Worst customer service in all the Best Buy’s ever. The white girl who works in the Apple section was the rudest and indifferent customer service rep I’ve ever dealt with in my life.
I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this Best Buy. I walked in ready to spend money — and left completely disgusted.
Not a single employee was available to help. I literally stood in front of two employees who were deep in their own personal conversation, made direct eye contact with me, and still chose to ignore me completely. No “I’ll be right with you,” no acknowledgment, nothing. Just blank stares and unprofessional behavior.
It’s unbelievable that a company this large allows this level of disrespect toward paying customers. I turned around and walked out — and I’ll take my business elsewhere, because clearly customer service means absolutely nothing here.
Save yourself the frustration and shop anywhere else. Best Buy clearly doesn’t care about its customers anymore.
