Going here always seem like a good idea until you actually get there. Prices are always higher than most places. Many staff members but you still need to be checked in to get assistance. The franchise seem to be hanging on by a thread. Corporate need to turn this franchise around before its too late.

Set an appointment for 520 and they did not call me back until about 5:55 and they sat there and diagnosed my phone when I told him that it was the battery that I need a battery replacement and he gets done diagnosing my phone goes to the back look to see if he has a battery. It’s 609 and then he proceeds to tell me that he won’t be able to fix my phone that night when I’ve literally had an appointment at 5:20 if you would’ve taken me back at my appointment time I would’ve been able to get my phone fixed. Plus, I was actually there earlier than 5:20 So I waited longer just to be told that they were not gonna fix my phone for me that day and then I had to come back the next day. Well, I cannot do that because I am a store manager, and I have to have my phone. When I brought this to a manager‘s attention, he just basically said OK and pushed me along. I would never shop at the store or do any business with Best Buy or Geek Squad ever again.
