If you’re looking to save money, shop at this Best Buy. Not because they have any deals, but because they will ABSOLUTELY not help you in any fashion. I came in, found the product I needed in a locked case, and then asked for assistance. The first person asked said they didn’t have a key, but would get someone over there that did. Fast forward 20 minutes - still nothing. So after searching the store for a worker, I found one and asked them for help. Same story: no key, but they’d get someone to me. I waited another 10 minutes, but there was not a blue shirt in sight. There was a vendor who saw me waiting and felt bad that they couldn’t help. A vendor. So I left, and will not be back. Get it together Best Buy, maybe hire some workers that actually care? Idk

I was in the market for a new pc and monitor for my son for school,gaming, etc.. and Best Buy had an hp omen on sale that I had purchased online, and my son was having second thoughts about it, but arriving at the store and speaking with the young man jusse (sorry can't remember the correct spelling of his name) he was very knowledgeable and helpful of the omen pc and monitors. We chose to purchase the lg monitor somewhere else due to a better price.
Prices kinda high for regular items but was ok experience
