Had an alarm that kept going off the entire time we were there. We waited in the fridge section and nobody ever came to wait on us and then we decided to go use the bathroom after a half hour and it was out of order. Finallywe just left.

It took more than 30 minutes to have someone help, even though there were employees sitting around doing nothing. The person who finally helped was rude, did not want to look in the back, and then said all of the speakers were damaged because of the hurricane, a dubious claim at best. This may be the most lame and poorly run Best Buy in the entire country. Don't shop here!
