DO NOT BUY HOME SERVICE FROM THIS PLACE!
I purchased a TV, soundbar, mount, and additional items from Best Buy during Black Friday, spending around $4,000 in total. The original delivery and installation date was December 5, but as of December 27, nothing has been delivered or installed.
This is not just a delay — it is a complete failure in customer service and communication. The delivery date has been pushed back multiple times with no clear explanation, and despite calling repeatedly, it is nearly impossible to get this issue resolved.
For a purchase of this size, it is completely unacceptable to leave a customer waiting for weeks with no updates, no accountability, and no resolution. This level of service is shocking for a company as large as Best Buy.
If Best Buy cannot handle the volume of orders during Black Friday, they should not be selling delivery and installation packages they clearly cannot support. At this point, the experience feels misleading and careless.
This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Best Buy, and I will never purchase high-ticket items from them again. I strongly recommend others think twice before ordering anything that requires delivery or installation.

We purchased a TV during Black Friday, but the delivery and installation have been delayed for over a month due to missing items like the soundbar and mounting hardware. We made countless phone calls and spoke to multiple representatives, yet no one took ownership or resolved the issue.
As compensation, we were promised a free soundbar upgrade, but when we called the next day, we were told we would need to pay for the upgrade.
On top of everything, the delivery and installation scheduling process was handled terribly. Instead of notifying us in advance that required parts were missing, we repeatedly received same-day cancellation calls just shortly before the scheduled delivery window, followed by rescheduling. This happened multiple times and made planning impossible.
After all the delays and conflicting information, we requested to cancel the order—only to be told that we would be charged pick up fees, even though the delays were entirely on Best Buy’s side.
This experience has been exhausting, inconsistent, and extremely disappointing. Poor communication and lack of accountability.

This place would get 0 stars if that were an option. I purchased a LG washer/dryer combo unit 90 days ago and it’s never worked. Best Buy has no support they force you to deal with LG and their foreign call centers where broken English and poor reading comprehension are the norm. When I finally got LG on the phone to schedule repairs they told me my unit was out of warranty (it had a one year warranty) and it was only 90 days old. Apparently fy the serial number it was 20 months old! Best Buy sold me (at full price) a washer dryer combo unit that started with an expired warranty! This was not an open box, this was not a discounted unit, I believed it was a brand new unit with the full one years manufactures warranty. Beware of the Mall of Georgia Best Buy and their shady, illegal business practices! Also think twice before purchasing anything LG as when they agreed to send a technician to look at this piece of garbage, they scheduled a 1-5 window, I went home sat there all day waiting at 5pm I got a text from the technician saying he was given the wrong address and I’d have to reschedule, however I gave LG my Best Buy receipt which clearly had the correct address. So I have not had a functioning washer /dryer for almost a month now, and still no resolution in site!

Thank you for your review. It can be frustrating when an appliance does not work as it should. Typically appliances that become defective in their first year are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Best Buy is not contracted to fulfill the warranty by the manufacturer. Once you are past the return policy, the manufacturing warranty kicks in.

Same old BestBuy. You have to beg employees to open cages to grab items.
