Primero quiero decirles que es el Best Buy más limpio que he visitado y han sido varios a los cuales he ido, y por la misma razón de ir a varios me quedé encantada con este específico por la atención extraordinaria de su colectivo de trabajadores. Exponiendo a uno en especial de nombre Yani (supervisor ) que se tomó la tarea de explicar cada detalle de todoooooo con un carácter muy amable y súper acorde a nuestro idioma(Español porque habla ambos, inglés y el antes mencionado )tuve muy mala experiencia en otra de estas tiendas en dos ocasiones que asistí porque es la que me queda más cerca pero en esta fue todo lo contrario. Valió la pena ir a casi 29 minutos de casa. Se los recomiendo!!! Nunca se queden con una sola opinión. Estas personas hicieron que la compra fuera excelente a nuestro gusto y nos sintiéramos muy bien.

This location has a pretty limited phone customer service and on several occasions couldn’t answer questions about electronics and photography material availability. The staff inside the store is nice. Some of the products sold there look a bit run down.

Ordered an item to be delivered. Their site doesn't give a place to leave notes at the time. I messaged the delivery person as soon as it said they connected us as I was working and wouldn't be able to answer the phone. Instead of checking the messages, the worker ignored it to try to call me and then returned the item as undeliverable. Very unhappy with the process and it's all on them for not having a place to leave notes at the time of purchase and for having incompetent drivers who are to dense to check their messages when the encounter an issue.
