Went in for Pokémon cards and asked nicely if they had the new set in. I was met with an associate saying, “They are all sold out, you guys came here for nothing”. I understand you are frustrated and it was probably a long day due to the new launch, but that is no reason to treat people like that. I used to spend money at Best Buy, looks like I won’t be any longer.

Service was really great. I was taken care of it Antion. He was kind patient and well mannered. He was thorough and got me out of there in a decent amount of time.
I bought a Sim card as a weeks trial. Turned out it was not compatible with my phone. I tried to return it they would not accept it. I called the provider and was told that Best Buy was responsible and should have refunded the purchase. Out a few bucks, but Best Buy is out as far as I am concerned for any future purchases from me.
