I just bought a refurbished laptop for online classes and I'm very happy with it. I could not access certain things with the leased laptop and could not afford the laptop I wanted new. This one seems as new as it gets. I'm very happy with it.
I'm a bit disappointed in Geek Squad. My grandmother, who is on hospice, called in for assistance. They helped her do a mobile order for a new laptop. They advised her when the appointment would be and everything would be at the desk when we got there. She spook to a gentleman named Diego. Upon arriving, nothing was ready. The laptop was out of stock, and no appointment was set. We had brought the old desktop for the data transfer, which wasn't easy to carry along with my elderly grandpa. They could not find us in the system and refused to do any sort of corrective action. Because time is extremely limited and we need into the computer, we were forced into buying another laptop and an appointment way out. This was poor communication, and she should have NEVER been told she had an appointment and they'd have her things ready if they were unable to do that

It's not a bad store, it's just incredibly tiny. They don't carry a lot of things that make you want to look around and browse, perhaps spend a little more money or have the convenience of being able to walk in and buy it instead of having to order and wait.
