Best buy has really surprised me. A few years ago I would go to Best buy to pick up something that I needed same day and their store would feel almost empty. But I've gone in here four times in the last month and they have had what I needed and everyone is pleasant and I'd really recommend coming here if you think they might have what you need!

-10 out of 10, very disappointed! Customer service was awful, brought my phone in for a battery replacement they said it would take about 2 1/2 hours maybe 3 I gave them a number to call and they said they would do so! Soooooo here I am surprised 4 hours go by and no call, so I go in to see what happened. To my surprise within the first 15 minutes they were unable to get the screw out because it was stripped and instead of calling and informing me of that they kept my phone for over 4 hours had I not come in to see what was going on they probably would've kept the phone overnight! Manager did not care! WORST EXPERIENCE!
