Best Buy logistics and outsourced customer service is abysmal. Bought tv and sound system as a gift for elders, with Geek Squad installation. Called day before to confirm appointment and got a call center. Drove to store that day and confirmed everything we bought was there and ready for install. On the day of install, they never showed up, with no phone call or text to inform us. Drove to store again. Computer said our products actually were NOT ready for that morning. Management was not able to get another install date for weeks. We cancelled and got a refund. However, the People there are super nice and knowledgeable. Definitely earned the sale with know-how and professionalism. If they fixed the logistics and the outsourced customer service, they would be Chick Fillet awesome. These nice people are handicapped by their support system. Recommendations: promote all the people and fire all the robots.
Ordered online and got some of the order had to come back for one small thing. Next time I will look and make sure all is there . Not their fault mine for assuming.
