Made an appointment to have a phone battery replaced. Called and confirmed they would be able to replace it that daym the lady I spoke to said they should be able to do it before they leave. I told her I live 45 mins from the store and wanted to make sure before I drove all the way therem I arrived and was told at 6:10 that the technician was leaving at 7 and because it takes an hour to fix they couldnt do it. Seriously? What a waste or my time and horrinle customer service.

I would give a zero if possible. Every inch of me wants to call and cancel my card. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service. Was never offered the opportunity to purchase something they didn’t have in store, online, the cashier made me go back and double check that something wasn’t stocked, it says they have stuff online and they clearly don’t, employees laughing and being immature. Just a terrible experience shopping here. Don’t waste your time.

Shout out to JQ for his knowledge on Samsung SMART tv. We drove almost 2 hours and arrived at 12:15 pm. I walked the entire floor trying to find a person to show me how the tv works. (I wanted to be sure it does not require a subscription to view shows.) After asking cashier to find me help...JQ came to the rescue! He assured me that we have plenty to view for FREE. He was very knowledgeable and correct in all he shared with us. JQ - thank you for your assistance! Very happy with our purchase.
