Best Buy Winter Garden

After a considerable amount of frustration speaking with the customer service call center, I went to my local store in Winter Garden, FL to not only pickup an item I ordered online but to hopefully get a refund for a recently purchased product that was now on sale. Sounds simple, right? Not for the call center. Let me say that the dynamic duo of Dave and Khelsea immediately erased every ounce of frustration that I felt. Outgoing, professional, friendly, they listened to my issue, adjusted my account without ANY of the call center’s attitude. Every business needs a Khelsea and Dave! Their energy was infectious! Their chemistry combined with their ability and determination to help is a rare combination. Best Buy…you’re in good hands! Me too!!!

Horrible experience. Customer service was non. Existent, the manager just blew us off on a concern. We had with a product we bought.

Justin truly saved my workday today! My camera suddenly stopped working while I was working, and after three other employees were unable to help me find a solution, Justin took the time to really understand the situation. He carefully checked my camera, realized there was an issue, and most importantly, found a solution that allowed me to get another camera and continue with my work. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. I’m extremely grateful for the time and effort he put into finding a solution when I really needed it. Best Buy is very lucky to have someone like Justin on their team. He absolutely deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service.
