Online order with pick up at parking space was great staff very nice
I asked an employee for help unlocking a case and they said they would come over after finishing with another customer. After about 5 minutes of waiting, I look over and see they’re taking off their uniform and grabbing their belongings to go home. I did not receive any help.
Honestly, 5 stars. Absolute baller move. It was quitting time anyway

This Location is a JOKE and itssad for for Besuy giving Best Buy a bad name i went to BB for several things to Install a backup camera get a keyremote and purchase wash and dryer .First off they are either understaff or Associates were hiding only person in the store for 30 mins was ATL Police then i finally find someone she brings me to a Geek squad associate i explain at the Tucker location one of the guys recommend a Dutin he acted completely clueless. After some time he has me get everything I need to replace my radio about to chargé almost a 1000 dollars thank god i found It on AMAZON for less then à 100 dollars i then ask him is this the Dutin he replies yes ..Oh so now you know what it is a joke it gets funnier after then deciding not to pay 1000 dollars ill just order it ,I see a 77 inch t.v for a great price I ask the MANAGER is this the price he says of course not i then ask so where is the t.v for that price after walking me aroubd the whole store he couldnt find it in store .. The while time he keep saying idk who put that sign there and then goes to say it wasnt an Associate, well how are you so sure if you Dont know who moved it. The whole store has a bunch of signs in the wrong places i believe the t.v should of been honored at that price I seen it for Instead i recieved attitude so Thank you Best Buy Buy but NO THANK YOU i would of spent way over a 1000 dollars for a t.v , washer ,dryer and installation to my car but ill take ly business else where like to Amazon;Target and Lowes!
