I had a great experience at Best Buy in Winter Garden thanks to Zane.
From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and took the time to really understand what I needed. He helped me choose the right computer, assisted me with a return, and guided me through the purchase process without any pressure.
What stood out the most was his patience and knowledge. He went the extra mile to find me a better deal so I could get more value for my money, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping the customer.
I work in sales myself, so I really appreciate when someone takes the time to do things right and puts the customer first. Zane is a great example of that.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I truly hope he gets recognized for his work. Best Buy has a great employee on their team.
I would definitely come back to shop with him again and continue shopping at the Winter Garden location.

I had a great experience picking up my order at this Best Buy location in Winter Garden. Stephen was extremely attentive and provided excellent customer service.
While I was there to pick up my original purchase (a video game and its game), he helped me so well that I ended up buying an additional product.
He was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Awesome store. Experience manager Brian is nothing but the best!!!! Was in line waiting for a pokemon drop early morning when he offered everyone water and Pokemon goodie bags!! Best store ever!! Will definitely be coming back. Thanks again Brian
