Best Buy used to have really great customer service and now they just suck. I've been buying phones from them for years and getting their protection plan because I'm not super careful with my phones. I had a horrible experience with them in the past when they changed the plan from "the life of the device" to two years WITHOUT telling me, and then refused to cover it when my phone stopped working properly after two years. Despite the fact they did not advise me of the change, they refused to make it right. I decided to try one more time because of the good experiences I had in the past with them. Well, shame on me. Once again, they have screwed me over and refuse to make it right. I bought a phone and protection plan in 9/2024 that was a two year plan. They terminated before the two years without offering me any other option. Now, of course, my phone is malfunctioning and since the protection plan was terminated, there is nothing they will for for me. To add insult to injury, when I chatted online with an agent to find out why the plan was terminated since I was paying monthly, they ultimately told me I needed to go into the store so that entire conversation was a waste of time - probably at least 30 mins. Then I called today and got hung up on after about 15 minutes. I called a second time and was on for about 30 minutes and then got hung up on. I was also given one reason from the online agent as to why the plan was terminated which was inaccurate. Then I was given a totally different reason from the agent over the phone, and her reason was not even logical much less accurate. I would suggest you DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BEST BUY if you can avoid it - especially with regards to buying a cell phone and getting their protection plan. I suppose companies this big do not need to have good customer service anymore.

The Geek Squad is far from being as knowledgeable.. MSN has been around for a longtime, and they sold me a computer with MSN softwear.. you think.. The tech told me that I needed a new computer? Not. Sigh..

The installation was good but unfortunately the interior trims were damaged. Now I have to look at my interior with scratches. If I could post pictures of inside the truck I would but I don't have that option.
