Horrible customer service. They tried to deliver a TV to my business at 9:48pm and when we weren't there they took it back. I called the next morning and was assured they'd redeliver the next day. The next day they refunded my account. Called again to see if I can just get the TVs I ordered and was told repeatedly by fairly unapologetic attendant that it was my fault and I needed to go reorder the TVs....well turns out the same exact TV was $30 less on Amazon. Guess there's a good reason they're going out of business.

Always terrible. If it wasn’t convenient I’d never go here. Best Buy’s are a YMMV experience and this store is consistently unhelpful. Fight about price matching the manufacturer? Come on. Even simple screen protectors installed here have fallen off multiple devices when ones I’ve had done by other stores of the same brand never fall off. Boynton and Boca stores are top notch by comparison.

I needed to pick up a cheap windows laptop and was VERY short on time. I walked in the door and straight back to the computer department and was immediately met by Zach, I explained my situation, showed him the laptop I wanted and that I was super short on time, Zach knew exactly where to go, climbed up on a ladder & had the laptop that I wanted in his hand, quickly after that Zach cashed me out and I was on my way. from the time I parked my car till I was back in the parking lot on my way was less than seven minutes. So shout out to you, Zack....you da man !!!!
