The customer service is horrible. This location is going out of its way to hire the worst employees in order to convince you to shop at Amazon. Even the management is not helpful and will respond with a poor attitude. It's a shame because this location used to have a wonderful customer experience.

Huge Best Buy! Magnolia Center is closed down but its huge compared to the Best Buy in my city. Employees were nice and very helpful even though it was not his section.

They apparently cannot repair computers, phones no issue. But my computer and, every other cutomer I spoke with, had bugs in their PC. In fact as I was walking back to my car, at least 3 people stopped me and asked, " wait, let guess . . .you got bugs?" Seriously??? I paid almost 200$ for total care and get zero???
