Truck drivers please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. They will find a way not to unload you,they don’t care about your time whatsoever. 1 lost one day income b/c the BOL doesn’t match what they have in their system,they don’t wanna solve the problem so I have to get punished the the mistake shipper or receiver made. I have the worst experience ever,come back next day it took them 3 and half hours to unload partial loaded trailer. What a shame

DO NOT try and deliver early here, they will not take you! I arrived at 2:30 pm, the day before (ok a day early) there were no other trucks in line or even at a dock. They told me I could come back as early as 4am the next day for a 6am appointment. I got there at 4 am, and of course, they made me sit at the gate, until 6am; even though again, there were no other trucks here or at the docks! Guard shack is very disorganized, they wouldn’t even call receiving to tell them I was here. Bumped the dock at 6:15, they started unloading at 08:10am!!!!!! AVOID this place/BEST BUY at all costs!

I stopped at the sign as instructed, waiting for guard to signal me to enter. Another driver, who rolled in after/behind me, decided to cut in front of me driving straight to the gate house, leaving me to wait 25 minutes while he checked-in. Lesson learned. Do not wait for guard if no truck is ahead of you. Drive directly to the gate. Wish the sign would have said that. Oh well.
