My area in Florida doesn't have many retail electronics stores like the Microcenter in Cincinnati Ohio, so Best Buy is the default place to go here in Venice Florida. I'll say, though, they're doing a good job at providing a wider range of products than they have in years past. I’ve bought several TVs there since moving here. My recent shopping trip was to buy a good set of gaming headphones. They had a good range of options, I counted 6 different brands each with several price ranges. The first one i bought wasnt quite the quality I hoped but returning it was no problem. I finally settled on a more advanced headset, of which there were several options, and the Best Buy staff was helpful as well. Thank you!

Would give zero if possible because it is impossible to reach a live human on the phone and the AI answering robot "can't hear me". So now I have to go there in person just to have a question answered. That is not poor customer service, that is no customer service.
