They have different deals on different days
It took me a while to find assistance, but after the Samsung reprentative was awesome, even when they didn't have what I was looking for, he helped me find a solution.
My husband and I recently visited this Best Buy location to purchase two laptops. We understood that there might be purchase limits on certain products, and when the employee explained that my husband could not purchase additional laptops due to previous purchases, we accepted that explanation.
To avoid any issue, we offered to complete the purchase using my account and my payment method. Unfortunately, instead of handling the situation professionally, Yandri appeared to take the situation personally. His attitude was dismissive, unhelpful, and unnecessarily rude throughout the interaction.
What was most frustrating is that, despite our willingness to follow the rules and complete the purchase under my account, he ultimately refused to sell us the laptop. We were never given a reasonable explanation that justified the way we were treated. Rather than feeling like valued customers, we felt judged and unwelcome.
A customer service representative or manager should remain professional, respectful, and impartial. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. We left the store extremely disappointed, not only because we were unable to purchase the laptop, but because of the way the situation was handled.
This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences we have had, and I hope management reviews how customers are being treated at this location.
