Attendant at the geek pickup desk VERY aggressive pushing Best Buy credit card. I said no at least 5 times and he always pushed back with a different reason followed by a personal question. Really annoying.
Worst retail experience I've ever received. The number on google does not call the store. They offered free delivery then tried to deliver my tv after 11pm. When I called the "store" I was told I refused delivery. They never showed up. I go to the store and wait for 2 hours for the manager to try and get me to sign up for the credit card. I already paid for it..... After 2 hours he tried to say I didn't get an OLED. Everything was shady, everything was terrible. Zero Customer Service Skills. Buy literally anywhere else if possible.

I’ve been trying to contact the store for the past 30 minutes. Every time I call in it’s some AI Virtual Assistant. When I finally reached someone, the guy was extremely rude and kept saying he can’t transfer me to the store. I just want to talk to a physical person that is working AT THE STORE. Not somewhere else in a call center or not even in the U.S. This is frustrating. I’m just trying to put a protection plan on my TV that I received for my birthday. Not everyone wants to talk to AI, I’m so sick of dealing with AI everywhere. I want to talk to a human!!
