I wished I had seen all the negative reviews before my purchase. Horrible experience so far. Last wk, I purchased a fridge and am still dealing with it. Their tech services could not be worse. The delivery guys pretty much just dropped the whole fridge and left.. Did not even want to install inside compartments, no manual, no info , no receipt/ waranty. Just in a hurry to get to the next delivery. I called , went through the whole details. Janeta verified all my statements and promised for a supervisor to call back asap. Nobody called me. I called myself again. Went through all w Anna. Same thing. Finally arranged a tech who just canceled on me after wasting another day waiting for him. I am planning to return and start over with a decent company. Please do not waste your time, money and nerves on these people.

Absolutely unacceptable that they wont let you pick up a camera that is teethered just to get a better feeling for it. They are locked in the base. Ive spent thousands of dollars at best buy and to be treated like a criminal is unacceptable. If you have a $4,000 camera with a $2500 lens unlocked why cant i pick up a cheaper smaller one to try it out?
