The staff wqs so welcoming, and they were so knowledgeable. They were so polite and very professional. They have limited stocks, though. They have to back order the item. But it's okay. As long as the unit being purchased arrives on time, it's fine. Overall, the store is decent.
Pls don't buy laptops from here they lie and sell u old parts on new laptops

In the blink of an eye, my phone died. Because of a prior great experience, I went to Best Buy. Seth Mc was there to help me. I'm technically clueless. I told him what happened.
I explained my phone needs and he started showing me all the options. He knew about them all. After I selected, he set me up with everything. He was a good teacher and made sure I was comfortable before I left and reassured me He would be there the next day if I ran into any difficulties.
It was the kind of service we all hope to encounter when life little catastrophes hit.
