I recently ordered a new JBL party speaker for Memorial Day weekend. Instead of the store staff giving me the brand new device I paid for, they tried to pull a fast one and gave me an open box item that had apparently been returned to the store. I unfortunately didn’t notice this until I made it home and opened the box to a clearly used device paid for at full price. Needless to say, the item was immediately returned to the store and the excuse I was given was, they gave me that item because it was all they had left. Staff didn’t communicate that it was used and didn’t even offer a discounted price for the open box item. Requested a refund with no issues. I won’t be buying anything else from this location, and certainly never ordering for pick up.

I had a very negative experience with the auto installation of my aftermarket dash kit and back up camera. However, the store management and claims were very polite and respectful. They were prompt and empathetic. Because of their care and how they handled my situation, they have me continuing my business.
