Customer service employee, Levi gave me the most incredible service. She took the time to look up every way I could resolve a text messaging issue. I am on the senior citizen side now and the worst with technology. She made it look like a breeze. She could have easily dismissed me but she didnt. She is an outstanding employee at Best Buy who truly deserves a promotion for going all out to help customer. She really put me at ease. I would give her ten stars if I could.
