Very unserious establishment, we bought a tv and was told it will be packed and ready. Got a email saying it was ready. Got to the store it was not ready asked for a manager waited 45 mins for it to be ready. We asked for a manager as soon as we get in the store to ask what was going on. No manager ever came to speak to us. After 45 mins later they are done with the tv and communicate they are done. We stood in front of the store waiting for someone to come speak to us . Everyone was just walking around doing nothing at all . We get annoyed and just ask for a refund at this point , boom a manager who was standing around for the 45 mins pops up. Claiming she didn’t know what was going on mind you we knew she Kasey was the manager as well as Nate who both was aware of what was going on because we watched Justin go speak to her. Close this place down very terrible customer service, someone needs to come clean house here.
I walked in with no idea what I wanted but knew I needed it to be portable for my business and durable since I have two kids. Jacob and Kay knew exactly what to ask to determine what was right for my needs, and I walked out with a laptop, warranty plan and it was on sale. YAY! The customer service I received today from the moment I was greeted at the door all the way down to the actual sale was refreshing. I would definitely recommend this Best Buy!
Terrible service. My mom bought a phone from you, and after six days, we returned it because the signal wasn't working. They charged me the full amount and won't return it. This has been a month, and today they told my mom to accept her loss and pay the money. Now my mom has no money, and she doesn't have her phone with you either. This is disrespectful.
