Slowest customer service ever. Store was almost empty on a Tuesday at 2 pm and couldn’t get anyone to help me buy a camera after asking two associates. Slowest customer service ever. What is going on. Waited 45 minutes for someone to tell me it was out of stock -_-

Employees r normally great but I got harassed by one trying to sell phone plan. The lady would not leave me alone and was literally flowing me to other parts of the store. No means no, and she don’t get that at all. I said no mabey 6 times and she still don’t get the hint. I ended up having to strait up walk away from her as she was still trying to sell. And then while walking away she made a smart ass comment about me. 0 customer service. Any job would fire her for such insulting comments and behavior. The employee had red hair. Left the store without buying what I planed to come in for bec of her. I’m taking me business anywhere else. Wanted to complain to management but honestly just wanted to leave.
I had a really disappointing experience at the Best Buy in West Palm Beach. The store itself is quite large, but there was almost no one around to assist customers. I ended up wandering around trying to find help, and it turned out there were only two salespeople working the whole store.
Unfortunately, the manager was right at the entrance but didn’t greet anyone or let people know there might be a wait. The only truly helpful person was the cashier, who did her best to assist.
Overall, for a store of this size, I was really let down by the lack of staff and customer service. I’m giving it one star.
