I have been trying to call the store and all I get is the AI. I got a person from the call center once and he refused to transfer me to the store. I will just cancel my order and credit card. There is better service at Brandsmart and Amazon.

I’m amazed this company is still in business! They lied and told me their store was the only one in Atlanta that had a certain tv and that I should buy it that day. 10 days later, they canceled my installation after they couldn’t find it. The best they could do was schedule another installation 2 weeks later. When I asked customer service how I could contact the Douglasville manager, I was told that the system is not set up to take external calls and I should drive the 45 minutes to the store.
Stay away, not credible!
Helpful staff. Good local selection.
One guy that was helping me for only 2-3 minutes horrible he ran off saying he be back and never came, he should have finished with me first before doing another task wow than John saved the day. He went above and beyond, and I was so thankful for his customer service great job John!
