After being greeted and told I would be helped and to go to a certain area. I went and waited and no one helped me. Upon exiting I saw the same people who told me to have a good day

Yesterday I had the opportunity to meet such a gracious, awesome and professional individual in the geek Squad department at the Hiram location by the name of "Julia" she was truly an angel and very, very knowleable she assisted me with the utmost patience and assurance with my Android phone. Deleting apps and annoying pop-ups and I just wanted to express my deepest and sincere appreciation she is truly an access to your company thank you Julia once again for your concern and the customer service excellence that you displayed. Also, Martin, the greeter at the entrance was amazing and friendly as well.

The was was not very well stocked and hardly any customer service
