Unprofessional!! Took my kid to get Pokémon cards here and was told by “Allysa” that there were none, but to our surprise she suddenly found one to give it to the second customer in line. When confronted, she just brushed it off with an oops. We spoke to Brian, the supervisor, but all we got was a “sorry”. My kid was left crying and asking why they were being unfair. Thanks for treating a kid so unkindly!
