Terrible experience at this location. One person at the geek squad desk. The gentleman very long winded talking about families and guns to a customer at the counter by four people were waiting in line. I waited almost 30 minutes in line. As I got to the front someone had 11:00 appointment and I was pretty much told that I'd have to wait. I will never use Best buy again.
