I ordered a humidifier that began malfunctioning after 2 weeks. I brought it to the store and they refused to give me a refund nor store credit. I asked if I became a member if I could use the 60 day return policy. They said no but I should join for future purchases. I will not be shopping here ever again after this experience. Go anywhere else! I've never heard of such a strict return policy.

Would leave 0 stars if possible. Store manager Michael Baeton is extremely rude and unprofessional and no help, especially after receiving an incorrect tv and refusing an exchange for the actually tv I ordered or a refund. Had to file a police report. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

booked an appointment with geek squad on sunday (3/29) to get my iphone out of recovery mode. told it was going to take a couple of hours and was gonna get a call to pick it up the same day—which never happened. i gave the benefit of the doubt that they’re probably busy and haven’t gotten around to it yet. friday (4/3) came by and i decided to call. i got no response so i decided to text asking for an update on my repair since i didn’t get no information about it and couldn’t even look up my repair status online since i didn’t have a claim/work order number. well the person i was messaging couldn’t even find my name or phone number or email in the system. the agent said my order has not been updated with the provided details. then was told i was gonna get a call back within 2 business hours and never did. so i called again on the following day saturday (4/4) about my repair status and the agent on the phone couldn’t even find my information and decided to transfer the call directly to geek squad—which they did not answer so i left a voicemail. today (4/6) i surprisingly got a call this morning and was told that they tried reaching out to me and called on monday (3/30) but i didn’t receive any calls that day. if they did call that day and i didn’t pick up, you would think they would leave a voicemail saying that my iphone was ready for pickup but that didn’t even happen. you would also think that they would update my repair status on this and my information could’ve been found sooner with its details but that didn’t happen either. overall it was hassle to get an update on my repair and took a whole week for them to let me know it was ready for pick up if it was truly done on monday (3/30). if i could give this zero stars i would.
