I had an appointment with Geek Squad and arrived 20 minutes early, as I was told they are strict with time slots. I wasn’t acknowledged by the Geek Squad rep, so I kindly asked if I’d still be seen within my time slot, and she confirmed I would be.
However, 10 minutes later, I was still waiting with no follow-up or reassurance. To make matters worse, the store started announcing it was getting ready to close. In the end, I felt my time was wasted, and the customer service was subpar.
Would not waste my time ever again with Best Buy.

Very slow, many employees just standing around. Majority of the items are locked up and employees will ignore you.
