I spent over 500$ and they didn't have a plastic bag for my purchase...
if i can could rate it a 0 star experience I would do it twice over. My husband and I went in the store interested in purchasing a computer. we went in and the employees ignored us for over 30 mins so we left with not one store employee addressing us. we came back an hour later to receive the same treatment. we had to hunt down 2 separate employees to finally get some assistance. I expressed my concern to them and he said nothing about the situation. we asked a couple questions that he answered with an attitude. Furthermore the customer service was TERRIBLE and we will never go back to this location, we will be driving the extra hour to vero instead. BEST BUY members and PAYING CUSTOMERS will be treated better at a more professional location.

Well it's a Electronics store. I find the store to be clean and has plenty of employees available. Tons of various brands in Tvs, computers, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, cameras, headphones, ear pods, Drones, small action cams, car audio products, gaming, e-scooters, kitchen appliances. I can't give a review on how helpful the employees are due to the fact that I always know what I'm looking for and I know where that product is that I'm looking for, so I don't ever ask for help.
I’ve never had an unpleasant experience and I buy all of my TV’s and appliances from Best Buy as they provide consistently excellent delivery and customer service from start to finish. The only reason I don’t give this store a 5th star is every time I go to the physical location, employees seem to sense me coming with a question and immediately find a reason to flee to the other end of the store. One time I waited so long for an employee to get a vacuum down for me that I tweeted @ the Best Buy twitter account and they contacted the store on my behalf to get someone to help me. That said, I do recommend this store for large electronics and appliance purchases at the very least.
