I usually have good experiences with Best Buy and appreciate the wide selection of products, but this visit was just okay. I had a bit of trouble finding help and the overall process took longer than expected. Nothing major, just not the smooth experience I’m used to. I’ll continue shopping here and hope my next experience is better.
Ended up here for a mobile printer. Tried the 2 office box stores with no success. It’s like they should just sell some office supplies and close the others down.
I always get good deals from Bestbuy. I love their no interest payments as well.

Very unhappy. They have always done my repairs to my Samsung products. I even bought a contract. Now they only repair Microsoft products.
