This is one of the saddest Best Buy's I've been to. It smells moldy or like B.O. or something in the entire store the stocking is sad looking like their shelves are somewhat empty. Needs a remodel or something...

Great shop to buy with good deals and awesome technical support. Thank you so much @Brandon for all the technical assistance and great customer service.
Pretty pathetic that corporate allows third party sellers to sell tampered product. You allow them to manipulate the system, receive complaints, but let them do business. I wonder why? Does capitalism go so deep, that your bottom line is worth more than your customers? Volume will only take you so far.
Also, please educate your employees on the returns process and what the other options are for customers, rather than bouncing us around, because you don’t want to handle the situation.
