The girl that greets at the front door is super rude. Second time I’ve came in and she doesn’t have great customer service. If you don’t want to work with people find another job.

Great place to shop, employees are always helpful!
This store is a joke, especially geek squad. One person will tell you one thing and then another person tells you something else. Every time I take anything to get fixed they come up with some excuse why they can’t do it even though I was just told by another employee that they could. I waited 8 weeks to get my laptop fixed they told me parts were coming in and when they finally told me to come get it because it was done, nothing was done. No point of being a “My Best Buy Total” member, they don’t honor their word and work hard to find ways to tell you no then to try to fix the issue that I have paid for to cover covered my electrics.
