Was there about 45 minutes. Store traffic nule.
Not one person came to assist. So bought 2000.00 whirlpool from Home Depot.
They were awesome. Tony approached us immediately
Never visiting Best Buy again
No service..... no customer

While this is the closest store to us . We will be driving to another location in the future .
Store personnel seem to have a problem dealing with someone with a handicap. Either that or they might be poorly trained . Either way, it falls right on the shoulders of store management . Your store rating here is a direct reflection of this stores management and that is not so good , hovering just about 4. I would call your corporate office , but that would be doing their job for them too.

2 stars instead of 1 bc of kind staff and a very clean store. I drove 2 hours the other day to pick up an Open Box Excellent condition labeled LG Oled Evo C4 65” TV. After driving 2 hours home through 5pm traffic I opened the box and found multiple parts missing that makes the stand unusable. Not only did I have to overpay for the TV bc of the wrong condition and drive a long time but i'm stuck in a request loop bc the company doesn't let us contact stores directly. As a previous employee of the company, this is frustrating and disappointing.
