Walking into the Best Buy had an idea of exactly what I wanted. Asked for a salesperson to assist me I was told someone will be with us shortly because they were working with someone, yet 3 of their personnel were milling around. Approximately 10 minutes of walking around I didn't see the item that I wanted. Walked over to one of the cashiers, had her search the model number up, at this point I suddenly had a salesperson willing to come help me. The item that I wanted they did not have the right price as well so therefore it was a waste of my time as well. I go into Best Buy knowing what I want and I walk out with what I want or I just simply walk out.

The worker in the tv section wasn’t very helpful or knowledgeable. The worker in the home entertainment section was on his phone the entire time. He never even acknowledged my presence. I got what I needed from Amazon. This is why big box stores are closing. I won’t shop at Best Buy again unless I absolutely have to.

Went and bought iPad in October. Made me believe the apple plus bs was like a protection plan if something happen it would be taken care of. Protection. The pad screen got crack, but still works fine. Took it in to get repair with the plus plan 70$. They said we can’t repair it only replace it. Can’t save your data. Wait 3-7 days. Pay 60 for deductible for a new one. No reair. No return. Give us money. They laughed at me the entire time I was there. I guess the joke is on me. Part2: 3:15 same day. Then the owner replays feigning concern. Didn’t even read the review response. isn’t even close to my “concerns” of not being able to repair a cracked screen and nothing having to do with my data because my iPad was fine. “Working fine. the screen was cracked.data. They were going to just throw it away and give me a new iPad cause they don’t know how to repair screens. I didn’t care about the data, just a cherry on the top. That was just another thing I had to deal with. My concern was I get nothing for apple care plus and would like my applecareplus money back. Then you want me to be hush about it and let’s talk about why i get nothing, in private. No thanks . I will just pay 130 to have the screen fix in an hour. And just do that whenever my tablet has an issue. I will avoid the protection scam from now on. I can still hear there laughter at how dumb I was to get the AppleCare plus scam.

With the inexperienced store managers and customer service overseas BB employess have no clue about customer needs. You feel the presure from corporate to screw you as customer. I write this to mark my words later, BB is on its way to bankruptcy...it isnjust a ticking bomb DONT BUY Worst Buy..bye bye
