No one to help on the floor
Very disappointing experience with Christian, the manager at Best Buy. I purchased a used MacBook in fair condition, only to find out it was missing the charger. Instead of properly making up for the issue, I was only offered the option to upgrade to an excellent-condition model. I agreed, but when I asked if they could also provide a discount for the inconvenience, Christian refused and then responded in a rude and disrespectful way: “Are you working here?” That is not how a manager should speak to a customer. The lack of professionalism and poor attitude made this experience much worse than it needed to be.

The staff here were so friendly I had to leave a review! Went in to look for a printer for my MIL and was helped within 5mins. Diego was very knowledgeable and patient to answer all our questions and gave us some great recommendations with lots of information. Everyone in the store was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend going in person for any tech needs.
