Really good help when making a big electronic purchase.
These stores are great and they have the latest products. However, beware of hard sell to sign up for "free" membership which automatically charges your credit card after one year. Good only if you buy lots of products from chain.

worst decision I have ever made was purchasing high end (thermador) appliances from best buy. the fulfillment of the order has been a nightmare. they randomly change dates of delivery, their servicemen are rude and do not complete the service installation requiring multiple trips each taking a day out of my life. I purchased a refrigerator, range, dishwasher microwave washer and dryer. these will be my last purchases ever from best buy
I need to update my review. I had interactions with 2 customer service agents on the phone - outside of the US and they provided no help and incorrect information. today I went into my local store and a supervisor was able to completely resolve my issue. the local service was excellent but it is a cautionary tale that the outsourced customer service is terrible and impossible to get the local store on the phone you need to go in
