I have shopped here for about 10 years and even run a pc building business through them. The ONE time I asked for a return (ever) I was 2 days over the 15 day return policy and the manager would not even discuss it with me beyond ( we don't approve those). It is not only horrible service, its an insult to me and my customers. I will never spend a dime here again, What a shame after 5 figures spent here.
Return was for a completely DOA graphics card. Bear in mind I have purchased 20+ pc's components here so one card is irrelevant to the level of profit I have raised this location.
Tried to message the owner below as recommended on FB. No one answered :). Do not purchase expensive goods at this store.
