After spending 5 hours today sweating bullets because I thought that my laptop had been hacked and that all of my documents and data were gone (stolen), including 2 hours on hold with Norton, I took my lap top to Best Buy fearing the worst. It took Darren less than 20 seconds to figure out that I had two sign on accounts, one of which doesn't show my files, and that somehow I had inadvertently switched to the wrong sign on. Almost nothing else creates such a helpless feeling for me, anxiety as well, than having a perceived computer threat that could jeopardize our sensitive information. Being an old person, nothing in my life experience has prepared me for computer "crap" of any kind!! Thank you Darren for being such a smart and kind Geek.

Unfortunately, we went there to get some insights about Samsung smart watches. Asked for assistance, and the front/entrance guy called for me, but we ended up leaving after waiting 15 to 20 minutes since they never came! DISAPPOINTED.
