My Kenwood radio was purchased from and installed by Best Buy in 2023. Trouble free until 2 days ago. It stopped dead in its tracks. I called Best Buy for an appointment to check it out. The next day, the radio was checked out and found to be a simple harness issue according to the tech, He fixed it quickly in about 5 minutes and said he was glad to provide this service at no charge to a customer. That's what I call superior customer service. I did not get the tech's name but he was a young man working at 1PM on Tuesday the 17th of Feb 2026 at the Best Buy on Tamiami Trail in Port Charlotte, Florida. Service like that keeps me coming back to Best Buy for my needs.
Tom at the Geek Squad desk and the MOD Delano were so amazingly nice and helpful. I had an issue with a desktop I purchased and they went above and beyond to help me and find a solution. I cannot thank them enough. 10/10!!!
