Terrible management of customer service in the pickup logistics and customer service. You spend a long time waiting to get something you bought because the purchase and return lines are the same, with several employees going back and forth, and you, who just bought something, end up wasting your valuable time waiting for hours.

Walked away very dissatisfied. Purchased some items for my son for the holidays. One particular game came as a disc but he needed the digital card. When I returned it to the store. Rather than getting the full refund I was told that the items were sold as a bundle and I received $16 dollars less what I paid. I explained I did not know if any bundles and that was never disclosed at the time of purchase. I offered multiple options to try to have a satisfactory outcome. What I was told was “I hear what you are saying, but I can’t go back or do anythIng about it”. No options to assist, I was doing all the thinking and no resolve. Walked feeling cheated. Will not return

Excelente lugar y servicio al cliente
Matthew is a great associate. I saw him in an isle, he was stocking something and I asked where to find an item. He took me directly to the item and showed me exactly what I needed. The staff is extremely helpful here.
