Customer service was good.
The manager at the West Palm Beach store posted an absolutely horrible comment about being happy someone was killed in an accident

Bought a can opener used my Best Buy credit card , it was defective came in to exchange waited ten minutes to get someone to do the return so I could buy a better one ,
Hector finally shows up but can’t find the transaction, he says don’t rush him he then disappears
Can’t credit back to our account only a store
