I ordered a phone s25. An empty s25 box arrived in another box at my house! OK, so I called best buy they will do NOTHING about it. 700$ down the drain due to thieves! Granted it could've ben fed-ex but you'd think a large company like Best Buy would take some kind of action but nope. I don't even have the IMEI number to report it stolen, and the people at Best Buy evidently do not care about that at all. So I'm going to try to do THEIR job and call them again and plead with them to report the IMEI number stolen so the thieves can't use the phone. If you want to shop at this store or Best Buy in general I suggest you go to the store to pick up smaller items like phone or computer DO NOT HAVE THEM SHIPPED. But after them refusing to take responsibility for even reporting the IMEI number are you sure you trust them with anything else? Maybe they won't steal a TV. But who knows after the way I was treated here. At least Fed-Ex is doing an investigation. But Best Buy? They told me it's out of their hands. You have been warned. Be careful.
