Very good customer service. The young woman at the store's front, in Port Charlotte, was very knowledgeable and so helpful that I didn't even have to go to the customer service desk to address my issue!

I called because i wanted to speak to someone at the store. They use an ai chatbot that will not transfer you unless you jump through some hoops. Then when it finally let me speak to someone, it was a call center in india.
I am VERY displeased with best buy.
