CRAP experience with Best Buy after having been a loyal customer for so long.
My husband and I wanted to purchase 2 separate cameras. Each time, we made sure to check availability of items both online and the phone. And BOTH times, we ended up having WASTED our time making trips to these distant stores because the items were not available! Nobody could help.
When I said I called to make sure, the representative said oh, the call center agents can see what the customers see only. So not only were these trips an absolute waste of our day, the calls were a waste of time too.
Unbelievable.

Strolled my way into Best Buy today fo sum screen protectors and ima finna keep it a buck fitty, dat was the best service I’ve ever received type shi, walk’d in and was immediately greeted wit the biggest smile from the yn upfront with curly hair. He pointed me to the direction of the phone accessories, and lowkey a G was lost type shi, but Yadi helped me find wut I was lookin fo, she even installed that bih flawlessly, was in and out that bih, fasho be back, great customer service
