Prepared to wait 15 minutes or more if you need to purchase an item that's locked up. I foolishly drove my daughter to make a purchase only to stand in the aisle for a ridiculously long amount of time. I went to the "host" twice, politely asking how long before we would be assisted, but he didn't know. I was able to flag Corey, a sales rep who was working on floor stock to help me, and he did. Another rep showed up after 4 minutes after Corey went to grab what we needed. If it wasn't for Corey stopping to assist us, I would've given them 1 star.
The inability to reach anyone IN THE STORE when calling the listed phone number is extremely aggravating. Being told by the call center where I was transferred that I must drive to the store to talk to a manager is outrageous. That is NOT customer service. You've lost a customer.
