SCAMMERS!!!!!! TRIED TO CANCEL MY BEST BUY PLUS MEMBERSHIP AND MY MONEY IS NOT COMING BACK FOR 7-10 DAYS AND I REACHED OUT WITH THE REVIEW# THEY CLAIMED THEY CARED ABOUT MY BEING UPSET AND NO ONE RESPONDED BEST BUY IS A SCAM DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE BUT THIS STORE YOUNG KIDS WHO DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!! Bought a laptop at what I thought was the best buy website it was shipped and when it arrived it was the wrong model, come to find out it was actually "PC Heaven" even though my email receipts said "best buy" I ended up making 3 trips to best buy because it took 3 weeks to get my refund and the store supervisor told me the 3rd HP laptop I bought had an "HDMI" port so I believed her and when I got home 40 minute drive each time NO HDMI port! I'm getting a refund and going to "Micro Center" to speak with experts and buy my laptop from them! Best Buy lost a long time customer and HORRIBLE customer service!!! Save yourself a trip and go ANYWHERE else!!!
