The most unhelpful place ever. I went to the store with an intention of purchasing a camera for my birthday. There were plenty of people working, only a handful of shoppers around 7pm. We stood by the cameras checking out their selections. Five minutes go by, ten minutes go buy, we see workers walking around avoiding eye contact. No one asks for assistance. My husband raised his hand to flag a worker down. He says he will be right with us, never came back. Went to the front to talk ask the guy if there is anyone who can help. He manager walks by and says we can’t test out the cameras and keeps walking. Not a, “sorry you can’t test them out but I am happy to give you a break down,” or “which ones are you specifically looking for?” Non of that. And then the guy in the front goes, I think there is a place in the mall.”
I don’t get it. Do you wan the business or not? Just walked out ans decided to go to Target. Please go somewhere else.

Waited and waited but no Service Representative showed up to help with the purchase of an appliance. Stay away from this Dunwoody location. Waste of time and gas. Bad in store retail shopping experience.
The guy that was there knowing he was going to get in was denied as well as me along with our understanding of global warming. Yesterday
Good products but HORRIBLE delivery experiences on both washer/dryer and TV, which was the fault of the store, not the delivery guys. The store employee put in the wrong address for two different deliveries, even though we went to the store and told her about the first one. The washer was visibly broken when it was delivered, so we had to go into the store to get it resolved. When I called the store for each delivery problem, I sat on hold and never got a person. When I texted my sales person, she said she wasn’t working and suggested calling customer service. I will not buy anything from Best Buy in the future due to these poor experiences with scheduling and receiving deliveries.
