if i could give them a zero i would, poor management poor communication this place sucks best buy sucks

Please avoid this place otherwise you’ll end up days there, you have to have an appointment number and if you get there you don’t have it, they can only schedule you 3 days later

Front staff were great, but sadly Best Buy and their ordering system is hot trash. Placed order, stated 1hr pick up. Given we had to drive across Atlanta to pickup, we drove there at 3 pm. Waited until 730 and our order was stuck in "verification" even though the charge had hit our credit card. Order was then changed to "couple of days" and we cancelled, but there is still a hold for $2700 on our card days later. Should have just ordered from Costco/Lowes/Home depot etc

The security is very friendly. Took around an around to get unloaded.
