Best Buy's in store PC department was lacking so I ordered a PC from their website. I received my Stormcraft PC with a clicking in the fan. Other components seem cheap. One of the USB plugs is loose and I believe they are installed upside down. Not happy with my purchase. Customer service is unwilling to find a reasonable compromise on a solution. I would not recommend. I can't believe Best Buy sells this garbage!

I was having issues with my iPad for months, I tried everything the Apple support advised me to do. I went to another store prior they said something about the motherboard. Apple made me an appointment and sent me to this Best Buy. Got there waited a little and Angel came to help me. I signed a form and he said 45mins. Came back 45mins he handed me my iPad like it was brand new. I said that’s it he said yes. Geek Squad Angel was really helpful.
