Absolutely horrible experience. I walked in looking to buy a brand new 90" TV because the ad price was a little better than most. After stepping in, I immediately walked over to the TV section. No one was around and I walked around until I finally found a guy sitting at a computer. He didn't acknowledge me, so I asked if he worked there. He said yes and I saw some scratch and dent TVs and asked about the prices. He didn't know because some of the stickers were missing. He left to go check and left us standing there 10 min. So, I looked around again and found the NEW TV I wanted. I had to find the floor guy again and he said he had another customer now. I walk up to the front where there was a guy and woman with Best Buy shirts on. I was frustrated at this point and I said to the employees WORD FOR WORD that "I'm drooling all over this TV. Can you get someone to take care of us?" They replied "yes, let me call someone up front." I again waited 5 minutes with the two getting back on their phones and watching videos. I just left and paid more at another place. I'm in sales and was so disgusted with the lack of customer service. No one wonder BB is going down fast. If I ever get a chance to tell anyone how bad of an experience I had I will! I might even make up some things. This place should close immediately.

"My recent visit to the Best Buy at Gulfview Square Mall in Port Richey left me utterly disappointed. Their phone case selection was abysmal - slim pickings indeed. Mostly overpriced plastic cases with very few brands or options to choose from. This once-great electronics giant feels like a relic, a mere shadow of its former self. Unless the Geek Squad can perform some serious CPR or perhaps an intense infusion of Ivermectin to resuscitate this old girl, it might be time to put her down.

Wasn't to busy or to many people Round. Went into the mall to just look around. They had okay prices compared to like a phone stand inside the mall.
