Best Buy Athens

Bought AirPods through Best Buy ofc they stopped working and Geek squad pretty much said they were struggling to try and figure out how to diagnose them and they couldn’t help me. So what’s the point of buying warranty

This best buy is the worst! They aren't good help at all will walk pass you without asking do u need help and when u do ask for help they won't even take u to show u where it's located the manager isn't helpful either

Met at the door by a young girl that ask if we needed assistance and told her we needed to talk to the geek squad for a potential laptop repair. She then ask if we had an appointment to which we replied "no, we werent aware that an appointment is needed" and I said can we just go back and drop the laptop off and they can let us know when they can get to it? She said no you cant go back there without an appointment. Basically we were treated as if we were not allowed passed her for anything. We left, found somewhere that is likely more affordable, definetly more customer friendly and was able to fix the laptop and return it all within a few hours. Everything is now like new!! Definitely will not return to Athens Best Buy.
