Charged card TWICE and refusing to give me my money back even though my bank shows it was charged TWICE!!! Don’t pay through the phone unless you want your card charged TWICE and they refuse to give you your money back!!!

Had an issue with a delivery order, it was supposed to be delivered between noon and 2 pm. The delivery service said it was best buys fault, best buy said it was ready for pickup. BestBuy.com customer service was unable to resolve the issue. So I went to the store I ordered the product from. Was told to go to the front registers to speak to someone about the issue. Gave the young lady all the information she needed to pull up the order, and I told her I "needed to either pick up the order or cancel it and buy the product in the store itself." She said the order was unable to be canceled. So I asked what do we do about it. She said "we'll have to get a manager to SEE if we can cancel the order." I said we need to find a way to cancel the order and let me buy the part, or for me to get the order I paid for. She called a manager and then walked away without saying another word. The manager came up and was VERY helpful. He helped me pick up my already-existing order so I didn't have to pay again. While waiting for the manager to get my order, I overheard the young lady mumbling that "even if the manager told her to, she wouldn't help me out with my order." Really poor customer service from one of the checkout staff, didn't seem like she wanted to do her job.
