Easy pick up. Friendly, helpful staff
Thank you to Aiden, the General Manager & Assistant Manager there. I bought an opened box item (camera) and It was missing the battery and charger cable. The geek squad manager insisted i pay for the missing battery and charger cable which was supposed to be included. Then follows up with “Is the box missing the camera NO” very rudely and unprofessional. I’m glad the General manager and assistant stepped in to help.

I was pleasantly surprised due to Frank in their home theater center. Frank has a depth of knowledge and unexpectedly good ability to identify and communicate customer needs. I wonder if Best Buy will be able to retain him.
Slaes guy was very knowledgeable and very friendly.
