Bruce was very knowledgeable and helpful with the computer selection
They require an appointment for something as little as dropping off or picking up a device, then don't respect your appointment time and make you wait anyway while they service whoever they feel like. Also aggressively pushed me to pay them $250 to reload windows on a machine which that had already been tried on and was under warranty, service center confirmed this wouldn't have fixed it anyway as there was a hardware error so glad I ignored their sales pitch. Will never deal with Geek Squad again after this experience.
