I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt I had to shout out an employee there for giving me the best customer service experience I’ve ever had probably anywhere. Give Matthew a raise! Not sure his last name but I called today 5/27 at 4:30 if that helps. I wanted to know the quality of an open box TCL 75 mini led tv that was there. Unfortunately they didn’t have it but he went above and beyond looking for options and giving honest opinions on what I could get. Thanks so much Matthew!

Geek Squad folks are great. If you're going to take appointments first thing in the morning, (10am) you need more than 1 Geek Squad person working.
I had a 10 o''clock appt, but had to wait, because someone without an appointment got to the store before I did. I was there at 10 am when the store opened
By 10:10, 4 people were waiting.
Went to Best Buy today for a stereo receiver and met Logan. This guy was awesome! Knowledgeable, courteous and no hassle. He took his time and answered all my questions. Great job!
