Clean, well kept. I would rate this higher or lower if I purchased something. But just from a browsing point of view, 4 stars for cleanliness, many options of electronics, and nice staff, as I entered I greeted and asked if I wanted help and when I denied they didn't follow me around the store.

I went to buy a laptop and was told that someone will be there to help. I stood waiting for about 30 minutes and still no one came to help and no one was there to ask. The store wasn’t busy and there were only about 3-4 other customers. When we finally got someone to help, he immediately left right after even tho he stated to let him know if we need anything…I asked another worker and he said that he can help me after he is done with his work, so i waited 10 more minutes only to see that he started helping someone else instead…i left the store and will never come back

Showed up to spend $2000 on a new laptop. Got put in the “que” and sent to the apple section….played with the gadgets for 30 minutes and nobody showed up to help or answer questions. Told the curly headed kid (at the table up front that asks if they can help) that nobody showed up and I’ll just buy it on Amazon….he just laughed and didn’t respond. Couldn’t care less….so why should I. Won’t ever be back
