Went to Best Buy to purchase over-the-ear headphones. I looked at a few different pairs, tried them on, took a listen and decided that the Beats Studio Pro for $200 was the best fit. Because the actual headphones are in a locked case,I couldn't see all of the specs, so I went online to see them. While online I saw that Amazon had them on sale for $180. Told the sales person that I wanted to purchase and asked them to price match.
I gave the sales person my phone to see and after about 8 mins and several punches into the computer, the price match was denied. Per the sales rep, confirmed that the Amazon price was lower, but the Best Buy price of $200 was a sale price and they wouldn't match any other price and they would not match the lower price.
Of all the times I've seen Best Buy advertise price matching, I've never seen/heard the contingency of UNLESS ON SALE.

They sold us a stove without an outlet to connect it. When I inquired about this, the store manager dismissed it, claiming it must have been a demo stove. They sold us the product regardless. I asked if there were similar models in stock, but he was rude and unhelpful. When I requested to speak with the manager, he refused to provide any contact information, asserting he was the store manager. This reflects poor customer service. Will not be back to best buy!
