I went to purchase and open box laptop and when the worker lied to me and told me that if I purchase it and there is something wrong and I return it, that they will charge me a restocking fee of $50 so I decided to pay more for the new one, later to find out that he lied to me and that there is no restocking fees on laptops. I get trying to make sales but being dishonest is how you lose business in the long run. Will not be purchasing electrics from that store again.

"Madison Larue" was extremely helpful. Our autistic son broke his switch game and she helped us purchase a new one and even transferred his digital games. Our son was very happy! We will shop in your store again and hope we see Madison! Best Buy is the greatest!
