La peor de las experiencias, una compra por más de $9000 , dentro de la compra tuve problemas con una cámara de fotos( llegó open box y usada ) y fueron incapaces de darle solución a esta situación.
Pedí hablar con algún manager ( Adriel , Jancarlos )
Mal tratos fue lo único que recibí .
Aclarar también que soy (My Best Buy Total™ member!) , y que la compra fue directamente con ellos en la tienda .
Jamás compraría algún producto con BEST BUY .
Very poor experience with the service. I placed an online order that was canceled due to “out of stock,” yet when I went to the store in person, I found the product was actually available.
This clearly shows a lack of inventory control and poor coordination between the online system and the physical store. On top of that, I was asked to wait for a manager to process the refund, but the manager never showed up, which caused me to waste valuable time as I had other commitments. I eventually had to call customer service myself to request the refund.
To make matters worse, I now have to wait 3 to 5 days to receive my money back, while I was forced to purchase the same item again due to urgency.
This is disrespectful to customers and reflects very poor management and service. They seriously need to improve their processes to avoid situations like this.

Fui a recoger, ya estaba todo dispuesto para que no perdiera el tiempo.
