⭐ “Customer Service or Comedy Show? You Decide.” Walked in with hope in my heart and cash in my wallet. Left with neither.
The staff here must be part of a top-secret government experiment to see how long a human can stand around before losing the will to live. I swear I stood by the laptop section for 17 minutes making intense eye contact with three blue-shirt employees… who looked back at me like I was a ghost haunting their commission.
When I finally approached one, he sighed so deeply I thought he was about to confess his life story. Instead, he pointed vaguely toward “the guy over there,” who immediately vanished into the TV section like a ninja in khakis. 🥷💨
By the end, I started wondering if this was some kind of escape room challenge—like maybe I’d get a free prize if I figured out how to check out without human assistance. Spoiler: I didn’t. I left empty-handed and emotionally damaged.
If you want electronics, maybe try ordering online. If you want to feel invisible, by all means, come here. 👻
El servicio no es muy bueno, mala atención
Went to return a product that I bought recently cause I thought it was something else. The lady at the counter refused to go see if she had the other product even though the store website says it is available. She slams the controller on the counter and doesnt even give me an option to get a gift card or explain if I am getting a refund for my 2 year protection. She just says the receipt is in your email and then just ignores me by turning away from me and standing there. One of the worst customer service experience ever.
