My husband bought an alarm system auto start last night.
We had originally called Hiram cause we’re in Dallas. They said they couldn’t install and the closet was Douglasville so we called there and the employee was real eager to sell us the system and said to call today to get it installed (now I asked him to confirm this and he did) Today I called to set up a time and was told they do not install those ( that service is only available in a few places like Buckhead and Flowery Branch ect. We are nowhere near there, like over an hour away.
My husband has health conditions and was going to have our daughter take the car in. I told them they need to talk to the guy and the lady made some remark it would go over there. I am furious. Most unprofessional place ever.
