They will overlook you. especially if you are black, that just happened to me and my family, after we call for help several times! The worker didn't even acknowledge us at all! And we said something he just look back and kept it moving! Efrain Morales, I really hope you address your workers!

Just paid a $285 restocking fee on a lens. THATS BS! That I bought 4 days ago! Best buy will never see my business again

I recently went to this store to buy a pc and a monitor. in the beginning, i was waiting a good 30-45 min to be helped. eventually, i was helped by a lovely employee (unfortunately i can’t remember her name) but it soon turned into a very uncomfortable interaction. A second female employee approached the counter, and I was being harassed into applying for a Best Buy credit card. I do not respond well in social situations and get anxious very easily. I was then asked “why wouldn’t you do it , what’s holding you back” so i did apply but very soon regretted the decision. When I chose not pay with the credit card i was insulted by this employee and it brought tears to my eyes. I understand i made a mistake, but i quickly changed my mind. I should not be getting harassed or belittled for not wanting to do something. This store made me feel extremely uncomfortable and it would be extremely difficulty for me to go back.
