I had a surprisingly poor customer service experience at this Best Buy.
I stopped in to purchase a pair of Meta Glasses and asked an associate to unlock the display cabinet. After trying two different keys, she told me she was sorry but couldn’t open it, and that I wouldn’t be able to buy the glasses.
Naturally, I was confused. Rather than trying another solution, the response was essentially, “We can’t open it, so we can’t sell it.” I asked to speak with a manager. While she was going to get one, she asked another employee walking by if she could borrow his key. The cabinet opened immediately.
The entire situation could have been resolved with just a little more effort. Instead, it felt like the sale was about to be abandoned simply because the first two keys didn’t work. Thankfully, another employee’s key solved the problem in seconds.
Best Buy should invest more in customer service training and encourage employees to look for solutions instead of giving up at the first obstacle. A simple purchase shouldn’t become this frustrating.
The late night manager here Oghie is horrible and ways have a nasty attitude no customer service to be a maneger always wearing air pods dont do nothing but walk around

Genuinely amazing service at the Geek squad here. Pete was quick and helpful. Flora was very friendly and explained process and charges well. I will definitely be coming back here for future repairs. 😁
