One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had...I'm a 75 year old man who went to the Best Buy on Wendy CT. Spring Hill, Florida
After asking several employees there where we could find an IPhone and a Smart phone we were pointed the wrong direction 3 times, once we located the Smart phone we were told we couldn't buy the 2 we wanted unless we changed providers. We then searched out another employee to help us purchase an Apple I pad, again we were pointed in the wrong direction but found what we wanted on our own, again we waited for the about 15 minutes and spoke to 2 employees who told us that they couldn't help us but they would find someone for us,about 10 minutes later no one came so we decided to go spend our $4000.00 somewhere else, on the way out we saw another employee but she told us she only worked up front.
Each and every employee we encountered had a terrible attitude and acted as if they didn't want us there. Finally as we reached the door an geek squad employee standing a the reception area angry attitude just told us to hurry up and leave the store because they didn't need our business
EACH AND EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE WE ENCOUNTERED HAD A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE and apparently did not want to be THERE.
I would recommend to anyone thinking of shopping at any Best Buy to find somewhere else to spend money specially at the Wendy Ct location in Spring Hill, Florida

Now you act like if you care and ask for more detail but there is nowhere to answer your nonsensical questions. Your answer is totally off-subject and disrespects me while you mix up the things I wrote to mean something I never expressed
Furthermore you want me to take my time and install your app on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. and give you our private information...
WE WALKED OUT OF YOUR BEST BUY DUE TO THE RUDENESS, TOTAL LACK OF RESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE....NOT TO WORRY, WE WILL NEVER SHOP AT BEST BUY AGAIN AND WE SHALL continue to tell the truth about your HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER CARE...

I went in specifically to get a projector that works with my phone but they gave me incorrect advice on which product to purchase then they charged me a return fee
