Customer Is Awsome..luv going There
One of the brick and mortar businesses that continues to stay relevant. I picked up a router, received it faster than Amazon could get it to me and used the curbside service. I really good customer service and product selection.
I wish that I had read these reviews BEFORE going there. I needed a printer for specific purposes. As I walked toward the printers, a young man asked if he could help. There were so many of them standing around just taking to each other. I told him why I was there and he invited himself to go with me. When I got there, I was glad he did because there are no specs posted near a printer. He said all was on the scan code, but only for them. If I scanned, I would not get the info I needed to make a decision. Therefore, I needed him to answer my questions about each one that I was curious about. He seemed to be somewhat annoyed that I had so many questions. After about 20 mins, a stage by the name of Emitt can't up and asked when would he be through because there were others waiting to be assisted. That was rude. I was tossing around in my head the price points vs my needs, finally concluding that I would probably have to buy two. I told him to go since that man obviously wanted him. I then walked around to see this mad back up of waiting potential customers. There none. 🥴 Ok. I guess my business was either not wanted or not good enough. I left, went to Staples, where all specs were clearly posted beside each printer. That's where I purchased it and will continue for all my new business needs. I will never step inside of another Best Buy. And Staples had a lot of bargains, including trading in your old for another percent off the price.
Found what I was looking for, very helpful people inside
