The check-in process was a breeze. William, the security guard, was incredibly courteous and well-spoken. I had a 6am appointment but managed to check in at 5:56am and was assigned a dock door right away. They started unloading my 4 pallets around 7:05am, and I was finished by 7:40am. Oh well, no complaints here 🤷🏽‍♂️- overall, it was a great experience.

I was afraid what experience I would get from reading past reviews. Honestly it was check in and check out. I was greeted the second I walked in. Then 2 mins after giving information and ID I was told to park at the ramp. Only waited 2 mins for them to load my suv. Fast service great service.

It was great. Got there hit the bell and the guy was right there. Ran my number and two minutes later I was getting loaded.

Arrived at 4:15 for a 5:00 appointment. Guards don’t start signing you in till 5:00 am . Was given a door just to sit and wait for hours. They have a break room with a restroom and drink machine, no snack machine.
