Experienced 0/10 customer service from not only online support but in store. Managers were made aware and simply didn’t care. I live over an hour away and was told that driving in store was the only resolution to my problem. I drove the hour plus from lake county to this location because it’s the closest just to be turned away and told my only option was to return the item in store and wait to see when my rewards would come back. Then I was told that if my gift certificates were 25 dollars and I wanted to buy something in store they would work with me. This purchase was over 500 dollars with adequate proof that I had the item in hand and all I got was a shrug and a subliminal “oh well”. I get in the car and drive 40 minutes down the road and something tells me to check my account at a red light and what do you know! The rewards return instantly and the store could have completed exactly what customer service told me they could. If you simply want to purchase something obviously it’s good to come in store but if you have any other issue that isn’t a simple purchase forget about it. Customer service poor, patient experience poor, managers knowledge poor! They need education on what they are capable of, how to provide customer service and proper customer satisfaction. I don’t want to go on and on but it’s very simple that in store experience is not the same and Daniels road location needs to do better.
