Same cup of tea here. They may look close from the out side especially if there are few vehicles in the parking lot. There isn't enough light in the entrance during the day to indicate that the store is open. Otherwise, clean bright layout as usual.

Why is it always so hard to get someone that works in the store on the phone.
You have these people that’s answering the calls that can barely speak to me or understand me and catching a attitude with me and yelling at me because he want me to buy something online and I wanna go in the store for it. I can’t even call up the store to find out if they have something in stock because the online information is not guaranteed.

The young gentleman with the rose tattoo on his hand was so kind and patient, even during busy store hours he still managed to help me with everything I had questions about and was so polite! Even going as far as to open another register to help me purchase my new phone. As a fellow retail worker I strive to be half as great at my job as he is, y'all have a true gem on your team!
I purchased a 98"📺 from Best Buy that came with free installation. I have made several appointments trying to have the 📺 mounted upstairs that came with excuses why they couldn't do the mounting after arriving to my home by the GEEK SQUAD..about 2 weeks ago 2 men came( geek squad) to mount the 📺.. he said they would have to come back.. That it would take at least 4 men...( why would they send 2 men to mount a 98" 📺 anyways😡) Today I called best buy customer service to verify the mounting service that is scheduled for today because last time they didn't come at the time that was originally scheduled... I was told they would come out 3pm- 7:30 pm to mount the 📺.. I just received a call 4:15 saying basically there not going to provide good customer service that I had to reschedule the appointment again..It's not even 7:30! Sounds like they don't want to deal with mounting a large size 📺 today & the previous days! Real BAD customer service! I will NEVER! Purchased any products from them again... It's almost a year later ... The 📺 is still in the box in my living room where they left it around this time last year! 😡😡😡I am very unhappy with this.. I was told I couldn't get my $$back although the free mounting came with the purchase of the 📺! I was really hoping to have this done in time for Christmas 🎁🎁😔😔Please don't waste your time with purchasing a large 📺 if you have to have the Greek Squad mount it!!!!! I will definitely screenshot this & post to Social Media...
