I always check the Best Buy website to confirm an item is in stock at my local store before I head in. But almost every time I arrive, the associates tell me it’s not actually available. Technology is supposed to make things easier and give real-time accuracy, so this is really frustrating and disappointing. This definitely needs to be improved.
The worst customer service anywhere avoid Best buy at all costs. I had a TV 85-in screen TV delivered to my house without any setup which I paid for so now I have a TV sitting in my living room that is not set up went to the store tried to discuss it with the manager he did nothing. Plus the TV box was damaged when I received it.
