I spent over 30 minutes in this store during black Friday sale looking for a laptop waiting for help from anyone. The girl in the front asked us if we needed help but never sent anyone. Everyone was walking around, minding their own business. No one asked us if we needed help. When we asked 2 associates, they never helped us, so we just left. Horrible service.

Been here for over 30 mins just trying to buy a screen protector under warranty… the stores empty and when I approached an associate he said it was going to be awhile because they are swamped.

I purchased a car radio online from Best Buy, and Ross handled the installation. He did it quickly and perfectly, and was both communicative and knowledgeable throughout the process. While the customer service phone system and call center routing could use major improvements, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this location.
