Please go to another Best Buy. Everytime I go in this store, its not a good experience. Today is the reason I will not go back. I went in to cancel an order I made online so that I could order the TV that I saw in store instead. The customer service clerk made an error by trying to exchange my order and now my funds on my best buy card are not available. The funds will not clear until 72 hours and the sale may be over by then. The manager was NO help but acknoledged their mistake but did NOTHING to fix it. BUYER BEWARE OF THE INCOMPENTENCE of this store.

When I walked into the store I was asked what I was looking for and given a sales associate. I told her the make and the model of the TV that I was looking for. She showed it to me and that's when the she tried to upsale me. I told her that I'm tech savvy but she kept trying to sale me a more expensive TV and the setup for it. She even said that I might burn the TV up by doing something wrong. That was an insult to my intelligence. I have always picked up my televisions and set them up myself, but I can't lift anything over 10 pounds with my right hand and I told her that. She didn't listen to me. I don't know if she was trained to do what she did or not, but I didn't appreciate it. When I purchase another TV, I'll shop at one of the competitors. The TV delivery guys were great.

I was there to buy a computer. Learned that my social security number had been hacked and all of my accounts from bank to every credit card was frozen. Very embarrassing. But everyone, from the store managers to the store clerks were wonderful. I will be back.
