I had a very disappointing experience at this Best Buy location. I drove to the store because the website showed 42 Pokémon Ascended Heroes bundle packs in stock. I was only trying to purchase two packs, not buy them in bulk or clear the shelf. When I got to the register, I was told the General Manager would not allow the sale because it was supposedly a “release date.” After leaving the store, I looked into the product and found that the official release date had already passed months earlier. That made the explanation even more confusing. I made the trip based on Best Buy’s inventory, only to be denied the purchase for what appears to have been an incorrect reason. If there was another issue preventing the sale, it should have been clearly explained instead of simply saying it was a release date. I’ve filed a complaint with Best Buy Customer Care because customers shouldn’t have to waste time and gas driving to a store for an item that’s shown as in stock only to be turned away without a valid explanation. I hope this situation is reviewed so it doesn’t happen to other customers.

Attention to detail, and got me what I needed pretty quickly.

I will not discover Nest Buy but everybody knows that you can find mos electric stuff that you need.
