I purchased a TV on line and was supposed to pick it up by 4/19. I just got an email (4/17) that my TV was picked up, but I have not picked it up. I have tried to call the store directly twice only to be routed to a call center where they tell me that they can’t help me and will have someone from the store call me back. I’m still waiting. Also, they told me I would need to go into the store to resolve the issue. This is ridiculous. How can I speak with a live person at this location. Your AI customer service lady on the phone was not very helpful at all.
