Called regarding purchase of three appliances including delivery and installation. Representative Harshitha N. was unhelpful, kept me waiting 25 minutes, and refused to transfer to a supervisor. I asked to send me the cart when she was done as i could. to continue on the phone. She failed to follow instructions. Would not recommend.”

On March 5, 2026 around 6:30 PM, a coworker and I stopped by the store to look at some sound systems for jobs we’re currently working on. We’re both A/V technicians and were in our work uniforms while checking out the demo units in the appliance section to see what might be a good fit for our customers.
While we were doing this, a Best Buy employee came up to us and told us to stop “playing” with the demos. The way it was said came across as rude and dismissive, especially since we were just trying to evaluate products that are set up specifically for customers to test.
I’ve been in the A/V field for a long time and have never had an interaction like that while simply looking at equipment for work. It was pretty disappointing, particularly while clearly being there in a professional capacity.
I’m sharing this so store management is aware of the situation. Interactions like this can really affect where professionals choose to purchase equipment. Because of this experience, I’ll most likely be buying directly from manufacturers going forward.
