After not shopping at Best Buy for a few years, I was pleasantly surprised. I found their pricing to be very competitive and comparable to Amazon and other websites, and the convenience of being able to choose between fast in-store pickup or delivery is a major benefit. The customer service was very good; staff were readily available to help me with what I needed, both when entering the store and at the pickup desk. Additionally, I really appreciate their focus on sustainability, specifically the easy-to-use recycling program where you can drop off old electronics like TV screens. A great overall shopping experience!

Great place. The people who works there explained me everything I needed to know
They have marked my order as ready for pickup but after driving there and wasting my time in the store and waiting for the item, I walked away with nothing and no compensation for the waste of my time.
I haven't been in this store in over 5 years and walking back in, I remember why. The customer service is dismal. They're more interested in selling you things then helping you with a service. I waited for 40 mins for a laptop trade-in and purchase a new one. Another customer next to me had to flag someone down just to buy a phone screen protector yet there were workers in blue shirts walking all around. They need to hire managers who can actually manage their staff.
