I don't like leaving negative reviews, but will not be surprised if this specific location closes in the near future. Been here multiple times and bought items (such as large screen TVs), but avoid this location much as possible. It is a hit or miss if anyone will assist when needed. After my last visit today I will just stick to shopping online with Amazon or other companies.

Pure Scam. Never shop at Best Buy!!! Purchased 3 TV’s and Wall brackets, plus paid for delivery and installation. Geek Squad comes over to deliver and install and they wanted to charge me extra for everything. Xtra charge to remove old brackets, extra charge as it was 3 different walls, extra charge to connect to cable box. Over $500 for extra charges. Told them to take everything back . What a bait and switch. They tell you that what I paid at the store includes delivery and installation and then when they think you are at their mercy when they deliver, they start adding all these extra fees. Buyers beware. BOYCOTT BEST BUY!!!!
