Bought an LG washer/dryer combo in late October. Paid for professional delivery and install. After a few days, the dryer began to throw an error code. Had the tech come out who said it was a defective unit.
Called the corporate number to get an exchange processed. I confirmed multiple times in the call that it was in fact an exchange, and not a return, which they assured me it was.
Fast forward to the day it was to be replaced, and they didn’t have another unit. They said it was processed as a straight return instead. Left without a dryer at that point.
Went in to the store as soon as I was able to get it figured out. No one in sight. Found an employee who was rude from the beginning, and didn’t seem to even care that this had all happened. I asked if I could get delivery waived for the trouble. Nope. Asked if I could get the hardware waived, nope. Absolutely nothing she could do she claimed. I said I’d just buy it somewhere else.
What a horrible experience. There’s a reason Best Buy is on the decline and has been for years. I’ll never waste another dollar here again.

I never have a bad buy at Best Buy. You have to always get the extended product protection and here’s why. In September 2023, I damaged the entire touch screen on my HP laptop. I purchased it November 2022. My 2 year protection warranty was expiring on 11/5/24 but couldn’t get to the location sooner due to our dog of 14 years being sick and being put to sleep on 11/4/24 (I was a wreck)! On 11/5 I go in to have it sent to the manufacturer to get fixed but to my surprise received a full refund for the original purchase price. No questions asked. Super thankful for the kindness and loving my protection plan. Shop at the location in Alpharetta the team are awesome.

Aree is amazing! I was trying to find a USB-C to SATA adapter. The website said they had 3 in stock, but they were not in any of the locations you’d expect. Aree stepped up and hunted nonstop for 15 minutes until she found one. A+++ customer service. Thank you!
I have been visiting this store for years but this visit definitely stood out, I had to exchange my laptop because it had a cracked screen and Taylor maid the process fast and easy for me, coming from a career in customer service I greatly appreciate the lever of service I received and will definitely recommend the store to others. I tried to find the customer survey but couldn’t so I figured this would work!
