Amazing 10/10 service from a worker named “Jayson” he helped me out choosing products I wanted to buy, with real time advice, I also bought a year membership and they will be seeing be very soon.
You couldn't pick a worse store in the county to deliver out of. 1 hour plus wait times labels being mixed up requiring more time if lucky and you can't cancel without waiting on support adding even more time.

There have been a couple times when we have had a negative experience with Best Buy.
We nonetheless ended up going into the store on Palm Beach Lakes Blvd this past Monday for a simple question. Once there, we were met there by Kabir in Computers, where, he completely confounded our expectations with thoughtful attention and concern for everything we needed to know.
We had no intention of spending money in that moment. Yet, we eventually spent $300 on the proper and most useful peripherals. (Which, we are very happy about with.)
If Google Reviews allowed a sixth gold star to rate Kabir and Best Buy, we surely would.
