Kyra (K Y R A)🧑🏿✈️ at Best Buy went above and beyond. She handled my return, my purchase, and my purchase again with ease, and even showed me what I might need for my Insta360 cam. This was the best customer service I’ve had at Best Buy in a year, it’s usually hard to find help after the initial greeting.
The electronics team provided excellent service and support. My wife's issue has been resolved and is up and running 40 minutes after leaving Best Buy. Greatly appreciate all your efforts on this matter.

This was my second trip to this Best Buy Wellington location this week and Claudette in the Geek Squad area assisted me on both occasions. I ordered an Otterbox iPhone 17 Pro max case online and when I went into the store to pick it up Claudette assisted me. She was efficient and professional on a busy holiday which was greatly appreciated. When I got home and realized that there was no screen protector included, I went back to Best Buy to purchase one in store. Since my husband was not at home, I paid extra to get my screen protector professionally installed by Geek Squad (because I knew I would not be able to put it on properly). Unfortunately, Schyla in Geek Squad refused to help me take off the new phone case. I explained that I didn’t know how to take off the new case as my husband put the phone case on yesterday when I purchased it at Best Buy. Schyla insisted that I needed to get the case off myself and she couldn’t help me. I asked her for instructions and I was clearly struggling to get the case off and embarrassed (much to Schyla’s delight). When Claudette saw what was happening, she came over to assist me and I was beyond grateful. Thank you so much Claudette as you went above and beyond to help me. I have been shopping at Best Buy for over 25 years and Claudette is the most helpful and courteous employee at the Wellington location. We need more people like Claudette in the world who genuinely care.
