How do I check product availability at the Gwinnett Best Buy?

Disrespectful staff. Stood in a line formed by other people for customer service and was told by one of the employees we had to use the same check out line just to be helped. I asked why we had to wait in that line because of the length and I’m not checking out and was snapped at by 2 other employees. Maybe Best Buy should think about more ways to service employees since it’s the holiday season. Their outrageous prices have kept me from buying from here in years and it’s normal no matter what Best Buy I go into to have some level of attitude from employees. Company has been going down hill for years
