How do I check product availability at the Perimeter Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.

I am a Best Buy member and they always replace and put on my screen protector. During my visit today in the store the manager Ryan did not acknowledge me and then the cashier advisor (forgot his name) did not provide going above and beyond service to aid in my screen protector replacement. So now I am going home to do it myself! Will not be coming back to the Best Buy in Dunwoody.

Vic and Alicia were awesome and went above and beyond the extra mile to help me with my phone issue. I had to be in Knoxville TN the following morning for work, broke my phone that I needed to be able to do my job, walked into the store late in the day and they were still able to get me taken care of and back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. Not to mention they were both super friendly and professional; what more could you ask for? They turned what was about to be a catastrophe into nothing more than a slight inconvenience. Thank you so much and next time I'm shopping in the area I will definitely go back to this store.
