Best Buy didn't process properly my order cancelation on June 15th 2025, even though I have received an email from Best Buy confirming the cancelation on June 15th 2025, the cancelation was made on the same day of the automatic charge done by Best Buy. I have called Best Buy now and they said I have to dispute with the Credit Card, something that Best Buy failed to process properly. I had to spent 30 minutes with the Citibank agent with a terrible accent to dispute the charge, and it is yet not solved.
Always helpful and I placed an online order and it was ready within 30 minutes. I love shopping at best buy. #1 for all electronics
