I started a new job and was on my lunch break and went up to Best Buy to find a cord. I was initially sent to several different areas but was unsuccessful. When I elicited help from Joseph he went the extra mile to make sure I was able to get the cord I needed. This was extremely important to me being that this cord was needed for my monitor for my new job. I appreciate the service and the careful attention given to my particular situation thank you so much Joseph.

made an appointment to get has fixed on my iPhone 7 because it’s new I have to go to a Best Buy or an Apple Store. That’s what the policy is. I visited this location to try to get the back of my iPhone fixed just for them to tell me that they do not fix the back of iPhones so explain to me how in the world I can make an appointment to get the back of my phone fixed and then I drive all the way about a 45 minute drive and they told me I can’t get my phone fixed. If it is true that I cannot get my phone fixed there then it should not be an option and something needs to be updated. A waste of gas and my time.
