You would think that in this day and age of businesses needing customer loyalty, Best Buy would've figured it out by now.
I despise going into this store, because everyone is ALWAYS standing around talking in groups and many ok f us customers are walking around needing assistance. I have to walk up to the "group" and ask for assistance. A couple of them look my way and continue talking and one young lady attempts to assist me with little knowledge of my needs. She couldn't provide either camera I wanted due to your instock is depleted. She says it's just been like this. No ma'am, it's been like this the last couple of times I've come in. I will drive to find another store or order online going forward. Thos store is in a prime location and if they would focus on customer service and instock, they'd be successful. They look like they're headed down the trail that Radio Shack went before closing.

I've been in this store and there many times I've never bought anything from them every time I try to buy something from them. They encourage me to go somewhere else so I do.

We went to get a coulple of Tv's and we spoke to a girl name FAB
and she was Fabulous, Great customer service and so nice and great personality, WOO HOO GREAT JOB!!!
