Update: I drove two hours to this store after waiting over a week for the manager to call me back. The manger was very rude and advised me he could not help. I called and filed a police report while there. According to the local police this is a known problem with this best buy, and they have gotten in trouble before for knowingly letting people use stolen credit cards.
This location knowingly allows things to be purchased with stolen credit cards. No policy is followed when orders are picked up, and good luck getting a manager to return your calls.
Best Buy circles the drain more and more every year. Not entirely sure how this location or any of them stay in business. Two sales associates working…..TWO. Not sure what everyone else in the store was doing but it didn’t look much like work. Waited over 20 minutes to be helped with computer accessories. The associate that “helped” us didn’t know anymore than I did. Not very pleased with the service and don’t know that I will be giving much more of my business to Best Buy.
