I was looking for Pokemon cards found some and guy screamed at me non stop over and over 1 per person . Worst experience of my life at Best Buy! He is a red headed guy at pc Best Buy ! He needs to learn customer service and be nice not a jerk . Would like to speak to manager about this . Still waiting for the cal I haven’t recieved

Staff is knowledgeable but you have to hunt them down. I went in three separate times trying to buy a new pc and walked out without any acknowledgement. It's def the only electronics place in the city and they know their stuff, just make sure you initiate the first contact or you'll never get helped.

I went to purchase a keyboard and the price rang up different ($129 instead of $59) and the cashier would not honor the price although there were more stacked in the same spot. He stated that it wasn’t his fault and that they must be moved or mislabeled. It is not the customer fault if your keyboard section isn’t faced correctly. I should not have to play scavenger hunt for a tag if multiple boxes are lined over the price tag.

It was great other than the wait.Time for employee ticket to the when there was 2 employees standing next to me.That said, I needed a wait for someone to help.And they were just talking about their friends. I think they could have been a little more productive.Is there on the clock
