Best Buy said I get my item the next day, they used Roadie which is the WORSE COMPANY to be associated with. They canceled my shipment and said the driver never picked up order like what else do driver successfully picked up Shipment means. Best Buy saying the driver did pick it up. Now I gotta wait a week for my order when it was suppose to be shipped the next day. Nobody cared how I was inconvenience and impacted. Just kept me going back and forth and both companies saying they are not at fault. Plz stop doing business with Roadie they do not care about provide decent services to your customer. Best Buy don’t care or allowed me to change it to pick up or cancel the order. Either way I don’t have no item and have to wait 4 days for an update because they saying the driver has it. I
Will never order from Best Buy ever again. Unacceptable.

Kay in a team lead position rude attitude towards trying to assist. I request to speak with Jamal the GM but was told he was in a meeting. I purchased an 85in tv, she sends a young lady out and said oh it cannot fit so you’re on your own and now responsible for the item. I just returned it. I will go shop at an establishment that is willing to assist with my purchase. Clearly the Bestbuy does not need my services.

Solid Best Buy location in my experience. Greeter was polite and pointed me exactly where I wanted to go. There were a few people in line in the computer department, and I saw everyone in front of me treated courteously and given correct info. When it was my turn to be helped, Christopher John went above and beyond to help me pick out my new laptop and some RAM for me to upgrade it with. I've shopped at this particular location maybe 5 or 6 times in recent years, and I haven't had any issues. In fact, service in general at all the Best Buy locations around me seem to be improved in the past year or two. Nice to shop in person when it is smooth like this!
The Geek Squad looks like a straw grab, considering the Internet. Unless you're pressed for time and money is no object, it's a waste! Granted if money is no object you're probably not shopping at Best Buy! Let's compare it to the produce section in a grocery store, it's typically the first thing you see after customer service, but a paid tear. Most of it goes to waste and mostly people with chronic issues are being served.
