** CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT** I hope my warning helps somebody buy from somewhere else. I've spent hours on the phone with a very simple problem. Nobody I've been hung up on multiple times. I can't get to a store manager. I have a warranty. The product is only a few days old absolute horrific horrifying experience from start to where I am right now and I don't have something that works that I paid more than $1000 for I don't need your generic BS answer from the store manager. We appreciate your help and thanks for taking the time and we'll look into it ....if you'd have more than 2.1 stars!!! . i've never spent so much time on a single issue that should be easily rectified. They do not care once they sell you the item you have been warned by from somewhere else. I promise you if you have a problem multiply it by 1000 in your frustration and hours spent spinning wheels getting nowhere with them.

Krish is awesome. He replaced two phone screens for me and did a fantastic job. He went the extra mile to clean the phones and phone cases as well. Honestly, give that man a raise.

Luca (sp?) At the front single handedly ensured I won't return. First he ignored the line at his register, proclaimed he didn't know what was going on because he 'just works here'. Problem was we watched him ignore us so he could flirt with both his manager and another associate. Then, when answering 'no' to the Best Buy credit card, decided to get huffy and tossed the security device over the credit card reader and in my direction. Oh, and he didn't ask if I wanted a physical or emailed receipt. When asked he just shrugged and said it was emailed. The internet exists Best Buy, if you can't even have half way pleasant employees what are we doing?
