If you are shopping for a new television and get overwhelmed like I do then you want to ask for Miles.. I feel like we were so blessed to get him to help us decide which tv was right for us. He was very knowledgeable about multiple brands of TVs and he went above what was expected to check comp prices from competitors in the area so we easily compare and we ended up getting great prices for the Labor Day sale! I hope the managers and owners realize what a great asset he is to their store!!..

VERY DISSAPPOINTED WITH THE REPAIR I RECEIVED FROM GEEK SQUAD. I HAD A $1600 LENOVO LAPTOP PUT IN SERVICE TO HAVE THE MOTHERBOARD REPLACED AND WENT TO PICK IT UP TO FIND OUT THE HARD DRIVE WAS MISSING!!!!!!!! THEY OFFERED NO EXPLANATION OR REMEDY TO THIS BIG PROBLEM. IT WAS OBVIOUS THE 1TB HARD DRIVE WAS STOLEN.

Really disappointing experience. I purchased a screen protector and had an associate install it, only for it to be applied terribly with air bubbles all over the screen. To make matters worse, they wanted to charge $40 just for the installation, more than the screen protector itself.
If you’re charging a premium for a basic screen protector installation, I would at least expect it to be done correctly. I could have done a better job myself for free.
