Front security greeted with a smile and when leaving. However, Floor staff in the electronic department are uneducated and not proactive. When asking a question got attitude in return. I do not recommend this Best Buy.

I’m thrilled to say that my first-ever PC purchase was a fantastic decision, and I couldn’t be happier with the CyberPower rig I grabbed from Best Buy. From the moment I unboxed it, everything felt right. The setup was nearly seamless within minutes I had it powered up, humming along, and ready for my games and daily use. The performance blew me away. Games run smoothly, multitasking is effortless, and even heavier workloads haven’t caused it to stutter.

Be cautious of this locations open box items. We purchased an "excellent" tv, only to find out the actual tv in the box is a two year older model. Covered in scratches. Wrapped in best buy checked tape. In fair condition at best.
