Did not appreciate being checked out and hearing a young girl that was an employee there, stating that she needed a blunt. Considering there is an employee of Best Buy being charged with fraud, your employees should be drug tested. At the very least they should be required to act professionally and keep their drug habits to themselves. We will take our business elsewhere.

I made the mistake of buying a TV from best buy and bought the geek squad warranty for a year because the first TV was defective and with the geek squad I didn't have to drag the TV back to the store. After a year I got a notice that the Geek Squad warranty was up for Renewal and I had 48 hours to cancel. I called multiple times and never got through. Either the line went dead it rang incessantly or the people couldn't hear me when they did finally pick up. I got frustrated and just let that renewal go through because I didn't want to give myself a stroke with the frustration of trying to reach somebody who could actually help me. Luckily I used a Best Buy card which I canceled immediately. Yesterday afternoon I get a notice for a renewal for Geek Squad for a micro Network whatever the hell that is. I called this morning to follow up amazingly got through but of course the sound was going in and out so I couldn't hear him even though he kept on talking even though I told him I couldn't hear half of what he was saying. He told me it was just a renewal on a product I had already purchased and I told him I didn't purchase the product I don't know what the product is and I no longer have a Best Buy card because of geek squads shifty billing practices. Luckily again, I have canceled my credit card with Best Buy so they can't charge me. Thankfully I didn't use a regular credit card that I would have to go through the drama of canceling. I will never shop at Best Buy again whether I'm paying cash or using a regular credit card. I will never step foot in another Best Buy again in my life and if you're wise you'll do the same.
