Jason, today's manager, shouldn't be allowed to come in contact with customers Probably would be better suited as a stock boy in the warehouse. The experience purchasing a laptop today was horrific I can't imagine it will be too long Best Buy won't have any brick and mortar buildings and will completely have to compete on online sales Customer service in the store is not their Forte. Seeing the reviews this is not a new issue yet Best Buy corporate does nothing to correct it. Another corporate America asleep at the wheel

i walked into best buy to try to buy a computer, asked for help from the first person i saw who was a guy named ricardo. i saw he was a manager so i figured, this guy must know his stuff right? wrong. he refused to even acknowledge me, almost shoo-ing me away like I was a child.
i need this computer for work tomorrow so I guess I'm going to get it one way or another.
browsing around I overhear the same manager berating his young workers.
after that ive had enough and leave, I refused to allow my money to go in the pocket of someone that rude and condescending. I hope the general manager of this location is really impressed with the trash they hired.
