I went in with a flat tire that needed a plug and they said they don’t do that then said you need struts and you need new tires $2400 was the quote. So then I went to Firestone and they said you don’t need any struts. Your car is only three years old man that takes the cake. She said some places will say anything for a sale and it’s just not right.

Absolutely the worst after sales customer service on the planet. Bought 75 inch 5 year extended warranty Remote quit 3 weeks after installation spent two hours on phone trying to get new one Transferred I think five times Gave up I will find one somewhere and buy myself. This is the worst Do not make my mistake like we did Get it from Amazon or somewhere else.

I ordered an open box TV in "excellent condition" that supposedly included everything but when I unpacked it the remote was missing . I've tried numerous times to contact the store to get one but the local number is forwarded to an offshore call center who are unwilling or unable to help. Hard to imagine how their post-sale customer service could be any worse. Save yourself some aggravation and DO NOT buy anything from this store.

My I pad wouldn’t charge. Made appt arrived on time. One hour later was told to come back in an hour. I did that. They couldn’t manage to turn it in because they couldn’t turn off find my I pad. manager was rude and incompetent. Went to Apple Store. 10 minutes problem later it’s fixed
