Very disorganized. You have to make them mad for them to help you. Then they make excuses of why their guys weren't there.

I came into the store after black Friday to exchange the incorrect item that was delivered to my house for the correct item, per the best buy app instructions, and was told by the manager on duty, Harvey, that it was UPS's mistake and that I needed to contact them. Even after explaining what happened and showing him the bar code provided by the app for the exchange he refused to help me and turned me away. By the way, Harvey was completely wrong. Best Buy eventually handled the exchange for me, I got my correct item, but this store and it's manager Harvey should be avoided.

Customer service is garbage. Waited over an hour for order pickup and not one person could tell me where my order was.
