Best buy has really surprised me. A few years ago I would go to Best buy to pick up something that I needed same day and their store would feel almost empty. But I've gone in here four times in the last month and they have had what I needed and everyone is pleasant and I'd really recommend coming here if you think they might have what you need!

I have been surprisingly disappointed with the fulfillment of Geek Squad protection. We used appropriate channels to schedule an appointment, and were notified that the soonest appointment was in ten days. After clearing the calendar for that day to be present/available, we were incidentally notified that the appointment had been cancelled late in the evening of that day. Furthermore, the reschedule date was for greater than seven days after the originally scheduled date; now almost two and a half weeks after the original request. Although buying/installing the equipment was accomplished in a very brief timeframe, honoring and fulfilling the protection plan has been cumbersome, unprofessional and severely disappointing.

I was amazed of the size of this Best Buy, it's huge!!
