Geek squad have had my phone since Oct 7,2026 it's now Oct 20, 2026 the workers from geek squad call center can't tell you nothing about what's going on in the store because they not at the store MY PHONE STILL NOT FIXED AND OBVIOUSLY THE IT Person incompetent I've contacted this store multiple times I cant get the store manager it Monday why isn't the store manager in store since last week I DONT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL AND THE WORKERS WILL LIE TO GET YOU OFF THE PHONE THEY DONT RETURN PHONE CALLS AS THEy SAY THEY DO don't waste your time at the one located Daniels road winter garden FL

This is a warning. Do not bring any Apple product to the Geek Squad. They have stolen my wife’s IPad. According to Apple they have violated Apple policy and they will not return my old IPad. Apple said they use a middle man to repair Apple products and if you give it to them Apple cannot help you. I have spoken to the store manager who promised me our new IPad was shipped a week ago which was not true. The Geek Squad said they asked the store manager to help and he has done nothing. The stores will no longer answer the phones so you have to go to the store for any updates. I am going to have to get a lawyer to fight this store. I have opened an investigation with Apple per their suggestion. Take your Apple products to the Apple Store.
