Last Saturday I waited about 40 minutes until I got someone to help me, once I did get someone to help it went well,my observation is that during tax season,they should have more employees than normal on the floor to help with all the people coming in to buy TV's with their tax return, I literally had 5,6 indecisive people in front of me.
