Rachel was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful yesterday. She turned what was a potentially stressful situation into a truly positive experience. Thanks to her outstanding customer service, I ended up signing up for the Best Buy membership and will definitely be returning to this Best Buy & her for all future purchases. Best Buy is fortunate to have employees like Rachel, she is a great example of excellent customer service!
AVOID BESTBUY and BESTBUY ONLINE given terrible service and RIP OFFs OVER $500. LOOK AT REVIEWS ON BESTBUY 3RD PARTY VENDORS. Using BESTBUY credit card I Purchased a refurbished Zflip from the BESTBUY site from their BESTBUY AUTHORIZED vendor. Within a month the screen came up. Their vendor did NOT HAVE a FUNCTIONING website AND DID NOT RETURN calls. I later discovered reviews on BESTBUY of this vendor which demonstrated this VENDOR consistently provided defective products and failed to resolve the issues. BESTBUY REFUSED TO HELP, BESTBUY CREDIT paused the charge after complaint only to reinstate and REFUSE TO REMOVE CHARGE. STAY AWAY. IF THEY SUPPORT such TERRIBLE vendors & PROVIDE A PLATFORM knowing the history of failures.... THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. Yes I should have looked at the Reviews of the 3rd party on their site. I made the MISTAKE OF TRUSTING the BESTBUY BRAND and ASSUMED THEY WOULD NOT back such TERRIBLE VENDORS with "AUTHORIZED" on their site. What A RIP OFF compounded by TERRIBLE support by BEST BUY INC, BEST BUY ONLINE, and BEST BUY CREDIT CARD - NO PROTECTION OR SERVICE FROM THEIR "AUTHORIZED" VENDORS WHO CONSISTENTLY PROVIDE DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS - INSTEAD THEY PROVIDE THEM A PLATFORM, PROVIDE THEM SUPPORT, WHILE TRYING TO ACT LIKE THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH BAD PRODUCTS.
