Very bad experience I bought the Rayban Meta Display glasses which they said would send them to my house and they never arrived, I’m waiting for my money back

This is the largest Bestbuy I have visited very well laid out the one thing I will say is that there was a ton of associates walking the floor and not one would ask me if there’s anything I could do to help me I actually had to go up to somebody to ask a question I think that in the future management should address this and have their employees reach out more to customers we walked out without buying anything. The disappointing thing about this is that I’m a total tech member and I have been for over five years and I’ve saved thousands of dollars I think the store lost out on a terrific sale.

I was greeted by about a dozen employees standing around the entrance. I grabbed the item I wanted, walked to the register where there were 0 employees. Finally 2 come out, one walks away, the other starts taking a customer with a return. As I stand and wait and a line builds behind me. A few more employees walk by, and then into the break area which is conveniently in open view. I decided to walk over to the welcome party and ask if there was somewhere else I could buy my item. I guess I rudely interrupted their important conversation because I was given an eye roll and "you can't buy that here, these aren't registers" I don't think that's what had I asked, but at that, I decided I didn't really need what I came for after all. Thanks for saving me $, best buy. And I'm sorry again for so rudely interrupting your conversation. I probably should have gotten your name to personally apologize.
