I ordered an iPad online and Best Buy used “Roadie” as the delivery service they never even picked up my order, and I’ve been waiting with no updates. So I tried again and bought a second iPad for in-store pickup. I showed up, waited for almost two hours, and no one could go in the back and actually bring it out.
At this point I feel like I’m begging Best Buy just to take my money and give me the product I paid for and I still don’t have an iPad. Completely unacceptable experience from start to finish.

Went on black Friday, the store was crowded but there were plenty of associates to help out with what you needed, I pre-ordered what I wanted and purchased some accessories that day. The people in customer service were great! And the overall service was excellent!
