If I could give no stars I would.
Paid for soundbar ($1,000) and delivery/installation and set up ($499). Not only was delivery 1 week late (it took 4 attempts for someone to show up with delivery), soundbar still has not been configured.
Service staff is indifferent and uninterested in resolving the problem...no one calls back or follows up. I'm giving 1 week to get resolved or returning it ..unless I can set it up myself...but that's not the point (after a 4 week continuous debacle). Calling customer service is a nightmare. Want to talk to a human being?...nearly impossible.
Probably last time going to Best Buy.
Got a mediate service and it was nice 👌 getting my new phone
