real bad customer services, not rude just bad. sold me an ipad they didnt have and told me i would get repair in 14 days or refund and 3 weeks later told to call corporate ; they say call store...

Went in to learn more about projectors. While the inventory was OK, they weren't able to operate any of the display projectors for me to see the difference between each one (i.e., resolution, brightness, etc.)
When your company has been losing market share to online retailers for decades and trending downward, I feel like you should make a point of maximizing the ONE thing you have over them - in store customer experience and education. Super lame.
