Was not greeted by anyone..had to find toaster oven section on my own...looking for breville brand..almost left then saw where they were...2 employees in that section were "chatting together" they saw me never asked if they could help...went to target bought oven at same price!

I recently ordered a new JBL party speaker for Memorial Day weekend. Instead of the store staff giving me the brand new device I paid for, they tried to pull a fast one and gave me an open box item that had apparently been returned to the store. I unfortunately didn’t notice this until I made it home and opened the box to a clearly used device paid for at full price. Needless to say, the item was immediately returned to the store and the excuse I was given was, they gave me that item because it was all they had left. Staff didn’t communicate that it was used and didn’t even offer a discounted price for the open box item. Requested a refund with no issues. I won’t be buying anything else from this location, and certainly never ordering for pick up.
