This store has horrible customer service and there is no one to help you. They only have one person running the entire checkout line, so if there’s no one on the floor to help you, that one associate behind the register has to go grab your item which holds the line up. Jaden, who was a cashier had to continuously call for “code one” on his microphone & the manager by the name of Roger is twisting around, and swinging his hair in the store not offering any help to his cashiers or not even taking anybody off the floor to help the customers in the line where there’s at least 10 customers waiting. We are literally watching two workers organize shelves. Just ridiculous!! You can’t stop for 5 min, and get the line down?! Jaden was very polite and patient with all the customers and tried his best. But Roger the manager that was on duty , he really needs to do a better job of managing his store and making sure that customers don’t have to wait because of his Poor management skills. He waited 20 minutes before even mentioning about the self check out on the phone to the customers waiting AND THEN PROCEEDED TO STILL WALK OFF leaving the customers and cashiers with no help. Definitely missed out on a $1000 sale from me because of the negligence they show to customers.

Very poor Customer Service, Not happy at all with this store, i was one of Four customers in the store. I Asked a team member a question about a printer, he told me it would be 20 to 25 mins before somebody could help me, as he was only ten feet from the printers, sitting on the floor . i ask him to talk to a manager, he told me he was the manager, i told him i believed it was better to help a Customer than ,what ever he was doing sitting on the floor. he said "OH Well, Have a Nice Day "
