Was sold an open box dishwasher for $600 on Labor Day, all for it to get delivered 10 days later and not turn on. After calling customer service, geek squad was sent out and provided proof that the wires and drain hose were chewed by what looked to be rats. After going into the store to discuss the matter with the manager on duty. The manager delegated an associate to tell us that they couldn’t do anything else other than a refund or to switch it out with another open box. We were told that rats in the store were common and that they could have chewed the wires and hose in the store. We are currently filing a report through the better business bureau and emailing the CEO and CFO.

The staff was very friendly. I did a curbside pickup and they were really helpful with loading the TV I bought. He was thoughtful on how he handled it and didn't rush anything.
