Best Buy Douglasville

I’ve been to the Douglasville Best Buy multiple times, and every single experience has been great. The staff is always friendly, and willing to help without making you feel rushed. They have a really good selection of products, and if I ever have questions, someone is always happy to point me in the right direction. I especially want to give a huge shout out to Lavin. He is hands down one of the best employees there. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and cares about helping customers find what they need. I feel like good customer service is hard to come by these days. If you’re deciding between Best Buy locations, I’d definitely recommend the Douglasville store. Thanks again to Lavin and the rest of the team for always making it a great experience! 😊

Phillip in electronics was attentive and assisted with questions despite his colleagues who sat and scrolled on their phones this evening. I reduced stars based on the other colleagues not being helpful or willing to approach customers (in general, not solely with me). In hopes this review provides Phillip with recognition from his mgt team. Outstanding service and support from him 🙌🏽
