The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of Keith. He was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. We’ve been having ongoing issues with customer service—no one seemed to be able to locate our account or warranties. Keith took the time to investigate and found the problem right away. Apparently, my husband and I had been sold separate memberships, and only mine included the 2-year warranty. We had no idea! Thanks to Keith, we can finally get everything corrected. He deserves recognition for going above and beyond to fix what multiple people couldn’t.

The manager Michael Dunne at Best Buy is very rude we try to return something under warranty and they refused to give me credit or exchange . He said there's a new policy . We ask show us the new policy he said he dosent want to argue that’s the rule he gave us the card and said call corporate.. our vacuum is under warranty. We feel very discriminated the way he spoke to us . Maybe cause we had an accent. Who knows ?

The technicians in phone section are awesome Had a recurring problem with my phone and drove me crazy. The staff are knowledgeable and patient with me, who knows nothing about my phone. And yes, they helped me again. Thanks guys...big hug.

Just had a bad experience with an open box purchase. Unfortunately, the remote did not work with the t.V I was told to come in and get another one when I arrived at the store.They did not have a replacement.I was then told to bring back the whole t.V and they would replace it with a new one when I made my second trip back.I was given with an upcharge because. Not any one time was I ever told that there would be an upcharge?They were just going to replace it with a new one in a box. Really not a big deal.But after the second, screw up on their part, that you would just let the upcharge go away.
