I want to commend Brian for the outstanding service he provided while replacing the broken case on my iPhone. From the moment I arrived, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely focused on doing the job right.
What stood out even more was the extra care he took—he cleaned the outside rim of my phone, and judging by the wipe, it was far dirtier than I had realized. That level of attention to detail is not something you see every day.
