I used the Best Buy website to order for pickup a Cyberpower PC and had no issues in the process. I like that the website features a section that compares the PC you are looking at to others. The process was seamless
I bought a television and scheduled for it to get mounted in my home. My appointment was canceled twice by Best Buy, I took off two full days from work, I had to go up to the store multiple times to speak with store representatives. Throughout this ordeal no one ever reached out from corporate after store managers put in several requests to contact me.
Poor communication, no empathy, lack of professionalism…….Best Buy seriously dropped the ball!!!
