Ordered what I went in for and it was delivered to my house in a couple of days.

If you open up at 10:00 your people should already be in the building in their work area ready to go at 10:00 not wandering around the building we spent 45 minutes trying to find somebody to help us they kept walking away from us

I just bought the Galaxy Buds2 Pro for $139.99.. drove all the way home to Marianna, opened the box, which appeared to have been brand new with the tape on it... and NO ear buds were in the box. So I will obviously be returning this item, and will followup with exactly how that goes. Unbelievable, I've never had anything like this happen before.
