Xira is the most kind, helpful, and cheery individual! She has always been able to help with any issue we have, and makes the boring processes fun ones! If we ever move out of this city, we will definitely travel the distance to come have her as my Best Buy girlie 💕 I think she has a manager role, but she is up here in the trenches with her other sales associates daily, and will do ANYTHING they do with jokes and as many applicable sales as she can get you! Best Buy has been an annoying store for me until we met Xira !! Now it’s a fav 🫧💕🙏 promote her to one of the executive roles! One of the first managers ive met anywhere that lives up to that role instead of hiding behind it as a way to chill. Best girl ever !!

Best Buy at 1540 Dogwood does not know their products that they are selling...They are short staff and the staff only knowledge is hospitality...But I had the worst back and forth experience due to the staff not knowing what the items can and can not do....I WILL TELL ALL MY COLLEAGUES DO NOT SHOP AT CONYORS best buy,,,,period!!!!!waist of my work day!!!!
