Never received my order after spending a lot of money. They use 3rd party to deliver and do setups. I highly recommend not to have Best Buy to help with delivery or anything else. Buyer Beware.....

During my recent visit to Best Buy, Port Charlotte, I received assistance and service "beyond and above" by Michael, Verizon Specialist and Day, salesperson, for the damaged protective screen on my iPhone. They located a substitute, and Day, a perfectionist, place the protective cover on my iPhone screen without a single crease or bubble. Both took time to look into my issue, solve my problem and were patient and professional. They are unusually dedicated and highly competent workers who are willing to go the "extra mile" to solve a customers problem. I wish there were more like them in retail.
