Sold me a DOA adapter. 20 days later, refused to refund. I might understand if I had simply changed my mind or something. But it immediately didn't work. The store didn't care, corporate didn't care. What a terrible company in general and a terrible location in particular. It's not as if it's a lot of money; it's $20 and I have a receipt. I'll buy online from Amazon or Crutchfield from now on. Lesson learned.

STAY AWAY!!!! Worst store ever. Lazy employees. Not knowledgeable. Good luck if you anrrivecafter 7:30 they so concerned with closing the store. Instead of searching for item clearly in stock rather just say can’t locate. Need new management Eden has no clue. Will never shop at any Best Buy again
