What a bad experience. I checked online to see if there was availability for a phone repair before heading into the store, and there was. When I got there, there was nobody at the entrance to guide me on where to go. I wandered the store for ten minutes searching for an employee. When I finally figured out where to go myself, they told me the technician was leaving, even though there were appointments time slots for the time I was there. Either have more than one technician working at a time on the weekends or update your time slots online so people don’t waste their time. The WORST customer service.
