Great Best Buy location and great associates. Shout out to Walter for helping me pick a good gift for mother's Day.

I brought in an "open box excellent" condition soundbar that was shipped to me completely botched (missing the power cord, remote, and all other accessories). Because this location only had new units in stock, I asked manager/supervisor Jonathan to discount the new unit to make up for Best Buy's massive quality-control failure. Instead of taking responsibility and making it right, the manager refused to adjust the price. Worse, he explicitly told me to pay the price difference out-of-pocket, stating that "corporate would reimburse the difference" if I called the 1-888 number. That was a flat-out lie. Corporate confirmed they have no mechanism to refund a price difference on a finalized in-store purchase. Jonathan knowingly gave me false information just to protect his store's margins and get me out of his line. Absolutely terrible leadership and dishonest customer service. If anyone at this store tells you corporate will reimburse you for an in-store upcharge, do not believe them. I would not buy anything further from this location.

When I tell customer service isn’t what it used to be especially not in Ga! Took these people 30 min to assist me because it was only 3 people working. It’s more police than it is workers. Never again

OMG! Cordell hands down has the best customer service! He is so friendly and went above and beyond just to help me! I literally drove an hour worth of distance just for his Exemplary customer service. He is patient and he took care of every customer! 10/10 recommended!
