Customer Service Team member was good. Item showed in stock online but wasn't available in store.

The food was ok and so was the service
Terrible customer service, no communication and efficiency to handle customer care isn't streamlined at all; wasting people’s time.
Why is it taking 30 mins to 1 hr to just grab an item? Why are customers not communicated about the wait time and updated (had to ask several times to where the resolve was, well you can just order online).
They also move slow af, slow at the register, slow getting items from back, slow helping - the store just opened an hr ago.
Advice: Have a designated person who can streamline - ask what someone needs - you may make more sales, not everybody is here to window shop. Three people just walked out while I have been waiting to grab a new laptop because of the wait. Smfh

Bestbuy in Douglasville GA sales associate outright lied to me about on purchase and a rebate.
Im done with Bestbuy after all the years of being a loyal customer. Its the principal of the matter.
