If I could give them zero stars I would. The customer service was horrible. I was looking for over the ear headphones for my lady and I for our long flight. I asked 3 different employees for help after waiting for a while in that department. The store wasn't busy and they all promised to send someone to assist me. After waiting without any assistance and employees ignoring me I walked out and drove to Target one block away. That was just sad.

I gave it one star for a few reasons. First, it's not possible to call the actual store; you get routed to a call center. Second, I made an appointment with Geek Squad and when I got there, I was told that the person who supposed to be there didn't show up. I was not noted despite them having my phone number and email. The manager took care of me, but only after I asked to see a manager. Unfortunately, he was unable to help with the problem - being able to have that conversation over the phone would have saved me a trip.
