I went into this store to buy a 77” OLED TV. The display info was poor and some TV’s were not on display. I was there for over 30 min looking at all the options and trying to figure out which one I would buy. You would think a rep would come over and ask if they could help. They were all too busy talking to each other. I would have appreciated some help since I had a few questions. If they didn’t care about me as a customer I sure wasn’t going to beg for help. So I left and ended up buying a high end 77” beauty somewhere else. No wonder why these stores are hurting.

got the job done in a reasonable time, although the staff in the front asked me to wait on the Geek squad guy to get there, so I waited for 15mins, turns out the ws there the whole time.

Went into get my phone screen fixed. They didn’t have the type I need but said they would order it, which is a little annoying but fine. I was told it would arrive by Thursday at the latest. Thursday came and went without a call, so on Friday I went back to see if they had the screen. They didn’t. Was told they would have it by Saturday. Saturday comes and I drop off my phone, was told it would take two hours. Two hours later and I am told they don’t have the parts to fix it. That’s a week and two hours of my life wasted and my screen is still cracked.
