Horrible customer service. You cannot speak to anyone in the store unless you are physically in the store. I got an iphone repaired and I never received an email telling my status in almost a week's time. They were also allegedly calling my phone number, which is the number to the phone that is completely dead that they have in hand. AI customer service via phone is even worse. I only deal with Best Buy because that is the only option in my location.

Ezra at Best Buy in Tallahassee, Florida, was awesome! He hard-wired my three-channel Viofo A229 Plus dashcam and dashcam battery pack in my '26 Honda CR-V SUV, and did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and very detail-oriented throughout the installation. He also took the time to answer my questions and review the completed work with me. One note: I purchased and brought with me the longer 8m rear cable from Viofo ahead of time because of the vehicle’s length, and I’m glad I did. I highly recommend Geek Squad Tech, Ezra if you need a dashcam installed!
