PLEASE BE AWARE!!! When you make a purchase via FedEx delivery through BEST BUY! If your item/items is stolen or damaged Best Buy is not responsible. And will not REFUND YOUR MONEY!!! they don't communicate liability to consumers. Customer protection and escalation options seem to be broken or ignored. Store Manager John Columbus, Ga. location and customer service rep. stated that they are aware this is happening. However, they're taking consumers money knowing the risk!!!! and offering the consumer this option knowing this is a current issue and stated they just fired UPS for the same issue. It may be an inside scam between Best Buy employee's and FedEx employee's you never know!!! I filed a police report and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I'm taking all necessary steps in hopes this doesn't happen to anyone else. Please be careful.
Stood for 20 mins waiting for an employee to open a case. They never showed up.

Koty and Blue were very helpful fast and efficient i went in with a problem i thought i was going to have pay slot of money out of pocket and they resolved my situation with a simple solution. 10/10 will be back
