Completely useless and incompetent when it comes to shipping after repairs. I had a laptop sent to them after a repair, and they shipped it to a different store in Florida by request. They lied to me multiple times that they had shipped it out, and said it was arriving the next day when in reality it hadn’t even left the store yet. Refused to help or give any clear answers. Complete incompetence on their part

This is how the best buy movers left my house.
I got a new fridge delivered.
They tried to charge my 60 year old mother $150 to take out the other fridge.
When my mom finally decided to call and ask for there help agreeing to the $150 the mover said that since he was “far now” it would cost “a lot more than $150” while laughing.
They left my house like this and left my poor mom alone to try and fix this herself. They were lazy did many unprofessional things.
I believe best buy should have a “free haul away” so i’m not sure why these movers tried to take advantage of my mother like this.
I am extremely disturbed that someone would do this.
Not to mention they didn’t even remove the packaging for the new fridge and left garbage everywhere.
