It's ok. Service is mediocre, the prices are ridiculous. I can get the same shit in Walmart a lot cheaper.

Bought a new computer/printer to replace the 15 year old dinosaur. Everyone we dealt with was kind, courteous, and professional. The tech. (MS. BLUE) dept. was extremely patient with us. Things have changed a lot in 15 yrs. She made the transition enjoyable.

Would not give me computer for price listed on shelf. I was told I had to come back tomorrow for that price and I live too far away for that to be reasonable

Small bestbuy compared to other ones, which means smaller selections and lack of variety, which in was my experience in turn meaning higher prices.
