I had an excellent experience at Best Buy. Finn in the computer department was incredibly helpful—honest, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He made sure I got exactly what I needed. Highly recommend asking for him!

Your Ai phone answering service stinks. It took me 3 phone calls to get a Human to answer. The Ai software doesn't understand the words "Agent" "Representative" "Human" or "Attach my Eero" which were shouted into the phone over and over and over again. I hate technology and thats exactly why I was calling, I can't attach my blinking eero devices to each other or to my home network. After being totally frustrated calling Spectrum 3x and trying to work this out for myself for days I finally call Best Buy and I can't get a blinking human on the phone. AAAARGH. I finally get a human and he puts me on hold and then hangs up on me. Now we are going on call #4. This is crap, esp since I pay for Geek Squad and just want to schedule a home appt.
