Need a plug for my mom breathing machine hers had kicked the fan. No one else to get one thanks.
I waited and waited for someone to sell me a phone, to no avail.

I often wonder how this place is still open. No customers, but staff is very friendly. This trip was just a pick-up of an online order. It was quick & painless. It's location in the back side of the shopping center makes it a quick, convenient place to grab computer supplies or electronics.

Had the worst experience at this location. Came in to buy a simple pair of headphones. A process that normally is in and out. I had to wait in line for 30mins just to purchase. And worst of all, the employees have no sense of urgency.
And today was no holiday, no special release, just a regular Sunday.
You’re better off driving to a different Best Buy location instead of wasting your time at this one
