Horrendous customer service. After spending thirty minutes trying to find an employee to help me with some questions, no one could answer the simplest questions I had about whether or not an item was in stock. The store is very messy, with boxes falling off the shelves and more than half of the “display” units not working. I should have driven the extra twenty minutes and gone to Micro Center.
All I wanted was to have my TV loaded into my SUV. They said they couldn't since they said my SUV was too small. Which I beg to differ. Now I am being charged 400 dollars extra since they couldn't deliver it with rebates. The manger lied to my face. Now I am out 400 dollars due to the manager lieing to me and being too lazy to do their job.
The in person customer service was great. It's the bestbuy citi bank credit card that caused negatively and minus 2 stars. My account was fraudulently used after my purchase. It was an inside job from best buy and/or credit card holder citi bank. Sadly, it takes up to 90 days to correct the fraudulent transactions. Again, in-person customer service was great! ‐-------------------- I don't recommend bestbuy citi bank credit card.
