The worst experience I ever had. Purchase the TV online made a mistake of choosing delivery. So I went back online and look for an option to change it unavailable so I use the Amazon customer service update the status change it to pick up. This team was so adamant do not fulfill my request. It really made me uncomfortable to see how absolute this team at Best buy was determined to make that delivery. Against my will and my request I don't understand what was going through this team's lead mind. I was a customer and I made the purchase and I wish to change for a delivery to a pickup. . It got so bad to the point where I actually just canceled the whole transaction
