Geek Squad requires appointment so don’t expect to find anyone at the counter willing to help otherwise. Not even for a simple question, despite them not even helping someone. You may not even get someone to greet you. Had similar lack of willingness to help from counter for mobile devices. Opted to leave and shop online.

Good prices and different models. One of the best places to buy electronics.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Best Buy in Winter Garden Village. The staff member who initially assisted me, Andrew Carmona, made me feel unimportant as a customer. His customer service was poor, and his smirking during our interaction came across as condescending and unprofessional, which was extremely uncomfortable.
Thankfully, Nando completely turned the experience around. His customer service was top-tier patient, respectful, and genuinely helpful. He assisted me with picking up the two iPads I purchased online and made sure the screen protectors were applied properly. His professionalism and willingness to help are exactly what customer service should look like.
While my initial experience was frustrating, Nando deserves recognition for his excellent service. I hope management addresses the behavior I experienced and continues to encourage the level of service Nando provided.
All i have to say is that they have a really nice crew and they are really helpful 💗💗💗
