Shout out to JQ for his knowledge on Samsung SMART tv. We drove almost 2 hours and arrived at 12:15 pm. I walked the entire floor trying to find a person to show me how the tv works. (I wanted to be sure it does not require a subscription to view shows.) After asking cashier to find me help...JQ came to the rescue! He assured me that we have plenty to view for FREE. He was very knowledgeable and correct in all he shared with us. JQ - thank you for your assistance! Very happy with our purchase.
Their return policy is the worst I have ever experienced. I bought headphones from Best Buy May 2nd if this year. They broke last week so I tried to replace them today only to find out that they only allow 2 weeks from time of purchase in order to get them replaced. So if they break just one month after, we are forced to go through the manufacturing company to get new ones. Walmart, which is a far cheaper place to shop, would have swapped them without any problem. Whats more is that I was encouraged by a Best Buy employee to purchase these headphones that stopped working even though I intended on purchasing a different pair. Whats the point of buying from the middle man if all theyre going to do is upcharge it and not even replace a broken item they sold after only one month? I recommend just buying it straight from the manufacturing company or a online sale.
