If I could provide a 0 I would use that Rating. We purchased a tv from this location along with a warranty. Almost 2 weeks have gone by following our call for assistance with a tv issue and no return calls from management in the “back office.” We ask for supervisors and still no calls received. The store points to geek squad and geek squad points to the store. At the end of the day, the tv is not working and we purchased it less than a year ago and the warranty should cover this. Then they cancel appointments to come “look at it” and mysteriously cannot reschedule without “escalating to the management in the back office.” This is ridiculous, multiple calls have been made by us, the customers, multiple tickets and multiple “escalations” over the past two weeks and still no return calls received.
TVs have been breaking for years, do better and stand by your product and your promises. Otherwise stop charging for a warranty!
