Stocked up with all the newest and highest tech. But if you need something else or are looking for something more specific, I absolutely would recommend looking at the BestBuy site, along with purchasing things about 3 hours before pick up closes.
Because their system runs slow and it won't be ready for you even if you wait an hour.
The employees are pretty cool but not really helpful, I'd also not recommend coming here if you want to sell off tech, it's a pretty cheap place even if what you want to trade-in is high spec.

Customer service is great, I spoke to Ausar. He is very knowledgeable and gave useful tips on each product we were interested in. The only reason I will give 3 stars is because your computer towers are way overpriced, your warranty is overpriced and your shipping services suck. We ordered on the 23 of August and we were supposed to get it that Wednesday. Instead I waited until Sept. 6 and got it refunded. I've found a better business now so thanks for the first impressions best buy. Seems like everyone has had this issue.

Got what I needed with a helpful and knowledgeable person and a quick check out. Both were kind and friendly, so an enjoyable trip.
Good grief. Can't get help in the store. Then handed a card at the door with a name on it only for the number on the card to be a general number for the store. Automated phone menu doesn't even recognize "Geek Squad" as voice prompt. After speaking with several associates, I got nowhere.
