Went to get a laptop. Joel or Joe was nice at first told us it would be 5-10 minutes and 30 minutes later he was helping 6 other people. What's crazy is there was another family there we both ended up in hiram and buying what should have been bought in Douglasville. Close this location or fire joel.

12/20/2025. We left the Douglasville store without completing our purchase. The long lines at the registers because of the quite apparent unskilled and un-trained cashiers caused many customers like us to walk-out.
