Everyone in here is awesome. I remember buying my Switch 2 and finding an issue with one of the bumpers about two days after purchase and they swapped the entire console out with ZERO fuss. Talk about top tier customer service.

Ordered $7000.00 in TV’s 40 days in advance for my new place I’m moving to. When delivery day came this is where it started…. Bb called no delivery truck coming, everything is in the store in Canton. Okay I’ll come pick it up so I get there all items are setting in front of me they got 3000.00 dollars of my money and finance has been approved. It’s a go for the Georgia Alabama game for tonight except the home office hasn’t told the store to release it yet? Waiting for corporate to release more waiting now been at the store for over hour an half, everybody apologizing but no call yet. By now my help and truck are getting tried of the wait. So I said just let me take the 75” tv for the game you have my cash down to more than cover it. Store said No can do? So, decided to cancel the entire order and purchase just the 75” to get going so I wouldn’t miss the game. Bottom line 40 days prior of my purchase the prices have all gone up at delivery date that’s why corporate wouldn’t release it, so all of this planning for smooth transfer for nothing. In conclusion……. If you want to waste 6 of 7 hours of your time and get jurked around by “Who on first” employees. Best Buy is the place to go… or just go to “ Brandsmart” like I did for a much easier experience.
