About a month ago my wife and I were looking to purchase a new MacBook for her to go back and get her masters and start teaching this fall. We were fortunate to talk to Ausar in the Apple area as well as the Apple representative(can’t remember her name). Ausar gave us excellent advice on what model computer we would need. He compared the Neo vs the MacBook Air to show us the limitations of the Neo what the Air could offer. Overall, the employees in the Apple Sales Area were very helpful, respectful, and mindful of our needs.
Fast forward, we came back yesterday with intentions to purchase the computer of our choice and luckily, Ausar was there to assist in the purchase of the MacBook Air of our choice.
If you need a new Apple product, Ausar and the Apple reps are the best place to help you out.
Horrible customer service. You cannot speak to anyone in the store unless you are physically in the store. I got an iphone repaired and I never received an email telling my status in almost a week's time. They were also allegedly calling my phone number, which is the number to the phone that is completely dead that they have in hand. AI customer service via phone is even worse. I only deal with Best Buy because that is the only option in my location.
The people were friendly and respectful.
Bradley was incredibly helpful and made my experience at Best Buy amazing. He took the time to understand what I needed and made sure I got the best deal that was most beneficial for me. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and would highly recommend asking for Bradley if you need help!
