Their Geek Squad is not equipped to fix older iphones like the Iphone 12 in 2026. Took almost two hours to tell me they couldn’t even connect my phone to their system to be able to send it to apple to get fixed. I then went across Atlanta to Lenox Apple & they fully replaced my iphone screen in an hour.
Had the product I was looking for
Purchased something online, curbside pick up, everyone verified the purchase and I was told it was in stock and I show up to pick it up and then they tell me that it’s actually not in stock and that it won’t be to the store for five days. Absolute worst customer service experience both online and in store. This is the kind of bullshit that should not happen. And more importantly, nothing will change no matter what I say in this review.
