I’m incredibly grateful to Glenn from the Geek Squad at Best Buy for helping me after I was caught in a very convincing scam impersonating Best Buy/Geek Squad. An official-looking email that normally would have gone to spam made it through, complete with phone numbers, and the person on the phone ultimately hacked my laptop.
I arrived at Best Buy frantic, with my computer battery running low. Glenn immediately stayed calm, reassuring, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He helped me clean and secure my computer right away and made me feel like everything was going to be okay when I was anything but calm inside.
Glenn’s expertise was wonderful, but his patience and humanity meant just as much. Best Buy is incredibly fortunate to have someone like him representing the Geek Squad.

Helen at Best Buy provided absolutely exceptional customer service from start to finish. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and knowledgeable as she guided us through our purchase, helping us pick out one iPad and two pairs of AirPods without ever making us feel rushed. Her helpful attitude and positive energy made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable. She is truly the best of the best and absolute 5 star experience, and Best Buy is lucky to have her on their team!
