My goal was to buy a new refrigerator. Problem was finding someone to help. I went to find some to help my husband and I. When I returned someone was helping him. He was not very helpful. He was very rude. It was like we were forcing him to help us. He acted like we were wasting his time. He is definitely not a sales person. He did not talk to us unless we forced a question out of him. Worst experience I have ever had at Best Buy. We did go to Home Depot before making our decision. We really liked the fridge at Best Buy. Went back to purchase the frig and was welcomed with the same lousy attitude. This young man needs training before putting him out on the floor.
Walked into the store when they opened At 10 AM, needed assistance with the TV. Let someone know I needed help by 10:15, Waited for 30 minutes still had no one ask me if I needed help or any assistance whatsoever. I went in there to buy an $800 TV and left with nothing but a horrible experience. Absolutely ridiculous.

Allow you to schedule an appt for service and then not have the technician there, or the parts.
