I walked in last night with a great attitude and energy just to encounterAbsolutely bottom of the barrel customer service really poor experience visiting this location for a return considering I have everything I needed as far as receipts and item brand new. Evan was giving me a hard time from start to finish. I don’t understand why companies like this Hire people this young to be in customer service. Apparently, the website wasn’t cooperating either. He told me to just come back another time because it was Harder to make the return manually, not to mention, he kept slamming my brand new bare iPhone 17 Pro Max on the counter after I asked him not to Happy His colleague chimed in and completed the return instead
