The tech support people were bad; the manger, Mike, was much worse. Very rude, they don't know what they are doing, they give conflicting information and act like the customer is at fault. Do not ever go there to buy anything or have any work done...... horrible people, but the manger, Mike, was the most rude of all. He was wearing a badge on his belt as if he were a Sheriff Deputy - not sure if that should be allowed by Corporate or not. But Mike was the most rude, disrespectful person there..... and he's the manger. Wow, I'm shocked.

You did a phenomenal job! You were so nice and honest with us when making our purchase. He wasn’t trying to push us towards the most expensive, he understood our wants and needs and made our visit outstanding. Hard work+ some one who obviously loves what they do is not easy to come by these days. Steven’s a real keeper and deserves the biggest praise from the bosses!

Poor, rude service
Spent $1200 , had to ask for help to get MY sales person engaged in helping my daughter choose the correct case for the computer I just purchased ,
On way out , after getting little or no customer service after my purchase got sternly asked if I would like to PAY FIR THE COMPUTER I just PAID FOR, totally insulted
No coordination between employees, to busy not serving customers and insulting them!!!
