Poor customer service at this location from Geek Squad and Manager, Onji. Piss poor. Was able to get some assistance via apple support but was told initially to go back where I got the product. Being a long time, thought I was a valued customer, who has also been a card member for a while they would try and help me and not make it inconvenient for me. So I will definitely think twice before I make another purchase or use my credit card.

The service at this location has always proven to be a pleasant experience for me; Best Buy customer since the early 2000's and over 15 for this location.

I went to get help, and told them exactly what brand earbuds I wanted. I was told, if it was not on display , they don't have it . Instead of looking it up on their inventory, I got an off brand pair of earbuds. Had to place an order for the earbuds online, which they HAD!
