I love Best Buy Dunwoody because of their amazing people like Kyle Warden in the Appliance department. Kyle went above and beyond helping me choose the right AC unit, comparing features and protection plans. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and focused on helping me make the best decision. He even stayed late to make sure I could get the unit that same night. Great people like Kyle and a company that backs up their products sets Best Buy Dunwoody head and shoulders above online retailers and the other big box companies. Highly recommend!!!

Tried to call about a question regarding a product they had in store that I couldn’t find online. Called them and was directed to a call center. If I wanted a call center I would call the main service number not the store. Obviously they couldn’t help because they themselves weren’t at the store. The call center said “the stores weren’t taking calls. Only helping in store customers”. Waste of time I’ll go buy my tech from someone who can answer a phone call who’s actually at that store.

In many cases you can visit the store to inquire about items available right away, or order items available online for pickup. Since we can't verify inventory at the store on the phone. Hard to deal with these folks. Very slow to answer or return phone calls. Very slow to respond for 'customer assistance' questions.
