The selection of electronics is good, but you may have to be assertive to get the assistance of a store clerk. It certainly appears they do not work on commission. No one wanted to help me buy an $800 computer.
The staff was super friendly. Even though I didn't find what I was looking for, the customer service was great.
Quick access to online pick up, great staff
After weeks of research I went to this location to buy a Sony Bravia 7II ($2,000+), and the aggressive and dishonest upselling tactics drove me out of the store within 2 minutes.
The salesperson stated 2 things:
- Sony offers virtually no warranty
- The TV is all but certain to have issues/break down within a few years
So of course, my only option if I want to have a functioning TV is to buy the $200 or $400 Bestbuy warranty.
So this employee is not only drives customers away, but also stating that the Sony TVs they sell are low quality and have constant issues
If someone from Bestbuy wants to reach out, I'm happy to provide more info about the visit and the salesperson
