I subscribed for an annual fee (not cheap) to have repairs done. Geek Squad supposedly repaired my laptop. It still has problems. Here's the BAD part: It's impossible to call the Geek Squad section or anyone at the store. A call takes me to an overseas call center, AFTER several voice prompts and transfers. Then I'm put on hold.
When I'm finally able to speak to someone, it's STILL not a tech support person, but a call center person. I explain the problem and asked to be transferred directly to Geek Squad at the store. No, they can't do that! But they promise to have someone there call me back. When? I give them several options spanning 2 days.
NO ONE calls me back! I try to call again. WASH, RINSE, REPEAT: the same problem only this time, the long wait on hold to finally get to a person turns from annoying hold music into silence, then a HANGUP!
My only other option is to go in person to the store, but I have to make an appointment first! GRRRRHHHH! Best Buy is quickly becoming my WORST BUY!
My sister ordered a tablet online & it was ready for pickup in about an hour. She needs a Best Buy a little closer.
No encuentras todo. Y no sale tan barato como dicen.
