Horrible. Sold us a broken tv, paid for delivery and they didn’t set it up like they said was included, had to pack it back up and return. They were very rude while we were returning it. Treated us like we were trying to scam them when they did us wrong. Stick with the Brandon location if you have time

I went in to have my microphone repaired on my samsung phone and after a very short wait, maybe a couple of minutes, a young man named Capil helped me at the Geek Squad counter. It wasn't as easy to fix as he thought initially, so he asked me to have a seat, and he would take a deeper look. Within moments, he emerged with my phone repaired and a great big smile on his the face which immediately made me smile before he even told me.It was fixed.I could tell he was pleased with his success and had resolved my plight. This representative at best buy absolutely made my day! Thank you, Capil, and thank you Best Buy!!!

Purchased a Samsung 65inch S90F Open Box, for $999.00, “brand new TV” at Best Buy Wesley Chapel on Saturday 20th December 2025. Was told delivery of TV, set up with TV placed where we decided, plugged in and verification that TV was in good condition, and date of delivery the following Tuesday. TV was finally delivered on Saturday January 10th. Delivery men dropped off box in hallway of home and told us they do not take tv out of the box and someone else did that. We set up TV on stand and plugged into wall and then the TV would turn off randomly after 1-3 minutes of power on. After 2 hours of research and troubleshooting, TV was faulty. In my personal opinion, Best Buy dropped the ball with overall quality of product and service with my purchase. My only positive experience was with corporate customer service over the phone and my original sales rep of purchase at store.
