How do I check product availability at the Columbus Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.

I ordered to pick up a tv online and I didn’t understand the process of the time and then receiving the email when it’s ready and I probably came off as a Karen but the staff was nice about and it was around closing time at this point but they brought the tv out and put it in my car….the man who was working in the back and got my tv needs a raise

Careful when purchasing anything that you get protection for but have to return for another one if it arrives damaged. They will NOT transfer the warranty to it even tho they will tell you they have. BestBuy is the worst with this issue and I regret trying them again. Please, do yourself a favor...save not only $ but better service. Especially when it comes to big appliances!!

Called made appointment for rear view camera installation told them what I had was told a price and paid and scheduled appointment time comes check in and install tech oh no where going to have to charge you more money wouldn't have mined but they wanted almost a $100 more was taking to person they were working on before me he was there since 9 am and it's now 4:30 kinda fishy tech was rude I'll never step foot in this best again
