The service was excellent and they explained everything. They were helpful with our computer trade in and geek squad took care of all the transfers from our old computers to the new ones.

Decent selection. I went in about two weeks ago to try the Beats Studio Pro headphones but the buttons didn’t work or play anything. I asked the guy at the counter about it, and he said there had been a ticket out to get it fixed for three days already and suggested I just buy them and return if I don’t like them. Two weeks later (couple days ago), I called them to ask if they got it fixed, left on hold for 15+ minutes and they never picked up. I called them several more times after a while, still on hold. Decided to just drive down there. When I walk in, a couple of the workers just talking and laughing, others standing around doing nothing? Oh, and the demo station was still broken. I tried two other pairs of Skullcandy headphones; both were broken. Two super popular brands and neither demos work. Disappointing because Best Buy stores are scarce around here.

Placed my order online, the store notified me via text and email when my order was ready for pickup, and I presented my email to pickup my purchase. It was a very fluid and efficient process.
