All the staff were friendly. I wish that there were people close by to help me when I needed a cabinet opened. I had to go across the store and when I found them I had to wait a second before they decided to help. I understand since I worked in a place that was "people facing," but we would immediately drop convos when a customer arrived. Other than that, I got the help I needed with the merch in the cabinet and was personally directed to a section I couldn't easily find.
I hope Best Buy never closes. If they did, where would all the rude and dismissive clerks hang out?

Good staff very friendly and big store
A big shout-out to Shane for doing a phenomenal job setting up my new computer! I asked to leave the store with a system I could turn on at home and use right away—and he delivered exactly that. Shane is smart, respectful, patient, and truly knows his stuff. Thank you, Shane, for making this such a great experience!
