Ben Türkiye'den ABD ye hemen hemen her geldiğimde farklı eyalet ve şehirlerdeki Bestbuy A ugruyorum. Ve buradaki personel ilgisizliği bambaşka seviyede. İki parça ürün sormak istedim. Benim alanım değil diyerek gecistiriyorlar. İlgili kişiyi bulana kadar zaman harcadım. Sonra ürünü buldum. Ürünün stokta olup olmadığını ve satın almak istediğimi söyledim. Sadece bir kişiye yönlendirdiler. Ve yaklaşık 20 dk o kişinin işinin bitmesini bekledim. Daha sonra başka bir çalışana durumu kızgın bir şekilde anlattım. Kendisi istemeyerek de olsa bilgisayarın başına geçip alacak olduğum ürüne baktı ve aldığım sonuç stok da olmadigi. En baştan bir kişi ilgilenseydi 30 dk zaman harcamak zorunda kalmazdim. Dolayısıyla 2. Alacak olduğum ürünü sormak hatta almak bile istemedim. Çünkü yine ordaki personelle konuşmam gerekiyordu.
