Went in to purchase two laptops and the help was spectacular. The person assisting was well versed in pc specs to help find the right laptop in my budget for what I was looking for. Would highly recommend this Best Buy!

Absolutely no respect for the customer. They send out drivers and helpers who speak little to no English. Then you call customer service and again get someone who can barely speak English. Then inside the store customer service was just so inattentive to the customer needs. Big box companies just don’t care anymore.
