If I could give zero stars I would. The sales folks are ok if/when you can find one. The geek squad however is completely incompetent. Couldn’t do a simple laptop data transfer a year or so ago and now can’t do an iPhone battery replacement. Two days in a row told to come back the next day.
Of course other people in line were having issues with this stores geek squad as well. Go elsewhere and save yourself the drive time and headache.

Huge thanks to Joanne in the appliance section at Best Buy. We were honestly about to leave and go to another store, but she took the time to check again and managed to find the exact washing machine we wanted. She was very helpful, patient, and made the whole deal happen, which saved us a long extra trip. Really appreciated her effort and customer service. People like her make a big difference.
Normally never write reviews. Had an amplifier set up by "Dave" from Geek Squad. For job - Dave was due to get a zone working and disconnect another zone.
One of his 1st statements during configuration was that our amplifier middle channel did not work... which was not case. I advised him about center channel working a day prior. That he probably configured amp incorrectly. He eventually wired correctly (did not acknowledge it worked, possibly out of embarrassment). I then told him importance that speakers (ohm load) must be wired correctly for amplifier not to be overloaded. He left charging us $695 with amplifier way overloaded and shutting off. What was a room reconfiguration led to amplifier overload and being able to produce, shutting down.
I called him immediately once we discovered issue. He said we would need to schedule another appointment. I told him (Dave) I wanted refund- he then texted 800 number that Best Buy will need to handle. This all happened yesterday, today I called ... Best Buy refused refund stating Dave can come back out to work no issue. I told them we spent another $295 to have local co come and fix issue Dave created. Best Buy stated no refund. I'd sure like to speak with someone higher up because this in insane

The selection at this Best Buy is impressive, and the staff is generally helpful and knowledgeable. However, I found the checkout process a bit slow and the store can get quite crowded on weekends. Overall, it's a decent place to shop for electronics but could improve on efficiency.
