Beware, they no longer deal with android phones, only Apple products, despite the fact that you made a reservation for service indicating a Samsung phone. Terrible.

I recently visited this Best Buy to purchase a Microsoft Surface Pro 11th edition. I'm giving this Best Buy 4 stars solely because of Ammeka B, who was an absolute standout among an otherwise inattentive staff. While most employees in the store seemed disinterested and avoided helping customers (including a particularly frustrating trade-in experience I had the same day), Ammeka was exceptional in every way.
She was incredibly knowledgeable about the Surface Pro's features and demonstrated outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. Ammeka was attentive to my needs, efficient with the transaction, and went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information needed about my new device.
What stood out most was her helpful and enthusiastic attitude – a stark contrast to another interaction I had the same day with a different employee regarding a trade-in. While that experience was disappointing, Ammeka's professionalism and dedication to customer service really made my purchase experience positive and memorable.
Thanks to associates like Ammeka B, who clearly take pride in their work and prioritize customer satisfaction, this Best Buy location deserves recognition. Her efficiency, product knowledge, and genuine desire to help made what could have been a complex purchase smooth and straightforward. I highly recommend asking for Ammeka B if you visit this store.
Yani is TERRIBLE! unhelpful is an understatement… not to mention rude. get that guy out of there!!
