I have purchased my refrigerator, washer and dryer and as yesterday my dishwasher from Best Buy. The prices were same as Home Depot but they could install and delivered plus hall out earlier date. Service was great as convenient. I did not purchase extended warranty since it never seems to pay off because always something tents to go wrong when extended warranty is over.

How can their scores be so high when you scroll down and see 90 % 1 star ratings? I purchased an LG soundbar from Best Buy in Wesley Chapel on 3/28/24 for 199.99. System stopped working on 10/26/24. Called Best Buy and they said to take it up with LG. Called LG and sent them all these pictures and troubleshooting for over 2 months. Then argued with them on how to ship back. They wanted us to pay shipping. Waited for them to ship box and then I returned the unit. It then arrived back to me with letter stating “internal parts do not match the label” they sent back un-repaired. Went to the BB store and spoke to manager Karli Cribb and Justin and they stated that after 30 days I am the manufacturer mercy. They could not do anything. Really nasty attitudes. One manager Kat said she would be there and she was gone.
