We ordered a dishwasher after ours broke on a Friday. Delivery/installation immediately scheduled for Tuesday the following week with a notice that "We'll get a notification the day before for time of deliver". Monday night, we are told the installation will be from 7am - 7pm which is just ridiculous. What's even more ridiculous? NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. Multiple calls at 5pm said, "They'll be there".. and nothing.
Ordering from Costco. You should too.

I have to say.. top notch customer service at this Best Buy 💯 From the sales manager that greeted me when I first came in the front door, to our salesman Gideon. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. I’m in sales myself and was truly impressed 👏
Great store. Great employees that are very informative, and very well stocked.
