Went in today around 6pm to buy a tv. I asked multiple associates for assistance and was left unattended for over 30 minutes. I went to a gentleman in the front I guess he’s the greeter he’s blonde, I asked him twice to send someone to assist us. It’s really discouraging when you go somewhere ready to spend money, but the complete disrespect from all the workers here convinced me to spend my money elsewhere.

Thank you to CALEB, ANGELO, JORDAN, JAY and TIM for the recent help when I came in to the store. These team members made sure that not only was my wife's laptop repaired but also assisted me in purchasing a new pair of over the ear headphones. I could tell it was a long day for this team and we arrived close to closing because of a Geek Squad appointment, but they did not rush us out of the store. They answered all of questions and made sure we left with all our needs met. I know from working in retail the late night last minute customer struggle but you hung in there.
