We bought a Hisense U7 100" tv at this store and even before we had made the first payment on it it was already malfunctioning ( a line started showing all the way across about 4" up from the bottom) the store said we had to call Hisense directly to have them fix the tv, we have provided Hisense with all the documents they requested, receipts, serial numbers, pictures of the tv etc and still no help, this tv has less than 50 hours of use and it is already broken, i know sometimes it happens but they should make good on their warranty and have it fixed or replaced , it is a very frustrating situation for us, be careful when buying there, they are very helpful and polite when you are buying but once you're out the door if it breaks it could be a different story and suddenly they may not be so helpful and polite

Was just in Best Buy in Gainesville and saw two people looking for a camera to buy. I couldn’t help but over hear the employee trying to get assistance from a coworker to get the camera to look at. The employee was ignored countless times by his coworkers no matter who he asked for assistance. Absolutely revolting behavior from his coworkers. He probably could have made a commission too if he sold the camera but his coworkers continued to dismiss him and ignore him no matter who he asked for assistance. Will not shop here ever again. Thank goodness I didn’t buy anything. I hope those coworkers that ignored him learn to do better in the future. Absolutely disgusting behavior from them when they could’ve just assisted one of their own. Such a toxic work environment and I feel sorry for the original employee that was ignored countless times. Hopefully management sees this and helps him or at least disciplines the other coworkers.
