I ordered a TV this afternoon and sent the handyman hanging it up to the store to pick it up. In my order, I included his name, phone number, and MY email address (so he would not be plagued with spam). When he arrived, they would not give him our TV. They told him the credit card had not processed, though it did on our side and we could very clearly see it. Four hours later, I followed up because it was still showing pending for pick up. After being on the phone for an hour, I was told they didn't give him our TV because they thought it was fraud. Tell me, why is there a place to list someone else picking up the item, if doing so makes them think it is fraud? So, I paid someone to pick up my TV, but did not get a TV. He is not available tomorrow to help us and Best Buy would only deliver it if I paid an additional $100. They would not offer any compensation for this either. I spoke to 3 people, including a manager. I cannot believe I found a store that makes Walmart look like it has good customer service, but here we are. Never EVER again will I give these thieves my money!!
