Worst experience buying appliance by phone. They dont take any responsability of the agent sell it to me. I have being taking More of a week. Talk to corporate. Escalation customer service. Ending to think best buy is a bad company treat me without any right. After have all reasons to complaint about agnet sell me something wrong. They supposedly records phone calls but really they dont. Care to review to proof the agent that represent bestbuy make a bug mistake. And they dot. Care to fix it. I feel so frustrated never never in my life. I go to forget my horrible experience but hope no one buy appliances there
