Waited 15 minutes for service . I reserved a 4 pm time slot to fix my phone. There was only one person . And he was just waiting for a download . The just stood there. Finally some one came from the back and checked my phone . It was only a cracked shield . I then had to search and look for a screen shield . Finally done one helped me . I had to wait in line again for 10-15 minutes to have them put the new screen saver on. No one told I had to buy it first . I thought they could take care of it then . Had to go to another place, pay for it then they put it on . The people who helped me were very nice. But they should have told me to pay for it first . And why did I have to wait again to have the screen saver put on .this why I stopped going to best buy

I took my laptop for service and I was told it will take 1-2 days to repair it but the gentleman - Malachi A. put a rush on it and got it repaired same day! Great customer service!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt I had to shout out an employee there for giving me the best customer service experience I’ve ever had probably anywhere. Give Matthew a raise! Not sure his last name but I called today 5/27 at 4:30 if that helps. I wanted to know the quality of an open box TCL 75 mini led tv that was there. Unfortunately they didn’t have it but he went above and beyond looking for options and giving honest opinions on what I could get. Thanks so much Matthew!
