GEEK SQUAD TOTAL CARE MEMBERSHIP NOT WORTH IT!!! The only positive thing I have to say is Alex and Aiden are very knowledgeable.
We dropped off 2 laptops and my desktop on Thursday. I had an appointment to install the Norton Antivirus and tune up all 3 devices. They told us it would be done 4 days later (Monday). Tuesday I called the call center because you CAN NOT get in touch with the local store. I was informed they were still being worked on, so I requested a call from the technician at the store. No call ever came. Wednesday, I called again. They said it will be ready, go online and make a pickup appointment. Made the appointment for 2:40, arrived and was not taken care of until 3. Was then handed 1 device, told that the other 2 weren't ready and when I asked if the Norton was installed he said no we did not have the product key. We wrote it on the paper that we left with the devices. He said either we could take it home and install it or wait for him to do so. I had no time to wait so I left WITHOUT any devices. Today, Thursday, I went to get our devices and the Norton was STILL NOT INSTALLED!!! They said they couldn't do it without our Norton sign in and that the other employees must've been uninformed. I took ALL 3 devices and now will be installing the antivirus MYSELF after going an entire week without my WORK. COMPUTER. What they did do for me is INSTALL THE GEEK SQUAD APP so I guess if I need anything done instead of inconveniencing them, I should sit on the phone and do it myself. So a tip from a very long time member, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Extremely disappointed, very very bad experience.

Very pleased with the staff at this location in Spring Hill, Fl. My wife and I setup appointments to repair our iPhones. The geek squad department was very friendly. They conducted themselves in a professional manner and demonstrated thorough knowledge in servicing and repairing our devices. My wife and I will definitely be returning to this location in the future for further services.
Bought an open box 75” Hisense QD7 in “Excellent” condition. TV would not download initial update and come to find out they sold me a TV with a blacklisted serial number. Best Buy refused to replace it and told me I had to drive all the way to this specific store to return it. If you enjoy AI customer service and being run around, then this is the experience for you. Will never buy electronics from this Best Buy or any other ever again.
