Best Buy Gainesville

This location has by far the worst customer service. Scratch that, customer service is non existent at this location. I asked for help finding an otter box case for a new iPad and they responded by telling me everything was out on the floor as far as their inventory. I asked for them to check their computer to see if they could find it and they gave me the same answer. I finally left after I realized they weren’t interested in helping me. Before I left the parking lot, I figured “why not, I’ll check and do their job for them”. What do you know?! They had one in stock… I walked back in, let them know what I was there for, AGAIN. It gets better. Their store is so in unorganized, that two employees went on a scavenger hunt to find it. After a grand total of them “trying to locate it”…. They came back and said that it must be an inventory issue and that their website is wrong. Then the story changed to that it was an open box item from it being a return. Mind you, not one time did anyone in this store look anything up on a computer, offer to help me order one, or at a minimum refer me to another store location. This entire store is proof that customer service is dead in modern day society. The customer is no longer valued or respected. This post won’t matter to anyone and the children working at this location will continue to run it into the ground. Best Buy is one step away from being the next RadioShack

Stopped by Best buy to purchase some appliances for a Renovation project ive got goin. Alijah assisted me with that answered all my questions. He also informed me of the promotions they had goin on. Signed me up for a credit card. Helped me find a Badass speaker i had been looking for a while. We demoed various speaker options turning Best buy into a party. The quality of customer service from Alijah is next level!!! I got all the info i needed for appliances, purchased the speaker i needed, shopped for some drones i will be purchasing in the near future. I came in shopping for appliances and left with a Badass party box and a happy customer. Best buy give Alijah a promotion!😄

Used the Geek Squad to replace battery in my cell phone. Austin was very friendly, polite, professional, knowledgable. I really appreciated his help and curtesy and that he resolved my problem. Yvan was also very nice and helpful. Best Buy and The Geek Squad should be proud to have Austin representing their company’s. Thank you guys.
