Went to this location 2-21-26 looking to buy a phone charger for my iPhone the sales associate name Koty had a very very very nasty attitude the way he was speaking to me in front of customers I have never ever been disrespected like that before I went & talk to manager name Pk he at first didn’t seem to care but show me where I could find a charger for my iPhone after the experience I experienced here at the Columbus Georgia Best Buy I will never step foot back in this location Koty pointing & talking very disrespectful & loud to me shows me everything I needed to know about this location an lack of real management if I need to visit Best Buy I will either order online or go locations around Atlanta hopefully there real management on staff & respectful workers an not disrespectful workers like Koty .

Poor customer service. I asked an employee with a name tag on for help locating an item, she said I work in the back. She then just walked away. I purchased the item that I needed on Amazon for a great price. Poor customer service.
