My husband and I went shopping at this place and it took forever for them to help us. The workers were always glued to the phone and they didn't help us at all. Very poor customer service. You need a whole day to shop at this store. Thank you.

Great place but if you see the average lazy eyes curl headed teenager don't go to them, I was freaking out because I didn't have the receipt in hand and they told they can't look it up on their system so I'm stuck with it and cannot refund my item. But other than some employees not knowing some things. They are mostly all very helpful, they have a good system which i respect. If you need help you have to go to the front entrance and let them know, they will then tell you to wait around the area where you need help. After that they send a employee calling out your name to help you, which i thought was awesome. One of their employees really helped me out when it came to helping me choose aTV and sound system. Other than that their store is very organized and spacious, they have many products and services. Very clean place with a good atmosphere. If you are techy this is the store for you.
