I had GREAT SERVICE by a girl named Maddie HIGHY RECOMMEND asking for her when you go there for repairs

Horrible customer service. I bought a digital camera online. The camera never worked when I tried to use it and the kit came with missing items. When I went into the store to try to exchange or get my money back they store manager said that it was bought through a third party vendor and I needed to contact the vendor. I contacted the vendor multiple times and the vendor finally replied that I needed to contact best buy that they had the discretion and authority to do a refund. Needles to say I have emailed both the vendor and best buy, called customer service multiple times, everyone just keeps passing the blame without a proper resolution. BEST BUY DO BETTER! If you are allowing third parties to sell under your website the minimum you can do is make sure these vendors aren't scamming the customers. This particular vendor I purchase from has horrible reviews and with similar issues as mine.

The Geek squad at this location are probably the most incompetent, inept people I have ever encountered. i waited almost an hour just to drop my laptop off, there were at lease 12 of these clowns "working" that day, but only 1 girl was actually helping anyone, the rest of them were goofing off in the back. I was told by HP to take my laptop under manufacturers warranty and thy would send it to HP, I asked 3 of these clowns when i took the laptop in and all 3 said "yes , we are sending it to HP. 2 weeks later no one ever called , texted or emailed me that my laptop was back, I checked online, it had been sitting there for 4 days and no one notified me, so i checked myself and when in to pick up the laptop, only to find it was not even repaired, these clowns sent it to Geek squad headquarters not to HP and those clowns just sent it back and said they can't fix it, which is no surprise at all. Now they tell me they cant send it to HP. The only reason I dealt with these completely incompetent clowns in the first place was because it was under warranty and I thought it was going to HP. I would never let the clowns of geek squad touch my computer, they are a joke and complete ripoff, all those idiots do is rip off elderly people who know nothing about computers, everything they charge you 100$ and up to do, you can do yourself with free software. I will gladly teach anyone who asks for free so you don't get robbed by these idiots.

This Best Buy makes me want to throw up.
