Came here to buy an Ethernet cable. All of your employees have excellent customer service! They were very helpful from the greeter all the way to the cashier.
I still like Best Buy however I think online businesses are hurting Best Buy
I scheduled a phone repair appointment at Best Buy and still ended up wasting my time. I showed up on time, was held up by one of their own salespeople in the store, and by the time I got to the counter they told me I missed the “grace period” and basically sent me away. No attempt to help, no accountability, nothing.
So what’s the point of having appointments if your own staff delays customers and then punishes them for it? Absolutely ridiculous. I left with a broken phone and a useless appointment. Save yourself the headache—go literally anywhere else.
