Went into store to buy a new tv. We asked if one of the 3 gentlemen behind the tv counter could help with the price of an open box tv since some of them did not have prices. They advised they would be over to help when they helped another customer. None of them ever came and as we left we could see them all talking and laughing. I know customer service is not always easy but clearly they are not being paid commission. On to the new Tampa store.

Bought a monitor in July '23 called Geek Squad and was told that my cats Breaking the monitor would be covered by the protection plan I bought. Got to the store and was told that the monitor being broken wouldn't be covered I spent $494 on the monitor geek squad and store manager were only willing to offer a discount on an open box monitor
