I recently went to purchase an item for my home. I was immediately treated by a gentleman near the entrance. He asked me if I needed any help, and I showed him the item I wanted on my phone. He knew what I wanted and found my item. He then directed me to the cashier. Once again, the cashier was very friendly and polite.
I usually stay away from the 'big box' tech stores, but this was an excellent experience. Sales guy was very knowledgeable and helpful, and didn't try to up-sell me crap I don't need.
THE AGENT THAT HELPED ME WAS THE BEST HE DID EVERYTHING THAT WAS ASK OF HIM I AM STILL THE SAME WAY AS I FIRST WENT IN FOR HELP BUT IT ISNT BECAUSE HE DIDNT DO THE RIGHT THING IS BECAUSE I DIDNT GET TO PUT IN THE PASSWORD TO WAT I NEEDED BUT HE DID HIS JOB VERY WELL I CANT SEE ALL THAT WELL BUT I KNOW I AM DOING THE RIGHT THING ALSO BUT THEY CONTINUE TO SAY THAT THE PASSWORD I PUTTING IN IS NOT THE RIGHT ONE ALTHOUGH I KNOW IT IS. SO WHAT AM I SUPOSE TO DO I DONT KNOW ANYMORE.
