I just left best buy in Columbus, GA 15 mins ago. I bought an open tv with surround sound. So when I got home I look on my app and it's the wrong tv. I went back and they said they can't honor the price I paid for on a new tv. The manager didn't even bother getting off their a** to greet me concerning the issue. I never seen or spoke to the manager. Poor customer service and they did even try to my the situation right.

This place is awful. Employees are extremely unhelpful and don’t care to assist you. I don’t know who they’re hiring but place needs to be shut down.
