The physical staff in store were friendly and tried to be helpful but the call center was abysmal. 5 calls trying to address my issue, each with long waits of 20 minutes or more, only to get an AI bot who had me on a loop of confusion. After some difficulty on one call, I finally got a live person who put me on hold again and then hung up on me after another 10 minute wait. I never did get my issue addressed. Their anti virus product now has a new feature attached. It appears there is an extra charge for this feature I don't want and can't seem to separate from the product I DO want. The sign in process has me in a frustrating loop and I can't get through to technical assistance without another 20-30 minute hold. I'm done.

I don't plan to visit this location again. While the greeter at the front was pleasant, the other employees were awful. I said excuse me to one lady several times to get her attention and when she finally responded, it was with an attitude. I asked for help retrieving a flash drive. She said oh yeah give me a minute and I'll be back there. She never came and several other employees just walked past with no greetings or desire to ask if I needed assistance. Needless to say, I left and made my purchase elsewhere.
