand name product. I went in to buy a name brand and ended up with an inferior product that wasn't compatible
to the main stream phone carriers. They sell products that they can't provide carrier service for. They force you to waste money with their high priced restocking fee of $45.00. They told me that I should go to Walmart for a post paid contract with T-Mobile, Watch out with this company!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻♥️🇺🇸👣⛱️🌴

We had a great experience at the Best Buy in Port Charlotte, especially thanks to Juan in the Computing department!
We originally purchased a computer through the Best Buy Marketplace from a third-party seller, but ultimately decided to return it in-store for peace of mind rather than shipping it back through FedEx. While we were there, we figured we would see if they had anything similar—or even better—within our price range so we wouldn’t have to start the search all over again online.
They didn’t have any computers in-store with the 64GB of RAM we were looking for, but Juan really took the time to understand what we needed and think outside the box. He helped us find a better computer for our needs and showed us that we could simply upgrade the RAM to get the exact specs we wanted. We even ended up adding a Geek Squad membership, and after everything, we spent around the same amount as we did on the original computer while walking away with a much better setup.
Juan was professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and genuinely focused on finding a solution that worked for us rather than just trying to make a sale. The entire experience was smooth and gave us exactly the peace of mind we were looking for.
Overall, a great experience and we would absolutely recommend this Best Buy location to anyone in the Port Charlotte area. Huge thank you to Juan for taking such great care of us!
