Stopped in the day before a big work presentation when my Thunderbolt cable broke, and I had such a great experience. I was warmly greeted, the team called ahead to the back to help me, and they quickly found exactly what I needed.
What really stood out was their kindness — they wished me a Happy Women’s History Month, which truly touched me. We ended with a fist bump and big smiles.
Excellent customer service and genuinely thoughtful staff. I’ll definitely be back!

Best Buy credit card is the worst card I have ever used. They over charge you and you can never get your card paid down. I'm sorry I ever heard of this company!
