I was sold a microphone that sounded horrible and barely worked. After trying to return it on the 18th day, they said I was no longer able to return it after 15 days unless I got a $50 membership to extend the return period to 60 days.
I wouldn't be surprised if they purposely had such small return windows to upsale their $50 memberships.
Im going to try and stick with Amazon and Costco going forward as they both have better prices, returns, and customer experiences.

Most lazy staff ever! They stand around doing nothing, don't know anything about products or where they are. I recommend everyone go to another best buy or order online. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Wanted my 66 year old mother to locate their employee that had my merchandise when they all standing in front doing absolutely nothing.

I bought and then returned a Samsung S9 tablet. Its a great tablet. Highly recommend it. I just decided that I did not really need it. The process of buying and then returning item was smooth. This is my favorite location.
