I didn't give five stars because they didn't have what I needed. And I drove from Zephyrhills on recommendation that Best Buy has everything you need when it comes to electronics. But the staff was friendly and apologized for not having the item I was looking for.

Absolutely horrendous customer service now that we are no longer able to contact a store at all. I had a simple question that I needed to talk to a human about, it would take the human 30 seconds to tell me the physical condition of an open box item before I drove 45 minutes to the store but I can't talk to a person other than in India which is insulting beyond belief. I've been loyal to Best buy for a long time but I won't consider buying anything from Best Buy until this process is corrected. This is a case study for exactly how you do NOT implement AI into your daily operations. *EDIT* - response to the Best Buy response - so the Best Buy recommendation in response to my review is that I should go on Twitter and ask about the condition of an open box TV for sale at one of the locations? Most companies will integrate AI into their operations more effectively. This is pathetic.

Went to the Wesley Chapel Fl. store with the intension of purchasing 3 tv's for our new home. After wandering around the TV display area for about 15 minutes, I noticed 3 associates having a long conversation. None even stopped to take a look at us over there. I guess their chat was more important than a potential customer. Pretty sad customer service.....
