I purchased a Lenovo laptop and two months later the hard drive crashed. I took it back to best buy. They said I could have a new one but they didn't have any. It would take 2 weeks to get one in and then three weeks to have it ready to pick up. I told them to fix the one I had and they said three weeks. Tomorrow will be 4 weeks and no word. Called twice, told to wait for email. Will never purchase another thing from estate Buy.

By far the worst experience I've had in a retail store. The $200+ headphones I purchased were faulty and during the return the card machine had shattered glass with shards all over which sliced my finger open. It wasn't just a normal cut either. My finger was bleeding to the point where the receipt, best buy card, and my clothes were covered in blood. The employee shrugged his shoulders and was like ehh stuff happens. Then I was rushed to exchange the faulty headphones so that I would leave the store faster. All I received was unprofessional, bodily injury, and faulty headphones. Save yourself and just go online.

Tried to return some unopened PlayStation games my kids received for Christmas. Told I could not return them because it had been too long. I was looking for store credit to purchase something else, not a refund. The offered me a membership for $50 which would magically allow them to refund the games. I left after the manager called me “honey”, very inappropriate. Poor policy.

Ok, I've got some names for you! I wrote them all down because I had an amazing experience at Best Buy! I went in on a Saturday because my phone was full and I couldn't figure out what was going on. I went to the geek squad station thinking I had to have some sort of special help to figure it out. I think that is where Ricky helped me. Super nice, super attentive and took my phone to the back for another tech to look at it. Came back out, my phone wasn't reading the SD card. He sent me over to the other section to go get an SD card and Antoine said Hi and he could help me after he finished with the lady that he was helping. He asked Mica to help me out. Super friendly and helped me look at the cards that they offered. Took me up to go pay for the card so we could work with it. Meanwhile Antoine finished up and came right over to help me. With the new card in hand, we went to the phone desk, he got it installed, helped me get a couple of things fixed on where they were going on my phone and I was all set. The problem I had been having for 2 months had been cleared up in about 20 minutes total. I had a great experience in the store. Antoine was fast, efficient knowledgeable and really friendly. All of the employees seem to like each other. Say hi to each other passing by. Seem to want to help each other. It was a refreshing transaction and a very happy experience. The store had a very positive uplifting feeling to it. All 3 of the guys that helped me were super polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience!
