Ordered and paid for a T. V. On Wednesday, 2-19-2025
Was verbally told that our delivery would be the following Wednesday, 2-26-2025...ok cool. Didn't get the T.V.....Didn't even get a phone call to tell us we wouldn't get it.....was told it'll be between 7:30 and 11:30 delivery on Friday, 2-28-2025......we cleared our schedules for Wednesday, the 26th. We can for the 28th....horrible customer care. The store Manager and District Managers should STEP UP and take care of customers!!!!!

Dont order from them and expect to get your item delivered.
Purchased computer. Driver went to pick up. Best buy wasn’t ready or was unable to scan out the computer so driver canceled the delivery. Once this happened they could not set up a new delivery and only option is to refund me which will be processed in 7-10 business days tying up those funds all the while I have to purchase another computer…..
highly recommend you not choose the delivery option with best buy

Purchased an open box excellent condition ps5. the plastic stand legs were missing. The black strip was scratched and when I plugged the system in it stated that it was turned off incorrectly and needed to have the system repaired. The controller had sweat buildup already in the grips. This was not in excellent condition.
