Absolutely horrible customer service! Best Buy sent me a coupon but cashier couldn’t figure out how to get the coupon to work. I asked for a manager and they wouldn’t even get them for me. He said he was busy and there was nothing they could do to help me. wasted 45 minutes of my life for nothing. Couldn’t even see the manager‘s face to address the issue. I wouldn’t have even driven over there to buy the thing if Best Buy hadn’t emailed me the coupon. The manager needs to be replaced. Unacceptable!

Good Peruvian food and good service, but the prices are steep compared to other places offering similar quality. Worth trying if you don’t mind paying extra. My fav still Victoria’s they Parihuela is the best one I’ve tried.
I bought an Open Box computer that was worth 2000 and I bought it for 850 according to them because it had some small scratches they returned it and in reality the problem was that the computer came defective from the factory they sold me the damaged laptop and they knew from the beginning, I never imagined that in Best Buy they sell damaged things, but it happened to me do tests before buying

Best Buy was wonderful when my Amazon computer gave out after one and 7 most of so - Best Buy was willing to attempt a repair but we felt more comfortable with buying a new one which is very similar to the older one but we feel that Best Buy is more reliable - the Geek Squad is a great asset - I would highly recommend them - we used the one in Wellington.
