We came here and couldn’t find help, and this guy helped me out without asking. He walked up to us t ask if we were okay. Took us to geek squad and helped us. He is kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. Thank you Andrew !

Takes forever to find someone with a special magical key, let alone anyone to just help. When you do find someone they're usually chatting it up, which isn't bad at all but just a bit annoying when I'm in need of some help. Selection is eh. You can def find cheaper online but if you need it quick it's not bad.

I wanted to get my wife a new Breville Espresso machine for her birthday and this earrings aren’t cheap and they don’t go on sale often. I saw Best Buy, online, showed the exact one I wanted was on sale, but when I put it in my cart, it reverted back to its original price. I called up and spoke with April about my issue, and from that point on she was fantastic! A lot of people would have just told me no, I’m sorry we can’t do that, but she went above and beyond and asked someone higher up, because what’s the worst they could have said, no? We both laughed at that and long story short, they honored what the online price was, even though they didn’t have it on sale. Big big shout out to April for having incredible customer service and being able to let me purchase my wife a new Breville Espresso machine. Thank you guys!
