Do not come here if you are wanting to receive any customer service. Even when you are in the queue it will take more than 30 minutes to get simple help with locked up items. Workers are walking around not doing anything rather than helping customers. Ended up leaving the store without a purchase because of this.

Marland was very friendly, patient, and answered our many questions. He is honestly the biggest reason for the good review. We bought an open box Sony tv. The tv ended up having bad spots on the screen and had to be returned (bad on the Geek Squad who supposedly checked it out). There were no new ones in stock in Canton. We had no problem returning it to Cumming and getting a new one.

I tried to get help at customer service with a Rocketfish Product (Rocketfish is a Best Buy Company). I was told to go to Geek Squad, Then I was told to make an appointment, I showed up for an appointment and they told me to go back to customer service. Customer service told me to call Rocketfish, I called, waited, gave information, waited and the call was disconnected. Afterwards I looked up the warranty on the product (A surge protector with a lifetime warranty) and the warranty instructions said to take the device to a Best Buy Store. So Best Buy either needs to support their products per the warranty and train their staff OR quick selling Rocketfish products. SImple!
